| “ | Furries in its present state has been around since 1976, where our kind has appeared in drawing and cartoons as animals for entertainment. Then, in 1983, we appeared as real life actors, and a new type of fashion in masquerade parties.
So, what did we do for nearly 20-50 years? We just blend in the civilization for time to pass as a trend, not as an ideology. We were fearful of the things that we didn't understand. It was more than explaining why the sun had come up, it was the mystery of enormous birds with heads of robloxians and stones that came to life. So, we called them "saviors" and "hellbringers", begged them to spare us, and prayed for salvation. In time, their numbers dwindled and ours rose. Until in 1997, when the Anti-Furry Coalition started to exist; the world began to sense furries are in their kind, at the cost of near-ideology genocide by the Anti-Furry Coalition. This made fewer things but more problems to fear; yet, the past can never truly go away, as if the universe demands the absurd and impossible. Our kind must not go back to hiding in fear. No one else will protect us, and we must stand up for ourselves. While the rest of the ideology dwell in the light, we must stand in the darkness to combat the anti-furries, contain the threat, and ensure the protection from the eyes of the public, so that others (including our first kind) may live in a sane, normal world. We Safeguard the Furry Race and Robloxian Species for the better future. |

The Agency of the Global Furries or mostly known as the Global Furry Agency, originally known as Division GLOBAL-FAH, and additionally known as The Agency, The Bloxian Furry Division, and commonly abbreviated as GFA or AGF, is an extremely well-funded[2], Bloxian-multinational private, secret/unlisted organization and official international agency; independent of the world government to the extent it may include the URC, with ties to various groups to secure and protect the Furry race and Robloxian species. It was created in 1997 by R5 Council member, Black Cat. Then founded officially on August 9th, 2008, by R5 Council Member, Mr. Fox under his public persona, AndroidTan.
According to publicized records: as of August 9, 2008, Global Furry Agency was formed by the following original founders now called the High Table of GFA:
- Mr. Fox: Esteemed Founder of Global Furry Agency, Main Divisional Director in the RSCP Preview
- The Android: Co-Founder of Global Furry Agency, Sentient Android built by Anderson Robotics and reprogrammed by the RSCP foundation
- S. Pritchard: Co-Founder of Global Furry Agency, Corrupted Robot built by The Spider
- Kismet: Co-Founder of Global Furry Agency, Ro-Indi Furry who was approached by Mr. Fox
- Alice Jacobson: Co-Founder of Global Furry Agency, Bloxian Furry who was approached by Kismet on orders of Mr. Fox
- The Spider: Co-Founder of Global Furry Agency, RSCP Foundation Elite Member who built S. Pritchard
However there was another conflicting record, which state it was found by two RSCP members:
- Black Cat (R5-5): Esteemed Founder of Division GLOBAL-FAH
- Mr. Fox (R5-6): Co-Founder of Division GLOBAL-FAH and subsequently the founder of the Agency of the Global Furries.
Unlike the coalition which based their operations in Robloxia, the main countries of operations is located in countries of Bloxia Kingdom, or more specifically; Hokanda and Ro-London. As Robloxia is a country that opposes furries but has no plan to extradite them, they are requested by both the United Nations of Furries and the Global Investigation and Justice Department to monitor them and prepare the unforeseeable. Their most famous for their rules of engagement and secrecy, which was started by many governments it could cut every red tape on every engagement laws internationally and locally.
As an international agency, the GFA has a Mobile Hotline for emergency and public usages; as such, Robloxians may dial the following to the Global Furry Agency for Emergency Hotline or Citizen Hotline:
- Citizen Hotline: 020-GFA-CIVI (020-432-2484)
- Emergency Hotline: 020-GFA-EMER (020-432-3637)
Motto
Most of their mottos are written in Latin due to it being a common practice for all Bloxian government services motto to be in latin, which are translated to Bloxish.

Known Abilities
Invisibility
As according to information, most of their personnel are mostly under multiple identities, taking positions ranging from civilian to politicians and high-ranking officials. Although rare; several are quoted to be high authority level (ex: President, Prime Minister) of several countries.
No-Known Record ("Delistment")
Similar to Invisibility; the agency is kept confidential under URC/UN-F protection and all official report are kept under locks and keys to avoid proof the agency ever exist, the United States of Robloxia and other Governments under URC only are given the myth explanation instead of the actual explanation.
Demonstrated when a government officials knows there were a "Shadow Agency" protecting a species. They operate as a quoted as an "Anti-Hero Agency" to Neutral Governments, however to certain governments, they operate as if they are a terrorist organisation.
Raids
According to United Nations of Furries, the Global Furry Agency is allowed to raid certain locations under direct orders of UN-F and can infiltrate areas without law enforcement interference. They are also allowed to eliminate said enforcements if they intentionally attempt to slow down efforts.
This was shown in the Bloxwater Base of Operation Raid.
Prison Transfers
The Agency can take imprisoned furries from imprisonment, bypassing normal jurisdiction procedures. The United Nations of Furries authorized this permission.
According to Telamon Island, only six suspected G.F.A "operatives" have ever been captured by any intelligence agency in the past years.
Invitation to a Private Event
As it stated; agency members can attend events when required or are invited to. Due to security reasons, if attending a non-furry event; GFAH personnel attending must be in their Robloxian forms.
Arresting Officials
They can also arrest officials without a warrant. This ability was granted to them as of UN-F analysation had complete and during the Arrest of Robloxia General Dalas Morgel who revealed to be an Undercover A.F.C asset.
They mostly appear as enforcers that can range from Police Officers to Federal Agents up the food chain.
Anti-Furries as Lab Test Mice
They also contain Anti-Furries in special containment chambers for imprisonment and possible testing candidates for a project known simply as Project Shocker. It is a protogent project used to wipe the brains of Anti-Furries of all anti-furry memories and turning them into Global Furry Agency members.
Shell Companies
Due to secrecy as a RSCP divison, GFA has several shell companies to ensure they operate covertly. One notable usage was the Greystone Fuel and Arcadus Herlum company, an mineral and oil manafacturing company.
Mission Statement
| “ | In the Global Furry Agency, our mission is fourfold; we Safeguard, we Assist, we Defend, and we Exterminate. For the protection of the Roblox world, and every other species. | ” | |
–AndroidTan and Black Cat when questioned about the GFA., Circa 2009 | |||
Operating semi-clandestine and worldwide, the Global Furry Agency acts beyond conventional jurisdiction, with the task of Safeguarding the Furry Race and Robloxian Species, with the side quest of containing anomalies with the assistance of the RSCP Foundation.
The Agency maintain an extensive database of information regarding ideologies requiring assistance, Anti-Robloxians terror organisations, anything that risks genocide to both Robloxians and Furries; all of which undermine the basic rules of trust the Roblox world can contain.
The GFA operate to maintain normalcy, so that the worldwide Robloxian population can live and go on with their daily lives without fear, mistrust, or doubt in their personal beliefs, and to maintain independence from extraterrestrial, extradimensional, and other extranormal influence.
The GFA's mission is fourfold in a simple phrase, S.A.D.E. Which stands for the following:
- Safeguard — safeguarding the furry race and other sub-robloxian species to prevent them from falling into the hands of civilian or rival agencies through extensive observation and surveillance, acting to protect at the earliest opportunity.
- Assist — assist other species and race to allow extensive protection and knowledge; by either releasing information meant to be known, or temporarily containing them, or by suppressing public dissemination of knowledge thereof.
- Defend — defend the robloxians and other species, as well as hostile species themselves, until such time that they are either fully understood or new theories of specifics can be devised based on their properties and behavior.
- Exterminate — exterminate organisations, robloxians, species, cults, etc., if necessary. Common reasons are those whom attempt to commit or practice acts of genocide on others or pose threats to others. Extermination is mostly a contingency plan for cleansing the Roblox if there is a point of no return, in which; this is not a revertible mission order.
Additional information was said to exist, but only available to those who joined the GFA.

Because the GFA is funded and backed by several corporations and governments around Roblox, the GFA has access to all the latest weapons available. Unlike their rival Anti-Furry Coalition, the Agency is much more abundant in manpower, weaponry, and tactics. However, the GFA's firepower is more or less a similarity to the Insurgency's. All their handgrips are modified to be suited to the wide variety of hands furries have, like paws or talons. These weapons all came in handy when fighting the malevolent Insurgency.

|
GFA Mobile Phone | A standard handphone used by GFA personnel. Equipped with a modified Droid 16 software to fulfill certain activities in the GFA. Unlocking methods can vary between sessions and usage. | If subjected to interference from certain hacking devices, the phone automatically switches to the standard Droid 16 software in place of the GFA-modified software. |
|
Stun Gun | The Agency Stun Gun is a non-lethal weapon that Agency Security Personnel can use to stun a suspect when on foot. All stun guns used by the GFA are self-charging and will be usable after a three-second recharge time. | Exclusive to Combative Departments |
|
Stun Baton (Elysium) | Initially used by Elysium special forces "Interlopers" during the Nextbot Chase Event before GFA suddenly got their hands on it, the Stun Baton is a non-lethal blunt weapon used by Riot Suppression Teams to cause immediate physical damage and/or stun suspects. | Exclusive to Riot Suppression and Combative Departments during a riot event |
|
Stun Baton
(Innovation Inc.) |
Innovation Incorporated's Medium Rank Baton-2 is an electrified baton commonly seen and used by Medium Rank Innovation Inc. security members. Somehow, the Agency of the Global Furries manages to get its hands on the baton. As same as the Elysium variant; the Stun Baton is a non-lethal blunt weapon used by Riot Suppression Teams to cause immediate physical damage and/or stun suspects. | Exclusive to Riot Suppression and Combative Departments during a riot event |
|
Agency Ballistic Shield | A standard titanium ballistic shield built using reinforced kevlar and ceramic coating, with the addition of a bulletproof glass viewport and ambidextrous handles. Agency Combatants are commonly seen using this when armed with small firearms or non-lethal items. Commonly used to deal with riots or additional protection in situations. | Formerly, GFA used a standard SWAT ballistic shield build consisting of a fibre-reinforced plastic composite derived from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene with a ceramic layer on its outer surface, with the addition of bulletproof glass viewports and ambidextrous handles |
| Deadlock Seals | A form of lock or a device added to an almost impregnable lock. Quoted by several members of GFA and the RSCP foundation, it was more secure than most locks due to the fact that even sonic devices could not open regular deadlock seals. Despite this; Deadlocks could be keyed to specific sonic devices. Deadlock encryption could be used to protect electronic files and server data. | Must have qualification for installation of specialized equipment | |
| High-Precision Laser Cutter | Apart of the High-Precision Laser production line: a high-precision laser cutter is used by the GFA to break down heavily reinforced doors using highly concentrated heat focused on key points of the lock. | Mostly used for fast breach on standard reinforced doors with mechanical locks | |
|
Recognition Camera | The Mk2 Recognition Camera Unit by Redview Technologies is a standard Tecu-Baurst Security Tech camera enhanced with advanced recognition software developed by Redview Technologies. This up-to-date system is designed to identify personnel or potential perpetrators within its field of view. Upon detecting potential targets, the unit automatically sends security alerts to prompt investigation by designated security teams. | In specific locations, all cameras are linked to either an on-site or off-site camera operations center. Starting in 2026, every site will have its existing cameras replaced with the Redview Technologies Mk2 Recognition Camera Unit. |
Mount Variant (w/ laser cover) Unmounted Variant (w/o laser cover) |
High-Precision Laser Drill | Apart of the High-Precision Laser production line: a high-precision laser-emitting drill build sequence used by the GFA to break down heavily reinforced doors using highly concentrated heat focused on key points of said door. The drill consists of the drill's mounting rail, the core drill, the laser cover, and (optionally) high-explosive charges. | Can be mounted or used by itself. The laser cover was recently instituted due to the risk of blindness from direct viewing (especially on reflective surfaces) or harm due to accidental contact. Additionally, the program has been reprogrammed to stop the laser when it has bypassed the surface area. |

News and Information
Agency Security Detail
The Global Furry Agency start a campaign to utilize security to have a community outreach. The security details are the same as a standard Private Security system, albeit under stricter policies.
A traitor is found
As Global Furry Agency and the Anti-Furry Coalition were getting more heated and more fighting was occurring, a member of Global Furry Agency's security department by the name of Tina Candy was caught attempting to destroy Site-01A by overloading a reactor. She would be found to have become a spy for the A.F.C and was confronted by The Global Furry Council in which she vanished. An attempt to capture her was tried in Operation Spy Hunting , but she would escape. She would reappear in the 2030 Hokanda Highway attack, attempting to kill the council that she had been once loyal to. The next day, she would be spotted as one of the shooters in the Hokanda Massacre working with Eradicator IX and Ronnie Ginger. She ended up getting captured during The Furry War and would break out of her room under the care of Benjamin Soft and would be returned three days later by [CONTACT VALARIA SIDNEY FOR FILE] and be put into emergency care due to injuries from a attack from members of the Blackskulls. She would recover and her mind controlling by the A.F.C as well as her own insanity would be reversed, leading her to be put on Furry Task Forces team Cyber-3.
Death of a Director
On December 10th, 2031, Global Furry Agency would officially announce that the Saviors of Roblox had managed to kill director Marcus Smithson (callsign Maverick Smith) in what they called the 50th Shark Game. This would shock Roblox as it was never expected that a Global Furry Agency director of all Robloxians would end up being captured and killed. Due to his death and the near death of Lizzy Elm and Fredric Thorne, this would alert Global Furry Agency's close allies [DATA EXPUNGED] and United Kemonos of Neo-Japan as well as the Global Investigations and Justice Department, the last of which would put the island of The Shark Games on a lockdown, and because the public became aware of Project Revival, Director Hayakawa Kumiko of United Kemonos would release a public statement concerning the incident, which would also serve as a way to clear up controversies on Lizzy:GFAH would have to replace him (due to the loss of a director). They would later pick Ronin Cruz as he would fit the absent place perfectly. At the request of Director Shadowkitty, Amy Char would also become a director. We have been talking with The Global Furry Council concerning what happened. They lost a good director in the Shark Games. Whoever this "Overseer" is will pay for what they did. They also decided framing Lizzy Elm for standing up to L1ttle b0Y saying she was mocking his religion. She was sick of his nonsense so she fired back. As for Fredric Thorne, he is safe and mostly uninjured except for a wound from a gunshot. We have a support group being formed for anyone that lost loved ones in The Shark Games. We also have word that well, there has been another game, we know this sounds crazy, considering how therere was just a game, but the evidence, and how no one was at the area was there, that is the most likely reason. And as for the Overseer, I know you will see this, even if you're in the middle of one of your games. Here are three words.
Count your days.

GFAH Expo 2025
The Global Furry Agency Headquarters Expo 2025 (GFAH Expo 2025) is an elite, high-security event organized by the Global Furry Agency (formerly Furry Headquarters). This biennial showcase occurs at their main headquarters located in Hokanda—strategically located within the secure perimeter of their HQ complex—and serves as a demonstration of GFAH’s partnership with Headpats Designs' latest anthropomorphic suit designs, military-grade weaponry, tactical gear, and breakthrough technologies. It is both a public-relations effort and a powerful intelligence exhibition aimed at allies and monitored by adversaries (like the Anti‑Furry Coalition).

Known Projects
FurCurrency
FurCurrency is a GFA-controlled and made cash and crypto used for purchasing furry related items ONLY. As quoted by Mr. Fox, it was to "improve efficiency without the hassle of having to transfer huge wad of cash in one go without doing necessary paperwork just for a costume". It's current usage as of day is buying fursuits and fursuit items.
It was made official after it was released in 2025 and shown at the GFA Expo 2025; as of the agency's Collaboration with Headpats Designs. Where it was worth around 500RBX.
As due to Hokanda being the same as Bloxia Kingdom, when converted it will be worth 368.98 Bux Sterling.
Project Micro H.I.D
The Micro High-Intensity Discharge (Micro H.I.D.) or Project Segmentum (by the RSCP Foundation), is an experimental weapon produced and used by Global Furry Agency's Task Force Lima-28 ("The Electricians") and RSCP Foundation Cyber Containment Specialists. It is an extremely powerful weapon that is effective at terminating RSCP subjects (for the Containment Specialist) or dealing with certain enemy targets (for Furry Task Force Lima-28).
The weapon was first used to capture Ferdinand Napoleon the III.
Project Viper
Project Viper, or the PV-001 'Prototype Bomber' is a stealthy recon/bomber fighter that can accelerate to Mach 5 within 10 minutes. The Reaper Mercs gave Project Viper as a gift to Global Furry Agency Headquarters. The Bomber is also used to test Project Ion, an ionizing bomb that was used by Reaper Mercs. The Project Ion was stolen and repurposed by Global Furry Agency Headquarters for their own use.
PV-001 is the same as the R2 Stealth Bomber but can be distinguished by their cockpit window as the window is more tinted than regular R2 Stealth Bombers.
Project Business
The Business Train is a simple passenger train used for meetings with other group directors and The Global Furry Council. It was originally a weapon for the Anti-Furry Coalition before it was stolen and sold to Global Furry Agency Headquarters by a unnamed Smuggling Group.
It has weapons to defend it if needed but due to its operating in populated areas, it is not to enter any Global Furry Agency Headquarters sites unless it is an emergency.
Project Frozen Tundra
Like the Business Train, Project Frozen Tundra is a passenger train but unlike its southern counterpart it operates in private It is in a way a mobile Global Furry Agency site. It is mostly used in Rolaska and Bloxanada (and soon to be Hokanda) as transport for both Global Furry Agency and the Global Defense Alliance.
It can be used as a living space for if it was needed. It is classified as a war train due to the fact it has weapons to defend itself.
Project Revival
Project Revival, or the Specialist Revival Kit is a project made by [INFO REDACTED - CONSULT WITH ADMIN FOR INFORMATION], first tested in ██/██/████, with testing exceeding expectations.
Project Revival is still in its experimental phase, so Robloxians may have migraines, dizziness, and hallucinations for two to three days. It is suggested that Project Revival patients should take rest and to avoid operating heavy machineries for the remaining two to three days, even if they feel no side effects.
The project has two models: one is compact, and the other is conventional.
Compact Model
The compact model resembles a normal first aid kit on the outside, but the inside contains typical supplies found in hospitals and a personal device access tablet. It only takes effect if patient is injured within 10-30 minutes.
Conventional Model
The conventional model resembles a cryogeneticstsasis Chamber with the ability to "revive" personnel who are injured or deceased to any agency sites at a random interval. They will be fully bandaged up with injuries healed. It is only used if the patient is injured for more than 30 minutes or in instances where the Compact Model does not work.
Project Manifestor
Project Manifestor, or the Thoughtform Manifestor is a soul manifestor used to bring back dead personal back to life. It is made by Director Arctic Fox himself after the death of Agent █████. It was first tested in ██/██/████ and put in place on orders of The Global Furry Council.
It resembles a dentist chair but with upgraded equipment.
This is how Project Manifestor works:
- The Person with the mind of the deceased is asked to sit on the dentist chair.
- The specialist activates the machine using the Configuration Panel
- The manifestor can only be turned off automatically if the thoughtform has been confirmed to be extracted by the manifestor or manually by the Specialist.
- After the Thoughtform has been extracted, it will turn into an actual Robloxian who is similar to the deceased in five days.
Project Shocker
Project Shocker, or Protegent Shocker, is a protogenetic mind reprogramming project invented by the members of [INFO REDACTED - CONSULT WITH ADMIN FOR INFORMATION]. The project was made and tested in ██/██/████.
The project has five settings, which can range from 'Turning them into a Protegent with parts of their memory' to 'Turning them into a mindless protegent, indefinitely.'
The effects of the lowest setting on Project Shocker is listed below:
- Dizziness
- Temporary Blurriness in Vision
- Insomnia
- Episode of Temporary Amnesia
- Hallucinations
The effect of the maximum setting on Project Shocker is listed below:
- Vision heightened
- Episodes of temporary amnesia
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Feeling of a second presence when alone.
The effects wear off after 48 hours. After this, the Robloxian will be peacefully converted into a furry. Depending on the setting, the furry may still have memories of themselves being a Robloxian or they would forget that they were Robloxian in the past entirely.
Currently under Class-12 "High Ranks Only" Encryption.
