As United Kemonos of Neo-Japan's formerly most strongest directors, Hayakawa Kumiko is still a skillful combative director.
You never forget your first blood. One does not harm the others of the Kemono Council unless they want to fight me. I may not be as strong and I may be a bit soft-bodied as of recent but I still would fight a attacker.

Life:
1989-2001
Hayakawa does not have much information known on her early life. When she joined Neo-Japan's underground assassin groups, she classified the information.
In 2001, she was picked by the Neo-Japanese government to be a top director of the United Kemonos of Neo-Japan. She would be one of their more combative directors and was commonly seen with two katanas on her back at the ready. Nothing would stand in her way.
2003 (The Nagablocksi monorail incident)
Her final combative mission was to locate and eliminate the commander of the Anti-Kemono Federation and help the RSCP Foundation urban containment teams contain a rare instance of a Dracobloxxer the A.K.F. had taken and loaded onto a stolen monorail. She would manage to locate and eliminate the commander and locate the Dracobloxxer, but would be clawed on her chest and left arm, stunning her, and causing her to fall two stories from the monorail to the ground in which she would receive a spinal injury. Due to her injury, she could not be a combative director anymore and would be changed to a regular director.
2003-2023
She would spend twenty years trying to figure out a way to restore her ability to fight to no success.
2031
After spending time being bored and not feeling like she is a useful member of the United Kemonos, she would decide to move to Robloxia and look into joining Furry Headquarters. Upon her arrival, she would be confused by Furry Headquarters' different methods and habits of members. She would accidentally get lost and walked into a meeting of The Furry Council with her fellow director Macchi Softpaws.
Meeting with The Furry Council (December 23, 20XX)
Night: "So we haven't really had a proper introduction. I again am sorry for accidently nearly killing Sakura Kou."
Hayakawa: "Understandable. So where is Arctic and Quincy?"
Hayley: "Arctic is in the medical ward due to... injuries."
Hayakawa: "Oh, well that's a shame I wanted to meet him."
Hayley: *still clutching Arctic's gun a day later* "As for Quincy... I killed him. He posed a threat, and I had to. To think, my first time killing someone and it was a Furry Headquarters director."
Hayakawa: "One never forgets their first blood."
Hayley: "I- I don't remember everything though. I blacked out when I fired the shot. Honestly I didn't think I'd even hit the shot, let alone end him."
Hayakawa: "You will get used to it. I felt the same way when I first killed someone."
Hayley: "But I am not a combative director. I am still shocked that Quincy was the Maske-"
Night: "Carrying on, so who is this director that Fredric Thorne said he is bringing from you guys?"
Hayakawa: "Ah, that would be Yano Kenji. He will be a loyal asset to you guys."
After some time, she would be picked for a administrative position in Furry Headquarters to set up a alliance between them and United Kemonos of Neo-Japan.
Comments from her upon entering and getting lost in Furry Headquarters Site-01-B:
"What is with the oversized bunker door?"
"Is the elevator meant to play music at an ear decimating level?"
"Every wall here is cold metal. This isn't like back home where the site had nice wooden walls."
"Hallway, hallway, dear god it is all hallways."
"Sector 5? I swear I have gone past the sign eight times now."
"Where is everyone? This place is empty. Perhaps I should check the dining hall since it is lunch time for Robloxians."
"Director Arctic, I finally found y- and it is just a poster."
"WHERE IS EVERYONE!? I HAVE BEEN WALKING FOR THIRTY MINUTES!"
"Oh, there is someone I can ask, hey where is everyon- a recharging android."
"Council Room, perhaps this room will have someone to ask?"
Facts:
- She tends to be more laid back after accepting that she could not fight like she used to.
- She has said that she intends to try every food and drink in Robloxia. She also said she wants to see every one of Robloxia's movies that Neo-Japan does not have.
- Arctic Fox later met Hayakawa three days later after The Furry Council Meeting.
