General Dakota Williams under the Reaper's Mercs

As one of Lucario Cunningham's top generals Dakota Williams is seen by both his former comrades at Furry Task Forces and the Reaper's Mercs as sign of authority and order. He has a reputation of being loyal to whoever his commander is and has no mercy to his enemies. As a survivor of the 2027 Furry Headquarters Site-02 Attack he still had those bad memories haunting him of watching his friends die and feeling helpless. Those very memories slowly broke him down causing a failure of protection in multiple instances making him feel useless in Furry Task Forces. When he joined the Reaper's Mercs it was only done as a way to avenge his family and friends killed by Al RB Qaeda and the Blackskulls saying: "If the Furry Headquarters won't do something about these terrorists than I will!"

  • Despite him being one of Lucario Cunningham's top generals he doesn't get along very well with his comrades, doing things such as punching them out of anger and holding a gun to one of their heads.
  • Even though he says he is loyal to the Reaper's Mercs there is some rumors that he may be a spy due to him sending out information to the Furry Headquarters and still being close friends with The Furry Council members.
  • Had a chance to kill Furry Headquarters Doctor Shadowkitty Candy when overseeing the Furry Headquarters Experimental weapon transport attack in Greenville, Wisconsin but refused saying: "Pretend like you never saw me. I'm sparing you because I don't want to hurt the furry population. I only want revenge at Al RB Qaeda for what they did to me."
  • Issued a warning prior to the Attempted murder of Furry Headquarters Doctor Shadowkitty Candy to give them more protection.
  • When Furry Headquarters called upon the help of El Furr Smugglers he called Quincy Martin to tell him:
    • Dakota: " Hey I uh heard about your gang being asked for help and I just want you to know. Congrats and good luck."
    • Quincy: "Who are you?"
    • Dakota: 'Just know when I do present myself who I am from may surprise the The Furry Council."
  • He then deflected to Furry Headquarters, and the Council was expecting him.
  • The Furry Council then Address him after coming into the Council Chamber:
    • Director Arctic: "Look who is here. The General of the Reaper's Mercs, Dakota Williams."
    • Dakota Williams: "Greetings Furry Director."
    • Director Alpha: "What is he doing here. I know he is one of us, but why return from where he was stationed?"
    • Director Sierra: "Oh Shut it Alpha, he just had to risk deflecting from Lucario's Grasp to get here."
    • [Director Night Wolf sighs in anger]
    • Director Night: "Would you Stop fighting, the 2 of you!"
    • Director AhaGotcha: "So, I guess you got intel?"
    • Dakota Williams: "And the Countess wins the grand prize, and the prize is the location of the Reaper Merc's base."
    • [Dakota then slides a folder on the meeting table, and it stops at the center of the table, infront of Director Arctic Fox]
    • Director Arctic: "Mmmm... You had impressed us Agent Williams."
    • [Director Arctic Fox stands up and walk to him]
    • Director Arctic: "Welcome back to Furry Headquarters."
