As with his brother Vladimir Renscoff, Victor also was born into the chaos of The Soviet Union (Northvalk) and was forced to leave at the age of 16. The only difference was that he came back for revenge. He wanted to see the empire fall and burn. Contrary to popular belief, Victor is not a communist nor a Soviet, despite the fact he wore a hat resembling communism.
- After him and his brother Vladimir Renscoff split ways, he went into semi hiding. He found a apartment in Hazelton, Keysota before it got destroyed in a tornado. He moved to Greenville, Wisconsin before settling in New Blockers City.
- He joined a global spy group known as the International Legion of Spies.
- Many have asked him about his hat, and why it has communist emblems on it. He simply stated: "This is trophy for me going back to The Soviet Union for revenge and killing two officials that were behind kicking any furries out of the country."
- He has done a lot of spy work secretly for the group he is in and for the National Agency of Intelligence and is currently spying on Haloguy7, Lucario Cunningham, and Fredric Thorne.
- He addressed the The Furry Council after Rise of Haloguy7 with:
- Victor: "I know who all of you are and what you are doing."
- Arctic: "Who are you and what do you want?"
- Victor: "Who I am is not of importance as of right now. What is important is what that Anti-Furry Coalition is putting finishing touches on."
- Quincy: "Listen Soviet guy whoever you are, we really don't have time for these games. So cut your play and tell us about what it is."
- Victor: "I shall show you what it is myself."
- [He shows the folders on targets he is spying, and even 3 Familiar Faces]
- Arctic: "You did a Shopping Spree huh?"
- Victor: "Very."
- Arctic: "Good, you can help us then."
- He had very little ties to the Reaper's Mercs under Lucario Cunningham except him using it to locate Robloxian terrorists and for seeing how insane Lucario is, in which he documented:
- "It would appear Lucario Cunningham has past trauma angering him. Perhaps it was the 2027 Furry Headquarters Site-02 Attack which left his left arm limp and unusable is to be determined. What I can recollect is he is not doing this out of sheer evil and malice. If someone was to talk to him perhaps an answer could be achieved."
- He spied on Fredric Thorne in Bloxburg and he recorded this:
- "Ah what a sickening example of the greedy capitalist. Look at him sitting with that grin knowing full well how much he has ruined and trashed in Robloxia. Thorne Industries is just his side project. His true plan I think is to take control of Robloxia and then destroy it with over corporation and factories. The terrorist of the new era."
- He spied on Haloguy7 and the rest of the Anti-Furry Coalition:
- "What a bunch of lunatics. They really think that their new commander and his armor suit think will save them? They are still stuck in the past and even if they had all of their directors gone, they need a serious rehiring."
- He spied on AndroidTan (When he was still in the Anti-Furry Coalition):
- "Some hacker, no wonder he caused the great outage of 1996, he must be the one who caused that, but he does not look like he loves being in the A.F.C though... Wait, what is he doing? What the... he just took a Money Bag from the Anti-Furry Coalition Money Safe... must be a defector."
His "vanishing"
He would soon end up being harassed by Robloxians for his hat which would get stolen and burned. Despite his many messages to Robloxians, he would give up reasoning with them and go into hiding. His current location is unknown but rumored to be somewhere near Helma, Keysota, presumably the uranium mine. However, the Furry Headquarters placed him with a hidden identity.
