Vladimir Renscoff was born into the chaos of The Soviet Union (Northvalk) and forced to leave when he reached the age of 16. From that day on, he pledged himself to make a group to take down all of the governments of Roblox using chaos and destruction to do so. After seeing the Reaper's Mercs form, he knew Lucario Cunningham could use a leader.

  • Conversation with Lucario Cunningham:
    • Vladimir: " So you must be the traitor of the Furry Headquarters from what I have heard.
    • Lucario: "Who are you and what do you want? I'm busy planning total dominance of Roblox here."
    • Vladimir: "I like your cause, however I see you don't have all the skills to run a global terrorist group."
    • Lucario: "What the hell is that meant to mean? I DEMAND ANSWERS BEFORE I BLOW YOU TO DAMN KESOTA WITH MY GUN!"
    • Vladimir: "Exactly my point. You have issues with rage. Perfect for what I need it for."
    • Lucario: " So are you wanting to help me? If not than buzz off."

    • [The Council then raise their hands in agreement]
    • [Director Night]: "We got a deal then."

He would later command the Reaper's Mercs under aid from the Furry Peace and Justice Corporation and would lead a attack on Anti-Furry Coalition bases in Bloxghanistan during The Furry War. He would also be put in command of a target elimination team for Furry Headquarters. He would shortly after, get a position on the Global Furry Safety Council.
