A day after The Furry War was finished the top members of Furry Headquarters and the Furry Peace and Justice Corporation decided to set up a new cross division known as the Global Furry Safety Council. It was founded to ensure that what caused The Furry War would never happen again and to set up a strong global police force to ensure the ideas of the Anti-Furry Coalition wouldn't spread.
Information:
They had been formed to ensure that the Anti-Furry Coalition couldn't reform but they would soon be handling fights within the Furry population between the regular ones and the kemono's.
Other things they enforced was making sure furries were not exploited or hurt in any way by people or companies, that states and countries that allowed furries didn't allow discrimination, and to attempt to allow furries to exist globally.
They would also ensure that the balance between furry and non-furry companies wasn't broken or abused.
Furry Headquarters also funded them some money to keep them operating.

- Ensures the safety of the kemono furries (special safety)

- Thorne Industries (oversees corporations and the city of Thorne City)
- Reaper's Mercs (oversees military operations)
- Furry Medical Services (enforces medical care safety)
- United Roblox Countries (information is given to or given by them for further investigation)
- RSCP Foundation (ensures safety of furries in their sites and will have prisoners if they are of anti furry groups transferred to Furry Headquarters.)
