An example of furries

An example of furries

A furry is a term used to describe any Robloxian who is a member of the Furry racial subgroup (biologically) or dresses as one (costumes and fursuits). They are criticized and in many cases, discriminated against in Roblox. They commonly say words like "UwU" and "OwO". Scientific research has been inconclusive as to decipher why the Furry race says these phrases, but some Robloxians believe that to be shortened names of political ideologies. This was later proven false as it's their way of saying "Yes!" or "What!".

Most furries live in Robloxia as they are not outlawed there. They are common in other nations, mostly countries in West or North Eurobloxia. In Northvalk, furries were completely outlawed until 1998.

They claim to be a member of a fandom called 'furry fandom'. Although there are furry fandom haters that says that furries are a disgrace to society, they are helpful in assisting with the Robloxian race, as they help assist national police, with some assisting with K9 Units and some helping investigators. Criminals that are furries also claim this, but they are not part of the furry fandom.

Although a popular theory that some Robloxian types that have animal-derived features; is false as they are actually not related as much to Furries.

The Media:

General View

In early-1980s, the furry race first existed as drawing and cartoons as animals for entertainment, and later in 1983, furries appeared as actors, and a new type of fashion in masquerade parties. As a result, it gained media coverage. It was relatively obscure and unknown until several newspapers reported that "Robloxia's kids are becoming dumb, and people with Bloxergers Syndrome are getting ruined". This newspaper headline brought Robloxian furries to mainstream Robloxian media. A similar newspaper headline brought similar results to Romarkian media. At this time, furries have been inserted to several state constitutions, simply stating that it was legal at that time to become a furry.

In 1997, the Anti-Furry Coalition was founded in

In 1998, Northvalk was hated for allowing furries in their country, so the Anti-Furry Coalition had a plan to use terrorism to warn the USSR about allowing furries. The Premier denied.

In the 1999, the AFC attacked the USSR, causing uproar within the central cabinet. All AFC installations in the USSR were bombed and all AFC operatives were publicly executed.

In 2003, Neo-Japan would add Kemonos to the list of protected types of Robloxians in the country after the help of the United Kemonos of Neo-Japan of removing the Anti-Kemono Federation from the country.

The creation of GFAH in 2008 after their mission statement state go against the constitutional rights of arresting furries, most prisons were forced to release them under parole. Then in 2009, they requested Global operations, though Governers and the Government of Robloxia attempted to deny this request.

In 2010, after GFA became an official agency from the URC, the government of Robloxia changed their policies on arresting furries. False reporting a crime, especially to furries is illegal.

In 2024, FOXTROT later hired GFA Director Night Wolf as a temporary prison manager, which caused anti-furries to get angry and attempt to sue FOXTROT, but later the anti-furries that attempted to sue FOXTROT was arrested for causing public terrorism due to their protest.

In the year 2030, the strongest threat to the furry group, a paramilitary group filled with mercenaries and assassins known as the Anti-Furry Coalition, was destroyed in The Furry War. However, this did not completely denote the end of threats against furries, as in the following years, many AFC splinter factions were scattered in Roblox, but were stomped out.

Scientific View

In the winter of 2012, deep within the frozen wastes of Bloxartica, a research team stumbled upon something ancient—something that should have remained buried. Trapped in glacial ice was a dormant viral entity, later named the Pale Virus. It was beautiful in its simplicity, horrifying in its design. As the ice melted under the heat of robloxian curiosity, the virus awakened.

It spread like breath on glass—silent, invisible, and unstoppable. Within weeks, Robloxian cities fell into quiet panic. People paled, weakened, and collapsed without ever knowing they were infected. Governments scrambled. Borders closed. Entire nations locked down. But the virus was already everywhere.

By July 2013, the world was dying. Thunder Science Corporation—an enigmatic biotech conglomerate with deep ties to Luobu and the Robloxian elite—was contracted to find a cure. Their laboratories buzzed with urgency. Vaccines failed. Antibiotics were useless. The virus laughed at medicine.

Then came the crystal. A synthetic shard, pulsing with bioengineered energy, was introduced into cultivation chambers. What emerged was not a cure—but a creature. They called it Dark Latex. It was lupine in shape, black as void, with a mask of white crystal. It moved like liquid shadow and hunted like instinct incarnate. When it touched a host, it didn’t heal—it transformed. The process, dubbed Transfurmation, rewrote the host’s cells, turning them into another Dark Latex. The original mind was lost. What remained was hunger. Thunder’s scientists were divided. Some saw salvation. Others saw damnation.

In a desperate pivot, Luobu’s division initiated a genetic divergence. The result was Light Latex—a new species, pure white and adaptive. Unlike its predecessor, it could mimic, merge, and evolve. Some bore traits of birds, reptiles, even mythical beasts. These hybrids were called Variegated Latex. They were stronger. Smarter. Less aggressive. But they were still not robloxians.

Hosts infected by Light Latex retained fragments of memory—but their minds bent, reshaped by alien instincts. The cure had become a mirror: reflecting what Robloxians could become, but never what they were.

On August 1st, the world erupted.

Thunder’s cure was reserved for the powerful. The rich walked free while the poor paled and died. Protests turned to riots. At the New Blockers City Division, demonstrators breached the containment labs. Latex specimens—Dark and Light—escaped into the facility.

Security forces responded with brutal efficiency. The outbreak was contained. But the cost was high: infrastructure collapsed, and two senior personnel were lost. Thunder issued a statement: All protestors were executed on ethical grounds.

But the truth was more complicated.

Mr. Kolin, founder of the TSC, was attacked by a Dark Latex during the breach. The infection was too deep. Cryostasis was initiated to slow the transformation, but his body was already changing. His skin hardened. His breath shortened. His memories flickered like dying stars.

Dr. Acomolia, however, was different - Infected by a Variegated Light specimen, his immune system fought back. Most of the latex was surgically removed. What remained was... something new. He emerged days later—white-furred, lupine, but lucid.

A Non-Latex White Wolf. Not fully Robloxian. Not fully beast. He remembered everything.

By the end of July, a cure was finally synthesized—refined from the remnants of Acomolia’s altered biology. It was imperfect, expensive, and politically volatile. But it worked. Still, the world had changed.

Latex creatures roamed the shadows of abandoned cities. Survivors whispered of pale eyes watching from the dark. And somewhere, deep beneath the ice, the virus waited—patient, eternal.

Thunder Science Corporation moved on. New projects. New promises. But in the quiet corners of Robloxia, people remembered the Pale Reckoning.

And they wondered: Was the cure truly a cure... Or just another transformation?

Notable Sub-types:

Protogen/Protogent

A Protogen (Singular Robloxia Phrase), Protogent (Singular Bloxia Kingdom Phrase), Protogens (Plural Phrase), Toasters (Joke Phrase), are biomechanical furries that are electric and computer based and they typically wear accessories made by Cyber Critter. All protogens have undergone some form of cybernetic enhancements. They usually won't say UwU or OwO and tend to be more passive. They have the intelligence of Robloxians, and has an ability to access the cyber space using their electrical hardware via a plug in the side of their visor.

In 2002, their rear end contains an Adaptation Plug, in which the socket can be used to accomodate a variety of contraptions. However, this was replaced in 2012 with tails as other companies find it "inappropriate for anyone to buy a protogent's wearable gear" and the Adaptation Plug is placed at the opposite side of their visor with a cover socket.

Robloxians can cosplay as Protogens by buying the said technologies from ProNex Industry, which supplies fursuits and wearable Protogen helmets. Although some suits from Next-Gen Companies (examples include those sold by Monika Corporation) are prone to faliure, in which the components can lock themselves into place, causing the sharp metal parts that can seriously damage or even kill the wearer. This is known as a "Protolock" or "Springlock" failure.

Luna Schwartz sabotaged such a suit with a furry operator inside, recording a video of the harrowing footage and set the video and the crushed body to the GFA as a sick joke. Luckily, the furry survived as that model was known to the GFA's founder, AndroidTan. Who later recreate it with his own protogent fursuit and was given the ranking as a Five Nights at Noobs Actor for acting like Willamn Elston being springlocked.

Known Protogens:

  • AndroidTan/Mr. Fox (GFA Founder; First Robloxian to turn into a Furry non-genetically)
  • Abdullah Ghawazzi (Project Shocker Victim)
  • James Dalinda (Bi-sexual Pink Protogen)
  • Doggo the Furry Wolf (Cartoon Protogen)

Degens (Therians)

Main Article can be viewed here

Easily confused with biological furries and Furmen, Therians are Robloxians that excessively make animal noises and sometimes show hostile behavior towards non-furries. They tend to be silent and physically cannot perform Robloxian-like behaviour Their common style are animal masks and faux fur tails. Degens are known for their revolutionary quadrobic skills, able to perform high jumps, primary from walking around on all fours for most of the time. There have been debates around them regarding if they should be meant as citizens or not. 90 countries like Tovokia and Bloxstralia have classed them as a "threat". Evidence of a therian being present is their signature circle and delta logo, that some people have said to be a cult symbol, judging by the amount of times the symbol is present in some areas around Brookhaven and Da Hood, mainly the latter, several Dahoodians always refer Therians as "cultists"

Whilst not furries in some context, they are often ridiculed on BloxTube due to their aptly named "degenerate" behaviour.

Sharks

A rare type of Furries which are biologically connected to actual sharks such as having dorsal, pectoral and biologically similar tails, though they do not possess gills. They tend to be passive and usually do not behave like an animal or say "UwU" or any degeneracy. Those furries can stay and hold their breath underwater for five hours long before resurfacing. Though fast in the water, reaching an average speed of 42 knots/hr, they're surprisingly slow and clumsy on land, particularly due to 10% of their bodily mass devoted to their heavy tails, which allows for prolonged fast movement in bursts of speed without exhausting themselves. A single tail swing can provide 40 seconds of gliding in the water. To hold their breath, their lung airways contract to the point where the air escapes over a long period of time, but will have to surface eventually as Co2 can build up in their lungs.

They are known to live in aquatic areas. Although they are able to live on land, they normally 'cannot resist' hot weather, so they mostly go into bodies of water to cool down from the hot weather. Sharks typically like to hang out in public pools, but have been banned only at children pools for "scaring children" unless they have proven themselves, which makes them only able to swim in public competition pools.

Sharks have many biologically similar features to real sharks, because they lack no visible nose, they rely on their ampullae of lorenzini, as such they are sensitive to electric fields or objects that give off static sparks of energy. For instance: wool rugs, balloons, or metal exposed to dry air all give off static discharges. While they are harmless to Robloxians, sharks will receive an electric shock that depending on the spark discharge, can give them a scars or mild electrical burns.

Known Sharks:

Fishies (Feesh)

Fishies or Feesh are invasive and hostile type. Their average lifespan is 5-7 years, but however can go on to live longer, depending on what fish they are. They repeatedly say "fish emoji" to people and if provoked, they can lick the individual who provoked them as a way to infect them with diseases. Feesh mostly reside in Hokanda and would not stop harassing Sharks with the "fish emoji"

The GFAH usually has to contain them if they pose a issue for other residents. Outside of the furry species, they have been the source of the "Fish Staring/Helo Fish" meme.

A example of the kemono furries

A example of the kemono furries

Kemonos

One of the most common types of furries is that of Kemonos. This group has a distinct look to them and are commonly the biological furries. They come in many fur colors, though the most common is red, blue, orange, grey, white and tan. although rare types exist like: Demon Black, Fuchsia, teal, purple, or even hybrid, such as two-toned.

They are common across the globe though their population is heaviest in the northern and urban areas of Robloxia. Other places of heavy population is Neo-Japan (which they originally arrived from), Bloxia Kingdom (mainly Ro London), and Bloxanada. Kemonos have developed their own tech such as advanced medical items, but not as advanced as Avians.

Some well-known kemono furries are:

Kemono Subtypes

Boykissers

These subtypes of the Kemono's are known for their liking of male Robloxians. They tend to show canid or felid features, alongside a thick coat of white fur, large eyes, and a blush. While keeping track of Boykisser's research, they are classified as a male. This implies that Boykissers may simply be gay furries. In some countries, Boykissers are indoctrinated to straight marriage, but it was revealed that only 16% of recorded Boykissers across Roblox have wives or girlfriends.

Menkissers

The Menkissers share the same appearance as Boykissers, but are about as tall as an Avian, have a more muscular build, and a larger tail. About 200,000 Menkisser instances exist as of 2025.

Furman

Furman (Singular), Furmens (Plural), or Furr Ethologus (Scientific Term), are furries that do not have fursuits, but they wear some items that can favored by furries, such as ear headsets, tails, gloves that look like paws, boots that look like paws, and so on. They may speak like normal animals, like meowing, barking, and even act like a normal animal. Another type of Furman is the individual born with animal traits in place of their normal human traits such as animal ears. Well-known Furmen are the members of the infamous Schwartz family, who are Robloxian-Neko hybrids.

Steps to do if encountering a provoked Furman:

If the Furman is docile but not hostile:
  1. If you have anything that can pacify a dog, find and try to act as if the Furman is an angry dog.
  2. DO NOT show anger or anything that may provoke a dog, as Furman will not suspect you as a threat just as long you do not provoke it.
  3. If the above two steps fail, attempt to perform Step 2 to the best of your ability while calling GFAH Furman Control (7342-GFAH-FURMAN) as they are trained for encountering Furmans.
  4. If you have a weapon, do not injure the Furman with it as it may agitate the Furman. In 97% of cases, it will anger the Furman and cause the Furman to turn hostile and violently attack you.
If Encounter a Provoked Furman (Hostile)
  1. Try not to provoke the Furman, as they may notice and chase to attack you.
  2. If you have a weapon, conceal it due to the fact that Furmen can get agitated whenever a weapon is visible, even if it is not used to injure the Furman.
  3. Do not attempt to attack back, as Furmans may believe you are trying to injure and kill them, and that could provoke the Furman further and could led to the Furman attacking others.
  4. Hide in a secluded area away from the hostile Furman and try to call GFAH Furman Control (7342-GFAH-FURMAN). They are authorized for handling Furman.
  5. If you have anything that can pacify a dog, find and try to distract the Furman by throwing the item at the Furman. This will redirect the Furman's attention and stun it.
If Encounter a Provoked Furman (Non-Hostile but has signs of going to be hostile)
  1. Do not provoke the Furman, as this may make the Furman hostile.
  2. Pacify the Furman to make sure it becomes docile.
  3. If you had anything that may provoke the Furman, dispose it. This makes the Furman more tolerable to you.

Avians

Avians, (Birds, Borbs, or Birbs) are a specimen of furries that resemble birds. Out of all furries, they're the most strongest, intelligent and tallest species. Some have wings, tail feathers or both. Research done by scientists show that Avians have a naturally occurring carbon fiber skeletal system. Their beaks are made of cartilage making them durable, but flexible. Many live across Bloxstralia, where they are the most abundant. Females are less stronger than males, but they do have the largest bust out of any furry specimen, at 60 centimeters, No female Avian is flat-chested on record. According to GFA scientists, an Avian's strength is just as superior as military individuals.

They do have some flaws, such as being clumsy swimmers, unless they are of a slim build with light feather coating. Due to their tall build, they cannot fit in most infrastructure.

Avian-made weaponry is sold to the GFA, such as plasma rifles, hyperlasers and electroglaives. They also supplied rotary laser cannons and anti-gravity propulsion to the GFA as well.

Some well known Avians:

Attitudes

Although not as drastic as Guests, furries have faced varying levels of oppression since they came to be. Many furries are plagued by hedonistic stereotypes. Additionally, some organizations have begun to take physical means to attack furries. One notable example would be the numerous attacks performed on furries by the Blackskulls or the Anti-Furry Coalition.

In the 1990s, furries are relatively accepted in Robloxian society. In the past, some nations like the USSR and Bloxstralia have had hostile attitudes towards them, while Robloxia tends to hold indifference towards them, and some countries like Prestonia have even shown a fondness towards them.

In 2016, furries also managed to build the first robloxian android, showing that furries are also beneficial to Robloxian society, with them giving the latest models of the humanoid androids to FOXTROT Prison.

Weather issues:

As with other types of Robloxians, the furries have experienced climate issues of the natural type. From overly warm areas to freezing cold areas, the types can vary upon it. In Robloxia and Bloxanada, the Furry Peace and Justice Corporation, Thorne Industries, Thunder Science Company, and the Robloxia Weather Service are conducting tests of the states of Robloxia to determine which area is the most ideal. So far New Blockers City, New Bloxia and Miablox, Blorida have been found to be ideal, though Blorida is not recommended due to its mentally-ill residents known as the Blorida Men/Women.

Well-known organizations of furries:

Other things involved in the furry topic

  • Anti-Furry Hate (Discrimination and Hostility towards Anti-Furries;)
  • Anti-Furry Coalition (Multiple Anti-Furry Hate Groups)
  • Furry Supremacism (Belief of Furry Superiority over Robloxians; mostly despised by furries due to it being against their purpose in Robloxia)
  • The Insurgency (Main Anti-Furry hate group)
  • The Authority (Successor of the Insurgency)
  • Fluff-Masquerade (A Variation of a Furry Convention; a special kind of formal ball which many formal furries attend in special fur-mask)
