Ro London is the capital and largest city of the Bloxia Kingdom. It stands on a river at the head of a 50-mile (287-kilo-stud) estuary down to a sea and has been a major settlement for two millennia. The City of Ro London, its ancient core and financial center, was founded as Ro Londinium and retains boundaries close to its medieval ones. Since the 19th century, "Ro London" has also referred to the metropolis around this core, historically split between five counties, which largely comprises Greater Ro London, governed by the Greater Ro London Authority. A city to the west of the City of Ro London, has for centuries held the national government and parliament.
