Furry City was built by Furry Headquarters, the Military Of Robloxia, and the RSCP Foundation in 2009 as a protection place for the furries of Robloxia. The city was unclassified, but still remains heavily restricted after the 2027 Furry Headquarters Site-02 Attack by the order of the The Furry Council as a emergency evacuation site.
