The Directives and Regulations of the Agency of the Global Furries were the rules controlling the conduct of GFA officers and personnel.

The distinction between directives and regulations is unclear, and it may be that "regulation" is merely a synonym for directives. Specially, all officers on GFA vessels had to follow the Uniform Code of Justice, which set forth rules of conduct on ships. It is not known if the Uniform Code of Justice was a set of directives, regulations, or something else entirely.

Directives

Attention all GFA personnel... you do not recognise me, but I am not Mr. Fox, my real name... is AndroidTan. Our contingency plan, Directive ██, has been activated, the agency has fallen.

Due to this; We are now currently scrambling and destroying our assets and dismissing personnel back to RSCP Foundation or back to their respectful organisations.

We have failed our mission. May god forgive us all.

–Divisional Director AndroidTan employing Directive 00 after the fall of the Agency, Universe 3408-U

Directives are a numbered body of Union rules that apply to everyone, including the Divisional Directors. They are discussed within the context of the operation of site operations, vessel management and operations, and missions from GFA.

Directive Designation Classification Usage Extra Notes
Directive 00 Contingency If initiated, a divisional director (either Mr. Fox or Black Cat) must publicly reveal their identities and announce that the agency has fallen. Usage of this command would result in all GFA assets being scrambled and destroyed, and personnel would be returned to the RSCP Foundation or their former employing organisation. Formerly Directive ██ in 1997 and Directive XX in 2012
Directive 01 War Procedure Activation can only be used by members of the High Table of GFA if external forces has managed to cause a "Class-1 Attack": The exact details were unclear, and it seems to involve all High Table members to consider a vote on the usage of certain armament or deployment of special task forces to resolve the incident. Class-1 Attack is the designation of a "High-Scale" assault that can harm Agency assets significantly or the robloxian population
Directive 21 Covertation Exact details were unclear. The protocol seemed to involve using a disguise to infiltrate a group of interest. Directive 21 was used in the extraction of a defector from an AFC Safehouse in Ro-London following Dr. McKinley's request for extraction to the GFA. See Ro-London Safehouse Incident
Directive 38 Authorisation Enhancement Usage of this Directive allows the Chief of Security to take command or control of a GFA facility/vessel. Invocation of the directive overrides all clearances aboard the ship, including the Site Directorates. Because said directive grants near-unlimited power to the Chief of Security, its use is restricted to extraordinary instances when the directorate in question is incapacitated or under an external influence. Misuse of the directive is grounds for court-martial and predetermined suspension.
Directive 51 Evacuation Usage of this Directive empowers the site directorates to initiate a Protocol-51 evacuation of the outpost/facility/vessel and the subsequent destruction. See Operation: Kortus Diez
Directive 98 Silent Alert Usage of this directive enables the use of "Greywood Herlm", a GFA code phrase used to signal that the vessel/facility in question has had a hostile force seize control and that GFA Central must be notified. This Directive is not listed in any handbook or any digital references.

Regulations

Regulations are formed by committee body. Other rules of the GFA have been mentioned that are currently not classified as "directives," yet still possess binding authority on the conduct of officers and sometimes civilian employees.

Regulation 00-00 "Secrecy"

GFA personnel (regardless of ranking and position) are prohibited to reveal information that publicize the Agency of the Global Furries as an "international RSCP-division" whether or not intentionally or accidentally. Usage of Regulation 00-01 "Lying is the new truth" would be required to help keeps GFA's organisation type as an "international agency". Violations in this requires that the personnel in question are to be terminated.

Exceptions includes the usage of Directive 00.

Regulation 00-01 "Lying is the new truth"

Unless otherwise; GFA personnel, regardless of ranking and position, are required to reveal falsified information that ensures the Agency of the Global Furries is defined as an "international agency" regardless of the situation. Personnel are to ensure they handle secrets and replace it as falsified. Violations in this requires that the personnel in question are to be evicted from the agency program.

Exceptions includes the usage of Directive 00.
