Life:
██████████, better known as "Black Cat", is a valuable asset for the RSCP Foundation and a member of The R5 Council. He originally was born in ██████████, Bloxia Kingdom and took up a job in ██████████. After some time, he would become one of the members of the R5 Council. Though his main role is unknown, he does watch the records on the Groups of Interest.
As of the archival review, Black Cat was responsible for creating The Android and was the actual founder of Division GLOBAL-FAH in 1997 before R5-6 (Mr. Fox) came along and made said division a publicized RSCP Foundation division in 2008.
Facts:
Black Cat has numerous Allias that match his intials, with one being Burthomule Collins or Bax Carter.
He is one of the calmest R5's, though he is also seen as one of the most dangerous, able to turn almost any item he finds into a lethal weapon.
He is also one of the most publicly seen R5's though he usually is in a trench coat.
He decided to pack his things up and move out of RSCP Foundation Site-01 and move into GFAH Site-01-B (Formerly) which is home to R5-6 as a way to see what GFAH did before the Global Occult Coalition launched a raid.
He was later moved to GFAH Site-00-█ "The Pentawolf" for safety reasons; as during his stay a minor incident has led to a decision by GFAH's Administrators to move R5-6.
He enjoys spending time in the rec center in both RSCP Foundation's Site-01 and GFAH Site-01-B.
In 1997, he created Division GLOBAL-FAH as a private RSCP Foundation division. However, after R5-6 was employed in 2008, Division GLOBAL-FAH assets was moved under his control.[1]
