Marshall Kendell is a mystery to The Furry Council as to how he entered Furry Headquarters. He is famous for introducing the sport of cricket to Hokanda.
Life:
Nothing is known about his family or his life before he was found at Furry Headquarters Site-01-B in the room of The Furry Council.
A Mystery to Furry Headquarters
Furry Task Forces Alpha-1 12-1-2030 log no. 3, unknown furry entered the Directors' meeting room after sneaking past the site guards, likely using the snow as cover and making his way to the room where he was found. Tactical response was authorized but upon entering the room Director Arctic ordered Alpha-1 to stand down as target was sleeping in a his chair seemingly tired and non hostile. He was taken to the medical ward and given aid for a wound he had gained from the fence and to receive food as he showed signs from what medical staff said of not eating anything for a estimated week. Protocol would be to detain him for unauthorized entry but staff seem to be bonding with him so protocol is not needed.
No one is sure why he walked 50 miles from New Blockers City to Furry Headquarters Site-01-B in the snow, but he claimed he sensed something and had to do it.
The Council upon meeting him:
Furry Headquarters Site-01-B Council Room Security Camera 1, 12-1-2030 audio log 5...
Arctic: "Well if that does happen what is in place for it- what the hell? Who are you? And why are you in here?"
Night: "Hey answer him, you are in a unauthorized area. WAKE UP!"
Marshall: "*Yawning* Oh hi, I uh didn't know anyone would come in here."
Night: 'ARCTIC GET DOWN! ALPHA-1 COME IN, WE HAVE AN INTRUDER IN THE COUNCIL ROOM!"
Red: "Oh for the love of grilled cheese if he was hostile, he one would have been awake and he would have attacked us when we entered."
Marshall: "I'm not trying or wanting to hurt anyone. I just wanted a place that is warm and away from the outside world and its coldness."
Harwell: Indeed the world can be a cold and bitter place to people.
Marshall: No I meant more of climate related cold. But yes it can.
Ahagotcha: "Hey you ok? You seem to be hurt by how you are laying?"
Marshall: "I may have gotten snagged on the fence when I scaled it."
Sierra: "I thought that was electric?"
Arctic: "It was so this one likely also got shocked when they climbed it."
Marshall: "Oh so that was why I was in pain while climbing it. To be honest I should have seen if I could get a visitor's pass and sneak in here that way."
Night: "Why did you sneak in here? Is it a spy mission? Who is it for, Order of Shadows, Chaos Insurgency, Blackskulls?"
Marshall: "All of those forces sound threatening and deadly, something I want no part of. No I just came here to meet you all and see if there is anything I could do for you guys."
Alpha: "You are the first one in Furry Headquarters history that breached the council room with non hostile intent while still intentional. Who are you anyway?"
Marshall: "Marshall, Marshall Kendell. I walked fifty miles from New Blockers City to here on foot."
Harwell: "Wow, I uh, have never seen anyone go that far to get here before. Here I'll take you down to the medical ward and take care of that wound on you.
Quincy: "You aren't by any chance tied in some way with Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd. are you? I swear if you are one of their psycho sales pitchers."
Marshall: "Nope, I don't think I have ever seen them before."
Alpha-1 Agent [REDACTED]: "Surrender now, you are under arrest for breaching the site."
Arctic: "Stand down, he is not hostile by any means. Take him to the medical ward with Director Harwell."

This Marshall is a ever so interesting one. I don't think I have ever met anyone that may have telepathy except Zachary Von Thorne who keeps tricking staff despite being contained far away. That was until Marshall showed up. I have seen no activity from Zachary since that. It is almost like either Zachary got free again or Marshall has a thing of his own. He did say he came here for a reason. He also seemed to calm the directors as they entered the council room which he was found in. Though I am worried about him because he seems to have a couple issues, one physically and one mentally. Like he complains about being cold so we gave him a blanket that he is now clinging to. His other issue is he seems to have his own sadness that he deals with by being around others, not sure if he is just lonely or if it is something else. He seems to like to stick around the council though.

Ok listen, I am not sure who you are exactly but how are you calming the staff? Like you merely standing around even calmed down the interns that had to use Project Shocker for the first time. Also what is this about you calming down the staff in the morgue?

Ok so this one seems extremely hostile, nah I'm just joking, he couldn't and wouldn't harm anyone. I am not sure but he appears to have a side to him as Benjamin Soft said that is calming and also has a side he keeps inside himself that is his own sadness. I'm not sure what he is doing or what he plans on doing but I'm going to keep a eye on him myself.

That Marshall Kendell is very, I don't know, odd? He shows up here randomly and goes right for Director Arctic's seat in the council room. He said to me he knows something is coming. Not sure what he means by it.

His hiring into Furry Headquarters:
After a talk with the Furry Council, the Furry Council decided to make him an advisor to the council since he (for some reason) knows everything there is to know about Furry Headquarters and the directors and because the position was recently opened. He would be a calm but sensible member.
First injury:
Only a day since he had been found, he would be seriously injured during the Chaos Insurgency raid on Furry Headquarters Site-01-B when he took five bullets for Director Arctic. After the incident, he would receive plenty of gifts from staff as well as a award from Director Arctic for saving him.
Facts:
- He likes hot chocolate and roaming around Site-01-B wrapped in a blanket.
- He once nearly scared one of the prisoners because of him accidentally covering himself fully with the blanket.
- He is scared of Zachary Von Thorne, but usually scares him when he was presented to him. It is understandable on why he would be scared of Zachary, but it is unknown as to why he showed signs of fear to Marshall.
- He likes to just sit calmly and quietly to the point of scaring a couple directors by mistake during a meeting.
- He usually sticks around with the directors and does not interact with the staff much. He says some of the staff scares him, mainly the staff working in the morgue section.
- The reason for him being cold frequently is due to a low rate of blood circulation in his body.
- It is unknown why he picks to sit at Director Arctic Fox's seat when he was found.
- Some suspects he was tired and picked Arctic Fox's seat, while others suspect he sees the seat differently than others.
