Special Containment Proceedures

RSCP-116 is to be contained in a standard Class-D Cell in Sector-[REDACTED] at Site-[REDACTED].

When personnel require entrance to the chamber, all are to exercise caution as RSCP-116 is rarely known for regenerating it's powers in certain factors.

Should RSCP-116 breach containment with his anomalous powers, the Combative Department are ordered to Neutralize Demitrus and do not take any chances to recontain RSCP-116 without proper equipment from MTF-Ei-9 "The Hazardous Angels".

If Neutralization isn't possible, all personnel are to be evacuated, and MTF-Ei-9 is to be sent ASAP for "Recontainment Code-8".

In the case of a major containment breach that can lead to high possibility for certain destruction of all site assets, all site personnel are advised to utilize on-site resources to proceed with the default evacuation plan. If evacuation shelters are rendered unsafe due to the nature of the threat, site-security will direct personnel accordingly. Surviving personnel are advised to avoid RSCP-116 ENTIRELY.

If Necessary; All personnel are authorized to utilize any of the on-site equipment (including Arcon or Safe-RSCP's) if they believe that it will increase MTF-Ei-9's chances of success or their chances of survival. If personnel survive, use of any RSCP objects during the event will be evaluated by the Ethics Committee.

Description

RSCP-116 was captured in New Blockers City by RSCP Foundation on direct orders of R5-6, he is currently contained in Site-[REDACTED] and is currently got his Anomalous Powers removed using the RSCP Foundation's Anomalous Extractor.

No one knows where RSCP-116 came from or what his intentions are, but from his groups, they are not for the benefit of Robloxians.

His birthplace and date of birth are unknown.

He is rumored to have telekinetic and telepathic powers in some form he obtained from a crystal that was later found and researched by the RSCP Foundation ,though he managed to obtain more for his followers in the Order of Shadows whom he had been a part of his whole life.

He had been held in Thorne City by his brother Fredric Thorne as he deemed it was necessary. He would tell the Guards of Thorne:

After Furry Headquarters raided Thorne City it would cause Zachary to break out of his holding cell. He had tricked Furry Headquarters into breaching his containment.

He is considered a threat by the RSCP Foundation and Global Occult Coalition after they found out about his abilities.

Capture and Retraining

Zachary was later recaptured during a failed raid on a Furry Headquarters Safehouse, due to Furry Headquarters knowing his actions and later evacuated said safehouse, while planning an Ambush.

Incident Reports

Project Utopia (GFAH Site-[REDACTED)

He would escape Project Utopia in a raid he conducted himself for the first attempt but would be recaptured and sent to Site-01-B to prepare him for transfer to the prison.

GFAH Site-01B

He would escape again due to the Chaos Insurgency raid on Furry Headquarters Site-01-B and turn back up two days later in Redcliff City where he would flee to Topia City with a item known as "The Orb of Darkness" and attempt to carry out his main plan of using it on himself and harnessing the energy. In doing so, it would kill him, ending his life.

Addendum 116-00: Sinister return

On April 16th, 2032 RSCP-116 would return out of a portal of dark energy after some Order of Shadows loyalists attempted to summon the Orb of Darkness in a Ro-Satanist church near Sacramento. He would appear with a purple glow from the energy and with a broken halo over his head, chains created by the darkness, wings that he can summon on a whim, and darkened eyes. He would have spots of dark red on him that would fade away after he became aware of where he was. His first address to his followers upon the reactivation of the necklaces that fueled his cult would strike a new sense of loyalty into them:
