One of Avalia's most corrupt leaders, Ferdinand Napoleon the III was a king not meant to be.
Time before power
He was born in the capital of Avalia and lived a high-end life with a wealthy family. He read the stories of the great kings of Eurobloxia and longed to be just like them. He knew his home country did not have a king but a elected president, something he saw as puny and meaningless. After years of learning, he would get together a group of government officials who were willing to do his bidding for a price. On the election of August 10th, 2024, Ferdinand won by a landslide. He requested a quick swearing in. The officials would follow along, and two days later, he took office.
The corruption of Avalia
Within one week, he transformed Avalia's government from a presidential system to a corrupt absolute monarchy. His first order was that the presidency would be replaced by a royal order. He would then force all government choices to be brought before him for approval. Citizens questioned his authority. He offered bribes to those who promise not to question his authority. If the citizen continues to question his authority, he would cause the citizen to vanish from the public record. He would fiercely rule over Avalia and even start threatening smaller countries. He saw himself as a god himself. Since he believed Substance-128 was causing the country's hospitals to make a profit, he would not focus on curing Substance-128 until it had affected Lucella. However, he was repeatedly informed that Substance-128 was killing Avalia's citizens, which caused him to gain unpopularity in lower income areas.
Global sights
He would have an interest in Hokanda and Kemonobloxia. Rather than making an alliance with the two countries, he saw them as targets and enemies. He would first threaten the government of Hokanda in 2032 by broadcasting a message across Hokanda's stations:
To whomever it may concern, Hokanda is next for my empire. I will take the country for my own and grow my empire. No one will stand in my way. Know this Arctic Fox, your time is running short. So is the time of the rest of what you call "The Global Furry Council." They can all flea in terror at the sight of a true king and hide but I will find them and you will all perish. For the last thing you shall see, is a royal blade, SLICING YOU IN TWO!

Wrath of a mad king
On April 16th, 2032, he would head to Hokanda via a private Evalian helicopter. He would wait in a park for members of the Global Furry Council as well as Striker from the Secret Furry Agency (SFA) and President Greg Vixen of Kemonobloxia to arrive for a meeting he had spies arrange as a trap, then would sit nearby in a cloak and stab Dr. Sierra Tango in the chest. He then ran at Arctic, Striker, and Greg. He would stab Striker in the heart, killing him, while pinning Arctic to a rock and holding Greg by the neck. His plan was to kill Arctic and Greg in one swing of his sword. However, he would be shot at by Shadowkitty Candy, but Shadowkitty's assassination attempt failed horribly, prompting him to throw down Greg, knock Arctic out, and flee via his helicopter. Before his helicopter left, another message by him would be broadcasted:
Be warned Hokanda. For like with Kemonobloxia, you too shall burn.
The SFA would attempt pursuit on Ferdinand's helicopter, but the helicopter would have to turn back due to the king's guards having high powered weapons that greatly outmatched their rifles. Luckily, a undercover GDA requested for a GDA attack helicopter to take down Ferdinand after noticing the incident, which led to GDA shooting down Ferdinand's helicopter and it crash into the Hokanda Mainstream Lake, which was noted to be infested with sharks at that time. According to the helicopter pilot; the GDA helicopter dodged the defenses the king's guards tried to shoot them with. The GDA helicopter survived with only a damaged door. A turret gunner started to fire lead bullets into the king's guards with another gunner shooting the king's helicopter down with a rocket launcher. The rocket hit the helicopter's tail, causing it to drastically and uncontrollably dive down to Hokanda Lake, where it crashed. The gunner then shouted to the falling helicopter:
MAY THAT PEASANT DIE!
Ferdinand was now presumably eliminated, with his face being posted everywhere in case he "rise up from the ground like Quincy Martin."[1]

The King of Darkness rises
A few hours after he was presumed dead, he would reappear in Avalia with new corrupted powers and standing alongside Zachary Von Thorne who had given him dark energy powers to ensure he could carry out both of their plans. Avalia would quickly be reported to have gone under dark purple skies by multiple anomalous agencies. He would send a message to the GFAH and the SFA of:
You really think you can defeat me? I have become immortal now. Fueled by the void. I will claim my victory. First Hokanda and Kemonobloxia will be mine, then Neo-Japan, then soon the globe. All will see nothing but a Order of Shadows reigning supreme. Hail Demetrius.
During the Siege of Hokanda - Contained by The RSCP Foundation
King Ferdinand and Avalia attempted to attack Hokanda, but then their troops were overwhelmed by Hokanda's Micro HID Weapon (all civilians were evacuated to Bloxia Kingdom one week earlier before Ferdinand launched reconnaissance and fail to notice the Micro HID Production), which electrocuted and killed most of his troops and even those who surrendered were not spared from the weapon's effects.
He attempt to radio for more troops, but Avalia did not respond. Until he realized, GFAH has taken another step. Avalia was then bombed down by GFAH, causing everything that he made to be destroyed, including his civilians (who was killed by the bomb or by taken in by GFAH).
Multiple Furry Task Force teams aimed their Micro HID at him, willing to make sure he suffers in hell. Ferdinand would say this before he was zapped:
I will come back, just you wait-
They powered their Micro HID and zapped Ferdinand, absorbing his powers and stunning him, where RSCP Foundation took over and immediately contained Ferdinand.
Currently, Ferdinand was contained in Special Containment with RSCP Foundation containing him at Site-[REDACTED]. In the event of a breach, execution order 67F is to be authorized using the Micro HID.
If Ferdinand is unable to be contained, attempt temporary neutralization or recontainment using electrocution.
Revived by Project Shocker
On January 1, 2033, e251atirokihc had decided to commit the ultimate crime. e251atirokihc would steal Project Shocker, a project used to revitalize furries back to life and apply it on King Ferdinand Napoleon the III. e251atirokihc gave directions to King Ferdinand Napoleon the III to take over Robloxia. The directions were seen to be an equivalent of Trumpblox's Project 2025.
Later, the RSCP Foundation began to notice King Ferdinand Napoleon the III returning and started to neutralize and electrocute him, but he was given the ultimate plot armor and force field by e251atirokihc, rendering him immune to electrocution.
On January 20, 2033, King Ferdinand Napoleon the III killed the presidential succession of Robloxia, causing the United States of Robloxia to be without a president. King Ferdinand Napoleon the III then wrested the role as president and announced sweeping reforms to be made in his executive orders, such as the reversal of the 1960s Civil Rights Movement and the return of segregation laws that had predominated Robloxia since 1896.
The End of Robloxian democracy:
On January 31, 2033, King Ferdinand Napoleon the III, after hearing that a bill was created to end Robloxian systematic hate organizations and institutions and passed with majority votes on Robloxian Congress, vetoed the bill. However, the bill saw a supermajority vote to override the veto, which led to King Ferdinand Napoleon the III to dismiss the Robloxian Congress while they are voting on the veto, resulting in the destruction of the legislative branch of the Robloxian government.
