Personal Dossier: The Administrator

Codename(s) of Department: The Administrator, The High Table of GFA, The Founders of GFA

Affiliation: Elite Command of the GFA

Date of Creation: 8-█-2008

Authorization Level: CRIMSON-BLACK

Overview:

The Administrator's role within the GFAH is often nebulous, but they always seem to have played a role in the organisation's founding in August ██, 2008 and are credited with writing the Mission Statement. Consistently associated with the RSCP Foundation. These things, at least, seem to be true, at least assuming the Administrator exists.

If reports are to be believed, each Administrator has had some anomalous traits which may be a factor of the position, including partial protection from reality shifts and extremely slow aging. Some reports even indicate that "the Administrator" is an Project made by the GFAH.

The Administrator's position in relation to The Global Furry Command and possible G.o.I is unclear. The Administrator may hold a position similar to an Global Furry Command Member or an R5 Council Command Member and may be less powerful or more powerful depending on the situation and time. Because of all this, the Administrator often comes off seeming like a wild card, albeit a rather calm and "relaxed" wild card.

There may have been multiple Administrators throughout GFAH's history, but very few reports have indicated more than one at a time. Some reports claim that the Administrator has retired, others claim that the Administrator is deceased, and still others claim that "the Administrator" was only ever an alias used by an enigmatic Robloxian who is dedicated to make furries as a race to be respected, protected, and subject to equality and peace, take Mr. Fox as an Example of this person.

Reassurances

Collected Transcripts

2008-09-08 to 2032-XX-XX

"Although the position is fine, though I do not understand. Why would you wish for me to take this position, and more importantly why your position?"

"It is more of an test run and if you do well, it is a permanent position."

"Either way, you are my replacement after my fake death. We can help assist in this change."

"...So, any news about my former employers?"

"They are wondering why you deflected when you remain truthful for three to four years."

"Ok, we assume they know. How do you deal with it."

"We will ensure it is written off the board, now calm down and get ready."

"I know. Talk later."

"You need to be more careful."

"How did you get this number? More importantly: why, when I told you not to contact me again within a few months."

"If I can trace the money moving to those offshore accounts, so can the Coalition"

"...are you trying to observe on me now?"

"I'm looking out for you. And I'm telling you. You need to be more careful"

"I can take care of myself, thanks"

"It looks like you're planning to run"

"You're not... entirely wrong"

"It's suicide. You know they'll come after you"

"I know that, when I trained first-gen Anti-Furry mercenaries in the three years."

"Well just be- What?"

"Yes, I was a training director. I don't always lie when I am called a Fox."

"If you taught them, then you would know running away isn't going to solve anything. You're just going to get yourself killed by your own creations."

"Does it seem I didn't plan any of that?"

"..."

"I technically made a pinhole weak point in their training, their mind is not resistible to any memetics."

"That is impossible."

"Don't expect me to follow orders sir."

"Did you have anything to do with the derailment?"

"What are you talking about"

"You know exactly what I'm talking about. Twenty two people died in that crash, Fox"

"And one of them was the acting training director in replacement of YOU"

"That makes it alright? Everyone else is just acceptable collateral as long as the mission is complete? You know they already replaced him"

"What? Who did they replace him with?"

"One of my former trainees; Instigration, is in charge now"

"Do you know where he is right now?"

"No, and don't change the subject. If you'll go this far to kill a single member of the coaltion, how are you any different from them? There's a line, Fox"

"I'll do what I have to to bring him down"

"Him?"

"I mean them. The Coalition."

"I want to talk about Night Wolf"

"What is there to talk about?"

"From what you've said, they're a great operative. I think it's time for Night Wolf to join GFA"

"No, absolutely not"

"I'm not talking about openly challenging the Coalition. They could be a good insider. They trust you right? You could..."

"Fox. Listen to the words I am speaking. Very clearly. Wolf. Is. Off. Limits"

"...Why are you so protective of them. They're just an operative right?"

"Night Wolf is... a outsider. I'm not going to let you put them in more danger than they already are"

"Cat, this is a war"

"It is a civil conflict and you know this."

"..."

"Listen. Just let me talk to them. I want to meet them face to face"

"Why?"

"This isn't a choice you can make for them. And besides, someone needs to warn them about the Coalition. Even if they don't join the agency, they'll still be a part of this fight"

"..."

"I swear, nobody is going to get hurt"

"...fine. I'll set something up"

"You lied to me. You didn't destroy the experiment"

"Cat, what do they know"

"Fox, just-"

"What. do. they. know"

"Nothing solid. Yet. But I know what those resources you're moving mean"

"...This isn't good"

"You lied about it, said that you destroyed it"

"You should have destroyed it when I had given you that chance, but no. Nothing is off limits if it's for your own personal vendetta, right?"

"I told you, I'll do whatever it takes to bring him down"

"Who, The Engineer? You've had so many opportunities to kill him, but you've never gone after him"

"You know that wouldn't stop the Coalition in the long run"

"So what? It would do some damage, so why won't you try it? If you hate him so much, hurry up and put a bullet in his head"

"...Do you remember the directors of the coalition?"

"Yeah, what does that have to do with this?"

"I have killed them."

"...What?"

"I killed them to get close. But then he turned around and used me to get rid of them! I trusted him with everything and he stabbed me in the back"

"...You..."

"Killing him would be too simple. I'm not letting him off that easy. He's going to watch everything he's built burn to the ground around him"

"..."

"Fox... I need to know this, and tell me truthfully. do they know about the lakehouse?"

"Tell me; is that where it is?"

"Yeah, we're working on building a lab there to finish the research. Does their intelligence know about it? Do we need to move the files?"

"According to wiretaps... No. They don't know anything about it. Keep the files there. I'll handle this personally."

"Who is this?"

[Struggled breathing] "T...T...Tan"

"Wha- This isn't a secure line"

"Cen... Central Park"

"What? Hang on, calm down. You're at central park?"

"No... need to save..."

"Where are you"

"I'm..." [Collapsing] "Sh... Shot"

"WHERE"

"To... late..." [bloody coughing] "Need... need to save..."

"T! where..."

"Central Park. Get... get to..." [Gunshots]

"T!"

[Voice nearby]
"This is HC-7"
"He's dead. Made a call though"
"..."
"Understood. We're near the docks. I'll dump him in Ro-Erie"

"Nobody's ever going to find him down there."

"Mr. Fox? What is it..."

"I can't.... do this anymore, Cat. I need out"

"What do you mean? What happened?"

"Terry... he's dead... they killed him!"

"Terry Tan? Who-"

"The Coalition."

"Ok, calm down-"

"Look sir, I'm... REACHING, my f***ing limits here, I wanted out... These things have taken so much away from us, yet we still run to them every chance we get!"

"I know, I know. You're right. But running away isn't going to solve anything. You're just going to get yourself killed"

"I told you. I. Can't. Do. This... and I don't have a lot of other options here"

"...Ok, I'll hope you can enact revenge."

"How? I can't even ensure he can get him to rest in peace- I even mourned him..."

"You are allowed to wage a war against them."

"...Oh now this is it? You previously said we can't ensure the coalition know this."

"They attacked your family..."

"..."

"You said that if someone touches your family, you'll make them pay. Isn't that so?"

"...Meet me at the Board Office."

The Global Furry Council (2008)

Following a comprehensive investigation into multiple violations attributed to the 2008 Global Furry Council, the Ethics Committee, in conjunction with the Administrators, has determined that the Council’s actions cannot be justified within the framework of the duties and obligations of the Global Furry Agency Headquarters (GFAH) or the RSCP Foundation. Furthermore, the unauthorized utilization of [CONFIDENTIAL - ACCESS LEVEL 12 REQUIRED] for the exclusive benefit of thirteen individuals presents significant ethical concerns and is suspected to have contributed to unforeseen consequences, particularly affecting the conceptual understanding of mortality.

Despite formal requests issued by the Committee to immediately cease these activities, the Council has persistently refused to comply. In view of this continued noncompliance, coupled with multiple ethical infractions committed by the Council over the past six months, the Ethics Committee has reached the determination that the enactment of the Primary Action is both necessary and unavoidable.

The proposed course of action includes the following steps:

  • Deployment of Furry Task Force Omega-1 ("The Gavel") to either secure or eliminate the Global Furry Council at their suspected meeting.
  • Removal of existing Global Furry Council members from their positions.
  • Promotion of qualified high-ranking GFAH officials to Council status.
  • Neutralization of [CONFIDENTIAL - ACCESS LEVEL 12 REQUIRED] to prevent its future misuse.

While the enactment of the Primary Action is regrettable, the Committee asserts that it is a necessary measure at this stage. When a governing body prioritizes self-preservation over its mandate to serve the Agency, it is the duty of the Ethics Committee to intervene as established by the Administrator at its inception.

This marks the first instance of the Primary Action being implemented, though it may not be the last. Voting on this proposal is scheduled to take place following the next Committee meeting. The outcome of these deliberations will determine the next steps in addressing the violations and restoring ethical governance within this Organisation.

Known Members

The Divisional Directors

Black Cat: Unidentified Gender. Unknown descent. Suspected Bloxian Kingdom Origin. Black Housecat Robloxian-Type Species. RSCP Foundation Council Member. Rightful Founder and RSCP council counterpart. Previous Head Director of GFA.

Deliberately over-the-top reputation. This is generally disguised as some sort of companion animal for a decoy Divisional Directors, but behind closed doors the Black Cat is in charge. After 2008, Mr. Fox is the current Divisional Director of the publicized version of Division GLOBAL-FAH, with him only appearing when necessary attention is required.

Mr Fox: Male. Eurobloxian descent. Bloxia Kingdom origin. Reported as appearing between mid-30s and mid-50s. Usually cocky and serious. RSCP Foundation Council Member. Current Founder and Head Director of GFA.

Deliberately over-the-top reputation. Lack of aging made relatively public by way of universally repeated rumor. Associates with all assets within the RSCP Foundation and government officials. Usually said to have a number of over-the-top traits, such as creating [REDACTED]

The Five Administrators

The Android: Male. Eurobloxian descent. Bloxia Kingdom origin. Verified post-Robloxian lifespan. Current High Table Director of Prediction and Algorithm; reported as appearing between mid-30s and mid-50s. Looks to be an Android Model made by Anderson Robotics.

Deliberately over-the-top reputation. Lack of aging made relatively public by way of universally repeated rumor. Associates with numerous major heads of government, representing GFAH interests to them. Said (rather insultingly) to have "a penchant for suits, fine liquors and loose women". An example from a typical report:

He has been friendly with people of many political stances and is generally well liked if not respected. When he does become angered, even heads of state are quick to appease him and commonly offer sincere apologies.

Usually said to have a number of over-the-top traits, such as never bringing his hands more than a few inches apart and ordinarily being slow and sluggish and then displaying amazing feats of strength.

S. Pritchard: Male. European descent. Unknown origin. Mid-30s. Body was replaced with a Robot Endoskeleton. Current High Table Director of Amnestics.

According to these reports, an individual known as "S. Pritchard" created the original model of [REDACTED - CORRUPTION CODE aN!a934231#(*$@$]
[ALERT - FURTHER DATA LOST - CONTACT ADMIN FOR ASSISTANCE]

We're not even sure what that first initial is short for. We've found sources claiming it's "Samuel", "Simon", "Stephen", "Spencer" or "Silas". Sometimes, the surname's something else or the name's "Pritchard Silas", "Samuel Pritchard" or "Sampritch", but the letters "S. P" keep showing up. There's something here that we are missing.

Female. Eurobloxian descent. Robloxia origin. Verified post-human lifespan. Appears 50+. Old fashioned, wears horn-rim glasses, keeps hair in a bun. Very proper. Current High Table Director of Ethics.

One of the older original founders of the Global Furry Agency Headquarters. Pulled together the initial members into an organization; produced order from the initial chaos. Jokingly referred to as being very good at herding cats. Brisk in manner. Smart, ambitious, and good at knowing when to either create or ignore rules of order.

Female. Middle Eastern descent. Ro-India origin. Appears 45+. No unusual appearance. Current High Table Director of Furry Resources.

Her role is to track down and select each new and future member of Global Furry Command. She is a trained mathematician and uses a form of statistics along with occultic procedures for her selection methods. She has personally selected every single member of The Global Furry Command, in some cases years in advance. She occasionally also opts to choose their number, though which number is sometimes kept secret from all others except her and her staff until the new promotion is ready (presumably via a slot being opened).

Male. Descent and Origin Unknown. Wears Special "SPIDER" Sense Goggles Red Version. Unkempt white hair. Wears thick-lensed glasses and RSCP-262 (Coat of Many Arms). Nonrobloxian body. Current High Table Director of Development.

Apparently associated with the GFAH since its Founding Era, though always in a supporting role, not at the top of the power structure. Possibly owns the land where RSCP Site-19 is built on. Only a few personnel outside of R5 Command and The Global Furry Council have ever seen him. Softly spoken but harshly punishes failure. References in reports claim this Administrator originates from "The Plane Where Eyes Cannot Follow."

Recent Administrators

Female. Origin of Robloxia. Gained a couple pounds. Impaired Vision. Wears purple glasses. Hair color is naturally dark red but she will dye it either pink or black depending on the occasion. Current High Table Director of Research.

Originally a director and a nearly crazed inventor, she took a major injury that prevented her from further work in her position. She would find out about Kismet and Alice by accident and after her getting to know them a decision was made to promote her to the top. Now her role is mainly to keep the higher-ranking agents in check as well as inspect new creations. The other administrators understand her physical and mental limits so she isn't at risk of being hurt.

New Hire at the request of Mr. Fox in 2032.

Mr. Fox's Report

Ah, how I cherish the moments spent recalling my esteemed colleagues from the glorious days.

The Administrators—those illustrious Founding Members of the First Iteration of GFAH, my few revered successors in this grand endeavor.

They are a remarkable group: The Android, S. Pritchard, Alice Jacobson, Kitsmet, and the enigmatic Spider.

In the 20th Century, they ruled the first iteration of GFAH like sovereigns, a regal assembly when Furries served both as laborers and enforcers.

I was among their ranks, known simply as the Divisional Director.

In those times, I felt the exhilarating rush of power coursing through my veins, yet I also understood the heavy price that came with it. Now, they stand as my pawns and chessmasters.

I can see you [UNKNOWN USER ID]. Maybe it's time to know the truth about the first council.
