As one of Furry Headquarters lead construction workers and the overseer of building projects, Scott Ivan has been a major asset to the building of new sites and ensuring the existing ones are maintained properly.
- Scott Ivan was born and raised in Bloxhicago and took up building planning.
- He started as a construction worker but was promoted to planner and oversaw the building of two of Bloxhicago's new towers built in 2014.
- When he joined Furry Headquarters, he was already well-known across Robloxia for the projects he planned and oversaw.
- He was one of Site 01's repair staff and said he did not care for the site, but cared for the personnel in the site (like the Furry Council). Some of his complaints on the site were:
- "That useless elevator on floor 4 broke again. Why are we still keeping it around when it is always breaking?"
- "Data Center is Not Responding again, but someone left a handful of breadcrumbs, may need a Major Server Update just to fix this."
- "The council room has armored doors. Want to know the problem? It's too slow to open!"
- "This site's location is meant to be hidden? You can see it from the highway in winter."
- "Why are the protection still short concrete walls? I'd have those things be at least two stories tall."
- "Everyone credits the researchers making new weapon inventions. No one credits the ones ensuring everything doesn't explode."
- "Service Lift to Storage Area 7 is rather slower than usual, I had to grab the Supplies very later than usual."
- "Morgue Chamber 3 doors is jammed, request for repair came from Morgue Overseer Nightling.
- "Ok we get the Anti-Furry Coalition off our backs and a tornado rips Site 01 apart? Why did I have a feeling that was going to happen?"
- He was given the task of planning and overseeing the new Site-01 when the existing one was planned to be given to the Furry Peace and Justice Corporation.
- He would also be one of the main planners for Project Utopia.
