In the High Table of GFA, not every council members are furries or robloxians. There is one member whom is a Cyber Kinetic Android built by Anderson Robotics but was reprogrammed by members of Division GAMMA-FOXTROT-ALPHA: According to RSCP notes, his plan was for the code to continuously evolve and improve itself as time went on. His project was completed a few months later, and after some tests and tweaks, the Android was born.
Before the GFA
Anderson Robotics was experimenting on methods to dispose failed androids without making it noticeable, as such; members of Anderson Robotics built an Android Cyber Artificial Android designated as Argumented Tactical Model 100-Alpha: built as an "Android Terminator" for failed robots. While Anderson Robotics believed it is suitable to exterminate and deal with failed robots, one of their AT-100A models was captured by the RSCP Foundation and was declared as missing.
RSCP Foundation coders manage to rewire the coding and mentality of the AT-100A Android to assist the foundation, which it's directive became to assist the RSCP foundation and it's affiliates "for the better good". As of the rewiring; The Android manage to succeed in halting and preventing at least 6,872 hostile GoI operations from ███ 2005 to ████ 2007 (at a margin of █████).

Subsequently in November 2007, RSCP foundation AI specialists manage to use the reprogrammed mind to create several AI predictive algorithms which subsequently led to the creation of Artificial Intelligence to Analyse and Predict Possible Events (Ai.tA&PPE). The Android was required to retire from service in mid-2008, but R5-5 manage to provide an alternative on 8/7/2008.
The High Table's Predictive Councilmen
On August 9, 2008, The Android later became GFA's prediction AI and the High Table Director under Prediction and Algorithum. Despite the artificial mindset, he still remember fragmented memories of his time as a Anderson Robotics unit.

- The Android was previously meant to be an Tan Industries product, but the idea was changed to Anderson Robotics due to it fitting the SCP-style while keeping the Robloxiapedia-canon.
