Born sometime in the 1920s Romarkia, Alice Jacobson is regarded as the GFAH's oldest director and calmest of the administrators. Approaching her with hostile intentions will not end pleasantly for the attacker as she has items containing anomalous energy at the ready for her own safety.
Early Life:
Born in Romarkia, Alice always was a dreamer and a creative mind. She would be moved out of the country and head to Bloxland just before the rise of Nazi Romarkia. Her life in Ro London was marked with upset after she was orphaned from the death of her mother and father. Her memory would be damaged by the attacks on the city during Roblox War II and most of her records lost. She would flee to the area that would become Hokanda decades later.

Gaining anomalous powers:
At the age of 30 she would find a strange orb in a cave and a four pointed star next to it. She would take both not realizing that she had accidentally gained immortality. She would figure it out twenty years later after she was wandering in the Bloxlandian wilderness at night and fell off a cliff. She would take a few minutes to realize what happened and that she had not been hurt at all. The star would start hovering over her shoulder and froze her age. Her power would attract the attention of the Global Occult Coalition who wanted to know more about her. Knowing they had figured out her hiding place, she fled to New Blockers City where she would live in a apartment in a more low-income and violent neighborhood.
Meeting the other administrators of Furry Headquarters:
In 2008, she would hear a knock at her apartment door from a fox with tan fur color, calling herself Kismet. At first Alice was hesitant but would answer the door.
Alice: "Hello?"
Kismet: "You Alice Jacobson?"
Alice: "Yeah? Why ya ask?"
Kismet: "Mr. Fox sent me. Says he wants to create an agency. You were a top pick for the administrators."
Alice: "I see. Why me though?"
Kismet: "The very anomalous energy that runs through your veins. That is why you are seen as valuable. Now come, we mustn't attract attention. Blackskulls followed me I fear."
Alice: "Why would they?"
Kismet: "My blade. They know of it's powers. They long for it. They yearn for the energy of it."
Alice: "You, you're Ro-Indian aren't you?"
Kismet: "Glad you noticed. I can tell just by your accent you are Romarkian."
She would be met at a train station outside Hokanda by the other ones she was told to meet. It was dark and raining when she saw two red glowing figures, S. Pritchard and Mr. Fox (AndroidTan's old codename) standing at the end of the platform.
Alice: "What are those? Are those other trains?"
Kismet: "Nope. Those are a couple of the other administrators. Alice, meet Mr. Fox."
Alice: "Interesting name I must say."
Mr. Fox: "It's just a common name I use."
*Alice shakes hands with Mr. Fox*
Kismet: "Now Alice. I know you are from the old world and this one will confuse and maybe scare you but. Come forward Pritchard."
*S. Pritchard emerge from the shadow*
Pritchard: "Greetings Alice."
Alice: "What the hell is that thing?"
Kismet: "He has a lot of cybernetic parts. Don't get on his bad side as he will tear you apart."
Alice: "Ok."
Organizing Furry Headquarters:
She would be put in charge of getting the group set into an order, watching over everything to make sure it is staying how she set it, and planning out the locations of the sites. She came up with the idea of building two sites named Site-01 and putting the real 01 underground in a mountain somewhere in northern Robloxia. It would be marked as a outpost of a nearby RSCP Foundation site for government documents on it. The site would be known on records as Site-01-B. It would be the strongest of the sites. After she was done she would pack her things and go back to her home until a crisis called for her to return to the site. That crisis would come up in 2032.

Facts:
- She has been arrested multiple times when she lived in New Blockers City for hunting down criminals herself. Which Mr. Fox has to pull strings to get her out unharmed even if it leads to a messy shootout.
- Her Void Star she has on her shoulder cam from the same source as the one belonging to the infamous Noli. Though the two stars cannot be combined.
- The star she has can be held by her and thrown at someone that she feels is threatening her and killing them instantly.
- She wears a fedora with the flag of Romarkia on it.
- The lantern she is seen with is where she puts the orb.
