Noli is an RSCP. His origins are uncertain while many speculations can vary, such as whether he originated from the time the Banlands were formed or if he is a manifestation created by John Doe or more likely 1x1x1x1. Noli, given the item number RSCP-001-7, is kept locked far away from anyone in Site-03 (Better known as The Stronghold) along with RSCP-001-2, RSCP-001-3, RSCP-007 and RSCP-121, all of which have been deemed the strongest threats to Roblox that are not kept in the Banlands.
It is said Noli is the only Robloxian to ever escape permanent ban, hence the fear all Robloxians have of him because of his power, which is said to be virtually limitless.
He is believed to be the fifth sequence of the evil 1x1x1x1.
History:
Not much is known about him. Many believe he is 1x1x1x1's executioner and some say he was created before John Doe or Jane Doe even set foot on the planet. Some believed he was the ghost of a dead god.
A sighting of what was believed to be him would be seen in 2001 with a person posting on a Robloxia government forum a photo of Noli in a wooded area with the caption of "WHAT IS THIS?" Teams from the RSCP Foundation would track and hunt him down with the intent to capture him. A random post on Robloxia's government forum rumored to be made by Noli himself would read:
And so darkness descends...
The first attempt at containing him would fail as he broke out of the site and went on a killing rampage in 2007 of anyone that had a item the Robloxia government gave out to a select amount of residents, known as the Void Star Pin. He would be recontained and sealed away far from any cities. However his abilities were still highly active which was evident by the creation of the Void Cult. The group would contain around 1,500 people whom Noli had possessed and taken full control over. The Global Occult Coalition would find and destroy the crystal he was using to possess people but the cult would have to be allowed to die out naturally.
A few months later Noli would hijack Robloxia's government website and place himself onto the site which would be undone a couple hours later when Parawatch and other Robloxia paranormal activity hunters made numbers of posts about it. Noli would be relocated to Site-03 where he could not access anything to escape. However his cult would remain, holding rituals on the 13th of every month to summon Noli once again.
Nothing would be seen out of Noli for years except a few mentions of him in ghost hunting groups. The cult that followed him would be marked by the RSCP Foundation as a threat like with the Church of the Broken God or the Children of the Scarlet King.
Special Containment Procedures:
- Noli is to be kept in special chains at ALL TIMES and any researcher that feels influenced by him while passing his chamber is to be given amnestics quickly.
- No other anomaly is to meet Noli after he managed to corrupt and nearly breach RSCP-001-3.
- ANY INTENTIONAL INTERACTION WITH NOLI DIRECTLY IS PROHIBITED AND GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION AND EXECUTION.
- If Noli escapes it is advised to contact Urbanshade and inform them to release [REDACTED] for recontainment of the anomaly.
