Exploiting The Anomalous -Motto

Urbanshade is a Danish multinational conglomerate founded by Mr. Shade in the early 20th century. Its businesses include private security, arms manufacturing, technology, mining, energy, food and drink manufacturing, cosmetics, and anomalous containment. The group regularly pulls in billions of dollars in revenue and has attained considerable financial and political influence across many different nations, They are the second largest company globally after Monika Corporation, but have stable relations with the latter, merging their operations together to create revolutionary products and crush competitions, so much so that other companies have named Monika and Urbanshade the "Dynamic Duo". However in 2026, was their downfall as GFA forcefully cut their ties with Monika and the Danish Government forcefully render Urbanshade defunct for a scaching remark

History

Urbanshade was founded at some point in the early 20th century by Mr. Shade as a private security company. During one of their security gigs at an unknown point in time, Urbanshade guards would encounter an unknown anomaly. Realizing the financial profit that could be gained from it, Mr. Shade would quickly expand the company to include the field of anomaly capture and containment.

In 1961, Urbanshade would be dispatched to the Ro-Norwegian sea to investigate the sinking of a cargo ship after a storm. During their investigation, recovery teams came across a previously undiscovered oceanic zone, the Let-Vand zone, an anomalous area at the bottom of the ocean where the hydrostatic pressure was equivalent to that of a swimming pool. The zone was covered by a protective barrier that eviscerated anything that comes into contact with it, dubbed "the Veil of the Let-Vand zone." Urbanshade would cover up any information on the trench's existence before geographers could document it and began to rapidly develop the technology to penetrate the veil of the Let-Vand zone.

Urbanshade was able to penetrate the Let-Vand zone's veil by 1962, and began to draft plans for the construction of the Hadal Blacksite: a clandestine research site and detention center created for the express purpose of storing Urbanshade's captured anomalies and giving the company privacy from the rest of the world for its less-than-ethical experiments. Construction began that same year with the erection of The Ridge, which would be completed in 1963, and initial construction of the greater black site would be completed by 1974. The Hadal Blacksite would become one of Urbanshade's most valuable facilities, and is thus far the only confirmed location to house Urbanshade's anomalies.

In 2006, one year after the death of Mr. Shade's wife, Urbanshade would discover the existence of the Banlands, a Hell-like dimension in which the souls of the damned are sent to after death. The expedition groups sent to explore the Banlands encountered the Guardian Angel of The Banlands, who prevented the teams from going any further into the Banlands. Mr. Shade, enraged at the setback, ordered for the angel's execution and commissioned the construction of four Heavenpiercer armored vehicles, resembling Abydos' Shemata Railguns. Two years later, Urbanshade would successfully incapacitate the Guardian with one of these Heavenpiercers. Soon after, Urbanshade would meet with the Devil, the entity in charge of the Banlands, and strike a deal with him: in exchange for keeping the Guardian Angel in confinement, he would allow Urbanshade to use the Banlands to revive their KIA employees whenever they wanted. With this deal cemented, Urbanshade was able to conquer even death itself, Monika had a similar system, after in 2018 first striking a deal with a female Avian giantess called Voidcrest in the Banlands outskirts. Voidcrest was second-in-command to The Devil himself.

On October 14th, 2025, Sebastian Solace would attack an elite guardsman during a routine transport after faking the effects of anesthesia, killing them and taking their keycard. He'd then use this keycard to free as many anomalies stored in the Hadal Blacksite as he could, causing chaos and major site damage. After determining that sending in operatives to secure the facility would be too costly, Urbanshade instead opted to activate the Expendable Protocol, sending convicts into the black site in human waves to secure the Z-2 Crystal in exchange for their freedom and a large sum of money. Two days later, on October 16th, an expendable would defy all odds and obtain the crystal, allowing Urbanshade the opportunity to restore order to the Hadal Blacksite. The black site would be up and running again before year's end.

On May 7, 2026, the Robloxian Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, after hearing shocking, disgusting, and disappointing stories of sexual assault, rape, and abuse from employees, including Ren, made the ultimate decision to close the organization, accusing the company for allowing predatory activities to happen and without predators being held accountable for those said activities. This was successful as the Robloxian government finally adopted the "Do not support Urbanshade" stance. As a result, Baszucki's popular support increased, compounding on the gains made when he authorized the destruction of Robloxians Against Retroslop and the execution of Snead as he continued to remain against predatory activities and predators on the country. Later, the organization reopened on May 9, 2026, and is now forced by the Robloxian government to prevent anyone under the age of 18 and those who have not scanned their face with the Robloxian government from entering its properties, effectively weeding out a majority of its corporate personnel and visitors.

Corporate Personnel

Urbanshade has many different groups under its employment. A majority of the staff under their employment seem to be security forces, with the Hadal Blacksite's security forces making up over 55.6% of the total staff population there. Other known types of personnel employed by Urbanshade include scientists, engineers, administrative staff, construction workers, maintenance workers, and military operatives.

Urbanshade also has a population of prisoners at their disposal to use in their human testing, drafted from the ranks of inmates in prisons across the world that cooperate with Urbanshade. The tasks and testing assigned to a prisoner, as well as how well their living conditions are, are dependent on the prisoner's rank.

Urbanshade and its divisions offer a wide variety of different goods and services to both the public and private entities. Some of the known ones include:

Company Structure:

Base Company:

The main public-facing side of the company that sells goods and services to the world markets. Some of the products sold are produced using anomalies stored in the Hadal Blacksite. The company regularly makes tens of trillions of Robux in revenue, with their profits for the 2025 fiscal third quarter totalling up to R$33.2 trillion. Urbanshade employees at the very bottom of the company hierarchy are unaware of the unethical practices that occur within the company's divisions.

The Hadal Division

The Hadal Division is one of Urbanshade's most important divisions, being responsible for operating and maintaining the Hadal Blacksite, which houses many of Urbanshade's contained anomalies and is where the company secretly performs research on anomalies and humans alike, with many of their experiments being unethical in nature. Despite its secretive nature, the Hadal Division has a program for unpaid internships.

N.O.S.T

N.O.S.T. is a subdivision of the Hadal Division tasked with managing responsibilities concerning the Banlands after its discovery in 2006. Members of the N.O.S.T. subdivision are selected for their loyalty to Urbanshade, and in return are granted access to top secret information, specialised equipment, and elite training.

Other Divisons:

The Bioparanormal Subdivision is a subdivision of the Hadal Division. It can be presumed that they are responsible for performing research on the anomalies that Urbanshade captures and sends to the Hadal Blacksite.
The Infiltration Division is one of Urbanshade's divisions. Not much is known about them, but given their name, it is probable that they engage in activities pertaining to espionage, intelligence gathering, and subterfuge. Urbanshade's Anti-Personnel Landmines and Anti-Personnel Doorstoppers were created for infiltration operatives to use on missions.
The Expedition Division is responsible for sending prisoners into anomalous areas to perform land surveying and reconnaissance, or to perform tasks in anomalous areas. They also appear responsible for sending Urbanshade operatives out into the field to retrieve anomalies.
The Hazard and Ethics Division are a division known to have a dispatch center where they perform electronic surveillance. They also appear to be responsible for dispatching operatives to intercept anomalies.
The Urbanshade Safety and Health Administration (abbreviated as U.S.H.A.) is a defunct department of Urbanshade that likely dealt with assuring that the company's locations provided safe and healthy working conditions for its employees. The department would be obliterated in 2012 by an orbital cannon due to their failure in enforcing said safety standards.

Rogue Employees

Despite being a GFA-allied company, Throughout 2020-onwards, several Urbanshade employees within secret enclaves supplied arms and technology to Hashira Biotech. The employees pre-2026 was yet to be identified and the mystery rogue group continues to be an ally of Hashira Biotech. Mr Shade then suspiciously cut ties with the GFA after the Hadal Blacksite was operational again by 2026, he also made sure the Monika and Hashira supply lines went smoothly. Though what he didn't know that when he intentionally use GFA Equipment against the Bloxia Kingdom International Exchange Act of 1867, which was caught by an Danish Central Intelligence Station Chief (apart of the GFA-Intelligence faction) whom has leaked the files to the GFA revealing he was compromised by Monika and Hashira.

As of April 8, 2026, a scathing expose has revealed that Ren, one of the employees, had been sexually assaulted, raped, and abused by Zeal, one of the rogue employees in Urbanshade. Many employees were shocked, disgusted, and disappointed to hear the expose, and this has led to massive numbers of employees leaving Urbanshade. While a lot of great employees have done a lot for the company, some employees were reported to never have felt right working with a company that allows for predatory activities to happen and without the rogue employee being held accountable for those said activities. Calls to allies to "Do not support Urbanshade" have increased since the expose. As of April 12, 2026, fallout from this expose still contaminates the company's history.

As of June 19th, 2026, the Global Furry Agency, after hearing that Urbanshade has been compromised and has, out of their audacity, turned GFA items to enemies for inhumane options; had attacked two of their major blacksites as of Urbanshade taking advantage of the paranormal to assist Monika in Anti-Robloxian Activities. Per-attack, GFA has cost at least 50,000 deaths of every Urbanshade Employee who ever had a Monika Corporation file in Hadal and Hadron Blacksite, which effectively removed Monika and Hashira from Urbanshade's hands. Following the termination, the Danish Government forcefully kicked open the office doors to made Mr Shade confess the activities he had knowingly authorized.

In the ShinobuKochoIsMINE variant; Urbanshade is affiliated with Monika and Hashira, which due to the GFA being Monika's enemy, he turn them away with "legal" paperwork. Though later in both the former and the original variant; GFA has recieved a tip-off that Urbanshade was compromised, as a result would lead to GFA raiding two major blacksites and eliminating the Monika/Hashira assets.
Urbanshade’s public-facing logo is inspired by the Danish Republic's national bird, the swan, and a popular tourist attraction, Den lille Havfrue (The Little Mermaid)
The Hadal Divison logo has three main elements to it:
- The pentagram star represents Urbanshade’s deal with The Devil of the Banlands.
- The crystal in the center represents the Z-2 crystal held in the Hadal Blacksite.
- The whirlpool represents the storm that led to the discovery of the Let-Vand zone.
