The Monika Corporation is the longest-operating megacorp in the world. Its origins date back to the mid-20th century when a young Asuka Hoiruichi inherited her mother's nascent company, transforming it into a global leader in security. Today, Monika Corporation is known as an arms-manufacturing giant that has had its hands in military conflicts across all continents. Due to the latest advances in technology and the company's seemingly unlimited capital, Monika is poised to achieve its political goals on a massive scale. Monika's soldiers and agents are known not only for their excellent training, rivalling the GFA and IAC, but also for their steadfast loyalty to corporate values and CEO Shinji Kotanui himself, who continues to govern the corporation with an iron fist. Even discussions of a succession plan must be kept to a whisper, because no one would dare openly question the authority of the world's greatest weapons empire... Almost no one. But After Miyazawa's appointing as CEO after Kotanui was forced out of power, Miyazawa cleaned the slate with her new policies and allied the company with Tan Industries.
Monika Corporation (Japanese: モニカ) is a Neo-Japanese anti-furry conglomerate based in Roghija. Monika not only is a Neo-Japanese, but a Roblox-wide megacorporation dealing in corporate security, banking, and manufacturing. It is one of the most influential megacorporations in the world. The company is also the largest distributor of Neo-Japanese-made merchandise throughout the Robloxian, Eurobloxian, and Baojian markets. Monika-branded weapons and military vehicles are among the most sought after by police and security firms. Over the years, it has developed a dark reputation as a corporation that is to be feared and one which covers its tracks using assassins, and an army of lawyers. They were once the largest sponsor and clients to the GFA until 2027. Their competitors were Tovokian energy titan Kuroblox and Militech. They are a company that boasts one of the largest corporate militaries in Roblox to exist, consisting of a force called "Guardsmen", Monika is also part of the "Dynamic Duo", a term given by other companies of the alliance formed between Tan Industries and Monika. They are largest company ever to exist in Roblox, even surpassing advanced organisations like Tan Industries. They are so powerful within the Telamonian Rim and southeast Baoji/Indoloubu trade busniess rings, that they even have a seat within the Neo-Japanese National Diet Building.
Monika Corporation maintains the largest and most powerful armed forces of any corporation in the world, with their guards renowned worldwide and feared by many. Most firms will look to licensing from Monika corporate security guards, couriers, or mercenaries to protect their assets. However, assets take priority if they are at risk and the troops themselves are loyal to death to the Neo-Japanese conglomerate. Monika has made a habit of buying up other companies worldwide, and bleeding out the competition of other Neo-Japanese corporations. They also give a heavy amount of support to Neo-Japanese communities all over the globe.
History
Widely recognized as a world-renowned company inside and outside of Robloxia, Monika is often called "the backbone of society itself". The company is based around the production of consumer hardware, tools, heavy machinery, firearms, spacecraft and enhancers, and is also known to be the producer of top quality goods and services. In the 2020's under Shinji Kotanui, the company became extremely corrupt, dragging the company into an arms race with Tan Industries until 2031, when Kiki Miyazawa was appointed the new CEO after the 2030 Monika Strikes.
History (1910's-2020's)
Monika Corporation was founded in 1913, by Monika Horuichi, in Chuo-ku, Rohigjia. The company originally was focused on manufacturing and took full advantage of Roblox War II to forward their wealth and power by supplying the Imperial Army. However Monika foresaw the defeat of Japan and worked to ensure her company and fortune would survive the war by spreading her wealth across the globe, out of the reach of the post-war leadership. Soon enough the Neo-Japanese surrendered and the country was in ruin, with most cities destroyed by the constant bombings (with the exception of Kyoto).
On August 15th, 1945, the Emperor broadcast the edict of surrender and renounced his divinity. Asuka, a former lieutenant, and one of the first female sailors in the Imperial Neo-Japanese Navy and daughter of Monika. As family and fortune would soon be her to control, a fortune that, if wielded correctly, would permit a clever woman to push Japan back towards a position of power from which it could dominate Roblox politically and economically. That same night, she began to study politics, economics, and history. Although Neo-Japan's economy and industry were in ruins, Asuka studied all matters of business, economics, and politics while attending Todai. This was to ensure she had the skills necessary to accomplish her goals. Monika had capitalized on wartime industry, but against Asuka's impassioned urging, she had made sure that the bulk of the Monika fortune was covertly protected in concealed overseas assets and accounts. In the 1950's and 60's. Monika manufactured radios, TV sets and firearms. On June 18, 1959, Monika Hoiruichi dies. In 1970 Asuka created the Monika Security division of the Monika Corporation. The new division specialized in high quality personal and corporate manpower, electronic, and computer security and protection. Slowly, over 25 years, Monika Security developed a sterling reputation as the most potent company of its type in the world. In 1990, Monika emerged on the global 500 list and by the mid 1990s, Monika guardsmen were employed by thousands of powerful individuals and corporations around the world and intrusion countermeasures and computer security experts were retained by many others. It wasn't long thereafter that the Security division was one of Monika's three most powerful holdings, equaled only by the MC Bank and all it's respective manufacturing divisions. Monika appointed a new CEO, Kei Harakuo after Asuka died in a car accident, In 1997, Monika Security moved into paramilitary contracting and began training one of the world's first corporate armies at the corporation's guard and agent schooling facility in the northern wastes of Rokkaido. An age of ruthlessness followed, with Monika destroying or absorbing as much of its competition as it could and buying out any non-competitive companies that Harakuo thought would make a good asset. In 2010, Shinji Kotanui becomes the company's CEO and remains one of the wealthiest men in Roblox to this date. The 2010's and 2020's saw the rise of Monika's more illicit operations such as corporate espionage and massacres of whistleblowers. Corporate dissident and misinformation are prohibited on the highest level in the private divisions.

The Corporate Cold War
Since cutting ties with the GFA in early 2027, Monika and another of it's competitors, Tan Industries, have been at each other since then. The arms race between the 2 companies has seen numerous secret operations, ending in casualties on each side. The 2 most biggest offences were in mid-2027, the first was the breaching of Monika's data vault in Laredo, Bloxas by Tan Industries' Tactical Operations Team, which resulted in 3 of their top researchers killed. Monika retaliated by detonating a nuclear device at one of the major TI buildings in Kent Hill, South Dabloxa. Out of the 2000 people present there before the attack, only 6 survived. Monika blamed the nuclear detonation on a failed testing run of a battery that ran on nuclear fusion.
In 2031, Shinji Kotanui was ousted from position after several employees at the HQ revolted and forcefully removed him from power, the new CEO, now Kiki Miyazawa, made several reforms to the company, dissolving the Espionage division and bringing an end to Monika's controversial position in the corporate world. Miyazawa soon opened trade with the GFA again and allied themselves with Tan Industries. She even met AndroidTan at the 2031 Global Innovation Race in McFluffer County.
Controversies
Monika Corporation has always been mismatched in the corporate and stock markets since the company transitioned into a megacorporation, being a household name worldwide. Their first controversy came when their arms manufacturing division were supplying weapons to the Anti-Furry Coalition, as such, numerous nations put sanctions on the company throughout the 2010's, resulting in their stock crashed by 30%. After the GFA's Furry Task Forces seized the weapons, Monika Corporation was forced to cut ties with businesses and organizations that rejected furries. It was also the sole reason why the AFC used old weaponry. Had numerous nations not sanctioned the company, the AFC would have been more powerful.
Another controversy was their protogen suits, Monika was infamous for it's suits that used outdated springlock technology, despite the major advancements the company has made in robotics. Several of these suits were prone to failure causing severe injury or death. Monika did not make another Protogen Suit until 2025, as numerous funds were made into their private divisions.

Public Intervention and Relations
Public relations have been mostly problematic for Monika Corporation since the early 2000s. The corporation suffers under an image of brooding, ominous power. The Monika board of directors has attempted to cast the best light possible on itself, extolling the virtues of its security department, touting the philanthropic work of the bank, explaining how its manufacturing arm and subsidiaries, and sponsoring many festivals or expos that are the backbone of an economically sound in Neo-Japan. Though there is truth to this, it has not helped much to overcome the dark images associated with the corporation. Even with people who largely respect Monika, there is always an undercurrent of fear tempering their attitude towards the company.
Opinion on Monika around the world also varies. In Neo-Japan and various Baojian nations, Monika can be seen in a more positive light, often helping in the reconstruction or protection of various nations. Opinion in Robloxia is split, with many believing Monika to be a menace and others believing the corporation to be beneficial. Places such as Taiblox, or Bloxstralia generally have a more positive view of the corporation, except Bloxapore had a serious conflicting review due to their independence and use of their nation-brand weaponary. While others outright see the company as a terrorist organisation such as Labublox and countries in Bloxia Kingdom.
In December 2017, Several Monika guardsmen donated new clothes, toys and food to several 3rd-world nations across Bloxveld, with Shinji Kotanui himself and his wife Sayuri attending the event. On the 4th of May, 2026, they met up with several busniessfurs of the GFA after the latter's naval units requested an order for 2 Asuka-Class Carrier Submarines, this order was cancelled after the company cut ties with the GFA and all pro-furry companies the following year.
Monika's control over the government of Neo-Japan was growing in the late 1990s and early 2000's. Harakuo was close to having complete control with 60% of Neo-Japan's National Diet being Monika-bought politicians.
Members and Personnel
A tower contains the top Monika officials for any given region, including the National Directors and Regional Vice Presidents. Beneath the Regional VP will be the Regional Security Director, Regional Sales Director, and Regional Bank Director. Chain of command for the individual departments proceeds downwards from Region to Area, Local, District, and Site. The Rohigjia tower has the offices for the corporation CEO, executive vice presidents, board of directors, and other top officials. All large offices also have R&D departments for developers either not cleared for the Honshu R&D facility, or who need to work in a specific area of the world for one reason or another.

- Any Monika employee planning on retirement, regardless of division they work for. They must have their memories of all illicit operations wiped from their mind, as a bribe, they're given 30M RBX.
- Roxanne Parker of the PMC Command Division had previous experiences in the Robloxian Military. Her knowledge lets operatives operate in utmost secrecy.
- Monika is inspired by numerous sci-fi corporations such as TASCorp from "Meta Runner" as well as others like Arasaka and Militech from "Cyberpunk 2077", and finally Weyland-Yutani, Alterra and Tyrell from the "Alien" franchise, "Subnautica" and the "Blade Runner" universes respectively.
- Monika is actually an original creation by ShinobuKochoIsMINE for his sci-fi universe "Avius".
- Before ShinobuKochoIsMINE married Shinobu Kocho, he named Monika after his ex-wife, Monika from DDLC, the reason why he never changed it to something like "Shinobu Corp" is that according to him "the name didn't have the same ring to it" and that he would "have to re-write the whole lore of Avius if I did"
- The company logo is actually the logo of Nazi-colonised Venus from Wolfenstein, ShinobuKochoIsMINE chose this logo as the intersecting of the "V" shape and the trapezoid formed a "M", and that to him looked like a reasonable logo.
