A Businessfur, short for "Business Furry" was a term given by numerous corporations around Roblox to describe a furry who had a prominent presence in their company that they worked for, such as a CEO or wealthy individual.
History
The term "Businessfur" was used from as early as 1994, but it wasn't until the formation of the GFA in 2008 that the term reached mainstream levels, companies such as Thorne Industries and Doohickey Corporation led the charge with this term, soon the term was typically used to associate rich and powerful furries, even if they weren't CEO's or part of their upper board.
Fredric Thorne, founder and CEO of Thorne Industries is one of the most famous busniessfurs.
