The Hydra Legion was a notorious legion was formed from one man's vision of a world of security and one person ruling over it all. A terrorist organization consisting of elements of the old Nazi Romarkia mixed with futuristic weapons, it is one like no other. The Hydra Legion has allied itself with D.O.R

1940's Romarkia
Created by Robert Seidel, better known as Doctor Hydra, the group was originally a science division that failed ZZ Waffen members were sent into. The group fought along side the Nazi forces until around 1944 when his new laser gun project was used on both sides. Hydra Legion had seen itself of no longer needing help from the D.O.R. and could function on its own. It would seem to vanish after the leader went down into the Romarkian Alps with his nemesis Captain Robloxia.
Post-RWII
After the war Hydra Legion would make its new mission finding their leader again. The group would launch a plan to infiltrate many governments to do it. They managed to get spies into Robloxia via captured Romarkian scientists that were loyal to Hydra Legion. The Tovokian Union also was infiltrated by Hydra Legion until they collected enough documents on the nuclear power plants to begin construction on a new base hidden in the ocean between North Bloxmerica and Eurobloxia. After the construction was complete, they would begin capturing people to run their weapons factory and start brainwashing new members.
2000 to 2013
Hydra Legion would go under a secret criminal organization name of "Hell's Runners" at the start of 2000 to sell off stolen weapons from the many countries they branched into. A major crime network hiding in plain sight. They would make deals with the D.O.R., Anti-Furry Coalition, and Furry Containment Foundation without any of the groups realizing who they were actually. Other groups like the Blackskulls would be used to smuggle guns and serums into foreign territory that Hydra Legion had yet to breach. This would be their standard operations until 2013 when Captain Robloxia was discovered by a secret Global Investigations and Justice Department counter-terrorism force known as S.H.I.E.L.D. which also in the investigation identified Hydra Legion working in the area themselves. A new enemy was set.
Sabotage of Robloxia
After Hydra Legion was revealed to still be active they would take their full plan into effect. They gave the orders to their sleeper agents to shut Robloxia down entirely in a incident known as the Robloxia Mass Cyber Attack of 2014. This would shut down all agencies and utilities in Robloxia causing nationwide panic and looting. In turn at the request of S.H.I.E.L.D and the National Agency of Intelligence, Hydra Legion was marked as a highly dangerous terrorist organization and all government agencies were to locate and destroy any and all cells. Hydra Legion responded by going back into the shadows and continuing their previous work. This would continue until 2032.

The fierce return

On December 28th, 2032, the Hydra Legion made a brutal return in the Romarkian Alps. A investigation team sent consisting of Global Occult Coalition and SFA to a area of anomalous activity would be ambushed by Hydra Legion. The investigators that were also sent watched as the weapons from the legion decimated and reduced the GOC and SFA combative agents to ash. One SFA investigator would manage to pull a Hydra Legion soldier aside and capture them for questioning and also confirmed seeing Doctor Hydra and a large tank Hydra Legion built. The GOC managed to capture three more in the area later that day. It was requested by the GIJD to keep the return under wraps as long as possible.
