Furry Containment Foundation; An Extremely Unethical Version of the RSCP Foundation who has extremely in hate with RSCP/URC/UN-F Allied Furry Divisions.
The Furry Containment Foundation (abbreviation: FCF) is a highly secretive and extremely unethical organization established to exploit anomalous items and effects to be planted into sub-species of robloxians under the guise of "containment and global security."
Unlike the RSCP Foundation and Division GLOBAL-FAH, which maintains a structured system of containment and security with at least a pretense of ethical oversight, the FCF disregards any semblance of morality, legality, or compassion in pursuit of its goals.
They were first brought to the radar of the RSCP Foundation in 2018, after anomalous signatures from RSCP-829 was detected. Where they were sent to contain the signal. While it was successful, the FCF was later able to replicate it for their own usages to affect and hinder the foundation and their Division GLOBAL-FAH.

-Intel Note on the FCF
Formed originally as an independent group, it would become authorized in 2008 by the Secret Furry Agency after their base in Rovada was bombed by Furry Headquarters director Arctic Snow. What the SFA did not realize was what the Furry Containment Foundation was hiding.
Emblem
A organization led by a psychopath:
Formed by scientist Autumn Fox as a group that experiments on anomalous furries and items that affect furries, it was allowed originally by the Global Investigations and Justice Department and related groups who did not see them as a high threat. What was not known was that the group was hiding a dark tie to the D.O.R science teams. Autumn was using her group to protect herself and her insane nature. Under the assistance of Autumn's sister Casandra Fox, the FCF would manage to fool everyone for what their intentions were. In 2008, Autumn saw a chance to trick Furry Headquarters after their head director ordered a full bombardment on the FCF Rovada Site destroying any evidence pointing to her D.O.R. ties. Her site would be rebuilt by the United Nations of Furries. Autumn would have a new underground section built after the site was restored to its pre-destruction state and would be given protection by the SFA as a new division.
Apocalypse Project:
The underground section in the site would become a missile building factory, forcefully ran by the very furries Autumn put in the site to protect them. Her plan would be to create an arsenal of weapons to destroy all life like how she planned. In 2013, after she announced to her council members that they reached a milestone in the project, she would say:
Nothing will stop us now. The only one that was aware of what my plans were is long since dead. Soon this planet will be wiped clean and a new order will be built on the ashes.
Working with the D.O.R.:
Autumn craving more power and respect would start selling staff and anomalous items to the D.O.R.'s scientists. In 2015, this would be how Trixie would get to know about the FCF's true work. Autumn even hired a director just to cover their tracks up and hide from the SFA what they were doing. A sense of being untouched would further twist the FCF directors into madness and insanity. One director would even be given authority to abuse the staff in multiple ways. Any asset that attempted to reveal the group's secrets would be sent to the secret D.O.R. lab near DarkSpire City to be executed and be wrote off as killed in a accident.
The traitor:
In 2030, a director of the Furry Containment Foundation defected to the GFAH and destroyed a virus project Autumn had her working on. This would anger Autumn who would pay Trixie to restart the project and finish it.
The collapse:
The group would enter a death-spiral in 2032 after it was revealed by Anthony Smith who Casandra revived and failed to think about his abilities that the FCF was working with the D.O.R. and was a cover for the Furry Blood Corps. Autumn Fox would be arrested and charged for multiple crimes and the SFA and RSCP Foundation would collect all of the FCF's items.
While it was unknown what happened after that, a newspaper clipping shows that FCF assets who were found guilty were sentenced to death, with Autumn Fox being executed by decapitation.
Internal Report
[RSCP Foundation Data Log 00.452.91]
- From: Micheal Strugmuller (Internal Security Director at RSCP Data Handling Department)
- To: Mr. "Arctic" Fox (Head Council of Division GLOBAL-FAH)
- RE: Decyption Result of Archival Data Base
"Decryption of the Archival Data Vault at the abandoned FCF Site in Rovada was successful; all bio-locks and keys were manage to be secured by all FCF Assets we manage to secure. The files were recovered and confirmed that Group of Interest herby referred to as Furry Containment Foundation has been stealing and hacking multiple RSCP Foundation related assets and seizing them for their own personal gain and take over.
According to one of the files: Autumn Fox, the founder and esteemed leader of FCF; has once lodged a formal lawsuit against Division GLOBAL-FAH for "domestic terrorism" but failed in the legal scuffle after the reveal of yet to be classified RSCP instances found in her supply transports. All instances were contained and locked away.
After finalizing the information, the files were later leaked to the public; outing the truth about the Furry Containment Foundation. Which later led to their sudden disbandment and with Autumn Fox and her followers confirmed to be sentenced to death by the International Court of Justice and the judge planning to send some of them to our hands so we can handle the termination.
Well... We did good boss, the RSCP Foundation has defeated a undercover enemy that was in our skins for too long."
