RSCP-002 ("SILBA", or "The Office") is a large, hollow fleshy growth that absorbs robloxians and turns them into furniture or items in a pseudo-office within the growth. It was discovered in an already irradicated location in Ro-Portugal, in which a sequence of events occurred during transportation which resulted in the subsequent death of General Mulhaus.

Designated Containment Procedures

SILBA is to be contained at the abandoned and repurposed Site-61 in Romarkia (formerly Site-01A, moved due to the First Furry Council incident); Object is to be remain connected to a suitable nuclear power supply at all times, to keep it in what appears to be a pacification mode. In any case of an electrical outage, the emergency barrier between the object and the facility is to be closed and the immediate area evacuated until facility power is restored successfully.

Once facility power is re-established, alternating bursts of ultraviolet lights and magnetic energy must strobe the area until SILBA is re-affixed to the power supply and returned to recharging mode. Containment area is to be kept at a moderately negative air pressure at all times.

If entry is required, teams must include a minimum of two (2) members are required within 30 meters of Project SILBA or its containment area. Personnel should maintain physical contact with one another at all times to confirm there is another person present, as perception may be dulled, skewed, or influenced by proximity to the said object.

No personnel below Level 11 access are permitted within SILBA. This requirement may be waived via written authorization from two (2) off-site Level 11 administrators. Command staff that had issued such a waiver must be escorted by at least five (5) Level 11 Security personnel for the duration of their contact and must temporarily surrender their rank and security clearance throughout their contact. Should a scenario enact where personnel had surrender their rank and clearance that extends beyond the lifetime of the signed waiver, they are to be immediately sent for an immediate psychiatric evaluation and debrief after evaluation has been concluded.

Following contact, command staff will be escorted at least 9 km from SILBA to undergo a ninety-six (96)-hour quarantine and psychological evaluation. If deemed fit for return to duty by psych staff; said rank and security clearance may be restored when quarantine expires and resolved.

Possession and/or usage of any electromagnetic system in the containment area of SILBA or usage of the Public Address system that connects to the containment area of SILBA is highly prohibited. In the event of required possession and/or usage, request must be reviewed by the on-site Security General before usage is authorized. Unauthorized usages and possession of any electromagnetic system within the containment area will warrant in an immediate disciplinary action against said offender.

Should any signs of an expansion exceeding containment range; incident must be reported to the RSCP foundation by the off-site command of Site-61, and a Level-7a Containment Order[4] is to be issued to return SILBA back to containment range. Failure in Level-7a Containment Order on SILBA will warrant an immediate detonation and destruction of SILBA and its surrounding area. Authorization must be given by all members of the High Table of GFA and RSCP Foundation Ethics Department.

Description

Transferred to Division GLOBAL-FAH in 2008; Object resembles a tumorous, fleshy growth that continues growth at a slow growth rate (as of date, it has consumed at least 19000m3 of its containment area; requiring the entire containment site to be cancelled and remoted as a RSCP-GFAH site; as of detonation incident, SILBA has been reduced and remained at a stable 5000m3). An iron valve hatch mechanical gate on one side leads to its interior, which appears to be a standard private office room of modest size. One wall of the room possesses a single window, though no such opening is visible from the exterior. The room contains furniture which, upon close examination, appears to be sculpted bone, woven hair, and various other biological substances produced by the robloxian body. All matter tested thus far show independent or fragmented DNA sequences for each object in the room.

As of ████, said project has been responsible for the disappearances of at least seven RSCP personnel before it was moved to RSCP's and later GFAH's Containment. Tests with a variety of lab animals including higher primates and sub-species of robloxians have failed to provoke a response in SILBA. Cadavers as well fail to produce any effect. Whatever process the subject uses to convert organic matter into furnishings is apparently only facilitated by the introduction of living robloxians species.

As of now, SILBA has also in its time at the GFAH facility further furnished itself with the following items:

  • A desk
  • Two lamps
  • A throw rug
  • A powered laptop
  • A radio
  • A beanbag chair
  • Three books in an unknown language (presumed to be Alnov)
  • A small pendulum
  • Small potted plant
  • Small mobile tablet

As of reviewal by the research committee: recent exploration reveal that several of the electrical items (specifically, the aforementioned Radio, the Two Lamps, and the Laptop) found within SILBA are still powered, despite no source of energy signature detected within to show an electrical source. As of the time this document has been finalized; experts are still determining where did the items source power from within SILBA.

Addendum SILBA-000: Discovered by RSCP Foundation

Mulhaus Report [00.023.603]

The following is a brief report detailing the discovery of RSCP-002.

Object was discovered in a small crater in [LOCATION IRRADICATED], Ro-Portugal where it struck Roblox from orbit. Encased in a shell of thick rock, the fleshy exterior of the object was exposed by the impact. A native farmer happened upon the site and reported his findings to the village elder. Subject gained RSCP attention when a high level agent posted in the area detected a small radioactive anomaly generated by the object.

A collection squad of RSCP security personnel led by General Wertmüller "The Captain" Mulhaus was immediately dispatched to the area where they quickly secured the subject in a large container and performed initial testing with subjects recruited from the nearby village. Three men individually sent into the structure subsequently disappeared. Upon discovering this deadly property of the subject, General Mulhaus issued a Level 4a Termination and Evacuation Order, to ensure safety of others and no outside knowledge of the object and initiated its transport to Site-██, located in Rogaulia.

During preparation for transport, three RSCP security personnel were inexplicably drawn inside the object where they too immediately disappeared. Following inspection, it appeared as if the object had "manifested" several new furnishings and was beginning to look like the interior of an office room. General Mulhaus immediately ordered the requisition of several Class III HAZMAT suits for the remaining security team members, who proceeded to lift the container onto a waiting freight ship for transport to the Site-██. Which unfortunately failed.

Addendum SILBA-001: Moved to GFAH

Following the death of General Mulhaus, [DATA EXPUNGED] was re-secured by RSCP staff and brought into special containment in [CLASSIFIED], where it currently resides. Staff with clearance below Level 8 have been denied access to the [DATA EXPUNGED] container without prior approval of at least two Level 6 staff after the Mulhaus incident.
██-██-████, at the request of R5-6 and R5-5, the object was moved to RSCP Division GLOBAL-FAH where they are given the orders to utilize its method of kill for Research & Termination purposes.

First Recorded utilization of [DATA EXPUNGED] was a preliminary test with a testing AF subject. As of Post-Testing evaluation, the following items are recorded inside the project as of recon by Anti-Furry test subjects:

  • A desk
  • Two lamps
  • A throw rug
  • A powered laptop (unknown on how it was able to be powered)
  • A radio
  • A beanbag chair
  • Three books in an unknown language (presumed to be Alnov; a Ro-Egyptian language used to communicate with extraterrestrial)
  • A small pendulum
  • Small potted plant
  • Small mobile tablet

Although tests reveal usual behaviour, observing GFAH personnel reported that the object had noticed a sudden increase in size of said object. Further analysis shows that the object had grown at least 1.8m3 post consumption.

Internal documentations conducted by RSCP specialists reveal that SILBA has a "growth fed" like ability, which indicates whenever it is fed with living robloxian, it will grow a certain amount depending on the fed amount and the type of subject.

Addendum SILBA-002: Communication Interference

On March 26th, rouge department head of the Global Furry Council was talking to SILBA from the observation room. Further analysis reveal that SILBA is able to communicate, however it can only be detected through electromagnetic interference; for this instance, the object was communicating through the connecting PA speaker in the observation room and containment area.

Following the termination of the said department head, the divisional directors had later reviewed the footage and later had updated its containment protocol stating the following:

Possession and/or usage of any electromagnetic system in the containment area of SILBA or usage of the Public Address system in the containment area of SILBA is highly prohibited. In the event of required possession and/or usage, request must be reviewed by the on-site Security General before usage is authorized. Authorization must require a valid and permissible reason and reviewal by said Security General. Violation of this protocol is liable for disciplinary hearing from the RSCP foundation.

–Revised Designated Containment Procedures, March 26, 2009

Addendum SILBA-003: Severed PA Systems

Following the Communication Events, the Site Repairs and Planning Department of Division: GLOBAL-FAH and RSCP foundation had proposed for renovations and repairs of SILBA's containment chamber area. The proposal is the following:

  • Deployment of Faraday digit-net over containment area.
  • Disconnection of grid power to SILBA's chamber; as per requirements, site personnel would be evacuated and denied entry to certain areas during this time frame.
  • Installation of RSCP foundation SHILMAN server in selected rooms in containment area.
  • Rewiring of electro-magnetic related items (ex. PA systems) to SHILMAN server.

Approved by the divisional directors and the R5 council.

Addendum SILBA-004: The Redesignation of Site-61

As of SILBA being in mass growth of 13000m3, in which resulted in the underground section of the site to be consumed. It was the unanimous decision for Site-61 to be redesignated as a Containment Zone for SILBA by the request of the Divisional Directors and the R5-Council.

Addendum SILBA-005: Detonation.

On ██/4/20██, at approximately ██:34; Site-61 had face a massive growth of SILBA, exceeding the site's underground section and managing to reach to the surface zone via access lift shafts. At ██:56, attempts to contain the growth was unsuccessful as it exceeded to the exterior site entry. At 17:23, █ hours from designated incident start-point; decision for containment order 7a enaction was declared by site emergency planning committee, in which Site-61 was detonated shortly after via detonation of the Omega-Warheads.

Approximately 00:00 hours of the next day; SILBA had shortly remained back to its stable state at 5000m3, which was designated safe levels by the Ethics Committee.

Special Notes

06/15/XXXX - The Clay Teapot

On 15 June, in an unknown year in the 20th century, a clay teapot had gain attention of the RSCP Foundation in Ro-Portugal near Vila Meza (10 miles from the already irradicated location SILBA was found at). Described by affected villagers and test subjects; the steam from the heated teapot gave vivid hallucinations of SILBA's interior to anybody who inhaled it.

The said object was contained at RSCP Site-██ by request of GFA and RSCP, due to risks of possible dangers that would likely exhibited.

Footnotes

  1. Failed Transportation during the Mulhaus Incident.
