History:
Founded in 1968 in Bloxhicago, Umbrella Corporation would be tasked with researching cures for many illnesses which they would be successful in. In 1969 they would be authorized to start building a new lab in Bloxartica for further research and development. They would soon create a injection known as the E-Virus that could revive Robloxians and another one that could increase intelligence. It was reported that their first test subjects of the second injection died but no evidence would support this claim.
In 1998 Umbrella Corporation would be responsible for a mass virus outbreak on the city of Fox City outside of Bloxhicago which would require forces from the Roblox Health Organization and World Parahealth Organization to lock the city down and eradicate the infected civilians. The virus which caused this would be locked away far underground in a lab where it could never reach the surface again. Around 2008 a rouge researcher would steal the document and a case of ten of their injection which caused the outbreak to begin with and vanish off Umbrella's radar. This would hinder their abilities to remake the virus, or so the rouge asset thought.
Umbrella would start to die out and crash as a company in 2002 as other groups were surpassing them. However the group would reappear in 2007 after a new market into advanced tech was found. Umbrella would open new offices in Ro London and New Blockers City as well as reactivate their Fox City site. The company would quickly return to a spot in Robloxia's dark side of companies and by 2032 would have enough weapons and a large clone army. They would turn down a offer from the Global Investigations and Justice Department to join their groups, stating they were powerful enough without any help.
Until in 2033, after catching winds of illegal activities: by the Direct Orders and Approval of the URC, the GFA later conducted a federal raid on Umbrella Corporation's Remote Field Lab in Bloxpienza, Ro-Italy, to destroy a DNA Specific Virus which could kill a target without inflict infectious diseases, which URC sees this as a Pending Danger to any Government Agencies as it may be sold to enemy groups for Consumer Uses.
In 2034, the Global Furry Agency had caught wind that Fox City, which was rebuilt by a fur-politician; had a top-secret major underground laboratory located under Fox City. Codenamed: The Nest. Considering the risks of the 1998 incident and due to high level of Umbrella Members sighted within the city; the GFA conducted a disavowed mission without URC approval to siege The Nest and investigate the site before Umbrella Corporation caught wind and discovering the existence of the GFA. After finding intel regarding the E-Virus and dormant specimens, they deem the mission to be on high-emergency, in which resulted in The Nest to be detonated with the mansion.

The Umbrella Corporation Headquarters was a massive facility located in Mid-Kentowa County (which is a neighbouring county near Fox City), connecting to the surface by a secret access point in Blaine Street. The facility served as Umbrella's global headquarters until its destruction in 2000 due to its detonation.
- Research Facility (North Robloxia): Abandoned
The North Robloxia Facility was an Umbrella facility located in Dead Valley. Constructed beneath a weather station, the facility provided shelter and equipment for Umbrella's scientists, administrative staff and security agents. It was ultimately abandoned around 2034, following a massacre by its chief researcher, Dr. Eddie Kayman.
- Bloxartica Facility: Unknown
The Bloxartica Facility is a bioweapons research outpost owned and operated by the Umbrella Corporation in Rolaska. Built within an isolated house in the Arctic Square, the laboratory was confined within its basement. It is unknown what happened to it after The Nest was destroyed.
- The Nest: Destroyed
The Nest was an underground laboratory located under Fox City connected to a mansion owned by a couple. It was constructed by the Umbrella Corporation for bioweapons research, and its existence was kept secret from the majority of its employees. To lower the chance of information leaks, the facility was capable of housing more than 500 employees - scientists, technicians and support staff.
The facility was damaged when the city was irradicated in late 1998 but remained intact, since 2012, many Umbrella employees and the Umbrella High Command had secretly entered through several entrances. However, in 2034 (36 years after the initial incident) after the city was rebuilt by a fur-politician, it was sieged and later destroyed by an unnamed agency after remnants of the E-Virus' research and specimens was found.

Projects
Project CLONE
Project CLONE is a project which use a concept of an exact duplicate is made of a person. The Umbrella Corporation was a pioneer in this field and developed further technologies to allow for mass-production of clones. In the development of memory-implant technology, these clones could be effectively programmed to serve particular functions; those implanted with memories of working for Umbrella would continue to work for the company without any grudges.
Umbrella requires all personnel who surrender DNA to review and sign a 2-page document detailing weather or not they wish to be cloned in the event of death[2], it is usually accepted if a personnel refuse cloning.
Trivia
- In ShinobuKochoIsMINE's Universe, Umbrella Corporation greatly despises Monika Corporation due to their influence on the government. This was also influenced due to their main operations base is located in Neo-Japan, Ro-Tokyo.
- This is also supported when Umbrella Corporation supports Tan Industries, a family business who were enemies of Monika due to the latter stealing information from the business.
- Despite Umbrella Corporation's ranking, they do not know the existence of the Global Furry Agency. Even when in one instance, they had found an undercover Furry Task Force Agent at Fox City but failed to identify and only released them shortly after due to minor trespassing.
