The RPC Authority is the (formerly) Romarkian research group like the RSCP Foundation in many ways.

Founding:

The group was formed on [REDACTED] in the heat of Roblox War II in the country of Nazi Romarkia. They would operate on anomalous items the Nazi forces would find in hopes of creating the weapons that Adolf Kiwi Hitler had hoped would win the war. Their first attempt would fail after Robloxian forces bombed their site destroying it. They would remain off the radar under the cover of another research group until being found by the newly formed Global Occult Coalition. They would act like a newly formed research group that was creating weapons to fight the Nazis so they would be marked as a safe group.

True intentions:

They would remain off the sights of Robloxians until December 2031, when they would have their logos found by the RSCP Foundation on crates that the D.O.R was attempting to smuggle into the city of Eurtec. This would alert the Global Investigations and Justice Department. The investigators of the G.I.J.D. would shut down a lab in Berlox run by them after they found the butchered bodies of many missing Romarkians. They would also find the nearly dead and then missing furries from the United Kemonos of Neo-Japan. The survivors of the lab were found to be severely injured and starving. Due to this, GIJD would alert Furry Headquarters and allies. It would also be found they had robbed the store of Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd. in Ro London which would anger their CEOs. It would be found they had set up a large lab in DarkSpire City, creating a base for the D.O.R. forces.
