The Union of the Xenonist Xenonistic Republics, also known as the Xenonist Union or the UXXR, is a very large country spanning most of the continent of Penguinia. It was once considered to encompass all of Penguinia until 182 members of the United Roblox Countries, including the UXXR, declared that Slendernawa was more Baojian than Penguinian. Although it is still geographically part of Penguinia, its population’s ancestry and history is mostly Baojian and Aqurian.

The Xenonist Union spans from Narikōminato in Penguipan SAXR to Penguinham City in Gentlo SAXR, and it is currently the largest country in the south. Many socialist countries mistakenly identify it as a communist or socialist nation. While it does have some elements associated with socialism, such as activist movements and charitable organizations, it is not officially a socialist state.

The nation consists of 13 Xenonist Republics, referred to as states, including two special administrative republics and a territorial region in Bloxtartica called "Xenonist Pula-Bloxtartica", along with several overseas island territories from Neo-Japan. Its neighboring countries include Slendernawa, South Bloxveld, Bloxstralia, and Bloxjiado.

The capital is Anthiest (1912–1926, 1940–present), located in the Antirite State. Before, the capital was Ankoria (200 BC–1901 AD) located in the Pululu State, until the Penguin Range Civil War (1898–1901). The country currently possesses the 5th most powerful military in the world and has a population of 49,327,001.

Other countries sometimes refer to it as the Xenōnist Union due to its pronunciation (“See-no”).

Eytmology

The Word "Xenonist" in the Xenonist Union originates from Pangodynaster Xenoni the IV, from the Empire of Shell Shockers, He and his troops were skilled enough to kill an estimated 423,233 enemy Penguipanese and Vajokirian troops, he helped the Ronjaros defend against Pululunese early outlaw raiders, and unified with the Shell Shockers Empire, they called it the "Xenonist" union because they believe they could be as great as the Penguin Range Republic, and they did, they were able to defeat more than 3,000,234, soldiers combined from the southern wars, xenonist revolution, the second penguinian wars, and the RWII.

"Union Republic" refers to a constituent federated state within the Tovokian Union, Which is a communist country, but for the Xenonist Union it's a different story, the word union is another word for uniting, it usually means to join together, The Xenonist Union was formed when the Pula Compact Decided to Unify as one country to defend against the threat of the west

Trivia

The country was named after Xeno Salo, who is Zanosalo's daughter, but Robloxians confused her with Xenotelepath, who is a boy and calls Zano's daughter a person who lives twice.

The country has an insane amount of bitcoins per user, the average bitcoins per user was 90K as of 2025, bitcoins though were used for emergency money when a person is bankrupt.

The country was once called the Penguin Range Republic, and it was a big country. Its economy was growing rapidly, but it was fractured due to a civil war for ideology.

They are home to lots of truffles, which contribute to 30% of their economy.

Their main religion is Penguilarity which 91% of Penguin citizens in the UXXR believe in.

Since UXXR is one of the coldest countries, they have built the largest heaters, they could heat up to 500 miles, to make Xenonist living comfort better

Parliment system

The Xenonist Union is a Constitutional Federate "Penguinian-based" Parliamentary Republic, meaning there is no president leading the country. but rather the Prime Minister(Pangominister), along with the Deputy Prime Minister(Pingominister). The government is run by a party, this type of government was written in early 1798 before the establishment of the Penguin Range Republic, it was approved. In the xenonist laws, the party cannot, change the system unless the system is outdated, or impractical. also the house is called the igloo, since it is very common structure back when the penguinian parliment was being written

In this election the candidates will have a debate lasting for 3 months before the election, There will also be a poll for which person to vote as the new Prime Minister. The Prime Minister will have a term of 4-7 years depending on the popularity of the party, if the party reaches more than 7 years, it's most likely that they are gonna last from 12-50 years depending on his or her popularity. If the Pangominister is Assassinated Or becomes unpopular. Another election will be held. During the term of the leader, the prime minister is given the nickname of Grand overseer of The Xenonists Xenonistic Republics(GOXXR).

The Deputy Prime Minister known as the Pingominister is an official who possesses a similar role to the Pangominister, that is to take the position of the Pangominister if he/she is temporarily absent, but during an assassination, the Pingominister will take full control until a new leader is elected. The Pingominister is also elected by the Citizens And officials. Though Pingominister will have a term of only 4 years, the same for the Pangominister, the term will depend on the popularity, but if assassinated, the mayor or the Yukonminister of the capital will take the position until the pangominister is elected. The Deputy Prime Minister will be given the nickname of the Lower Overseer of The Xenonists Xenonistic Republic. When the Prime Minister is assasinated, it is temporarily given the name, the Successive Overseer of the Xenonists Xenonistic Republic, until a new leader is elected, or even the Pingominister himself/herself assumes the power as the Pangominister.

Penguinian Bloxlish

In Bloxlish/Bloxian (Penguinian), some words have changed, and its grammar closely resembles that of Bloxlish (BK). It also shares many of the same vocabulary and grammatical structures used in the Bloxian Kingdom. but what makes them different from Bloxian(BK) is that words like umami have been replaced with the term “savory”.

It also uses the Southern Penguinian Measurement System, also known as the Dynasty Measurement System, a name given by Eurobloxian powers and the USR during the 17th century, when the PRK became confused with both systems and decided to combine them, creating the popular UXXR unit known as the kilomile (KMI).

Wrex International Airport was named after Wrex Antiland, James Antiland's brother. It was built in 1924 and used to be called Antheist International Airport. When Wrex went to AIA, he got shot by a a criminal, and it was renamed to WIA because Wrex and his company contributed 30% of the UXXR's economy. (visit this game)

Xenonist 1999 Attack Memorial

After the 1999 attack from their enemies, Xenonists erected a memorial on where the north tower was destroyed. The south tower turned into a hotel, a memorial, and a restaurant.

State Anthem of the Xenonist Union

The origin of the current UXXR anthem comes back from 1902, when when Zanosalo's his wife Kaneshiro Riko salo was composing a patriotic song, when Zanosalo died, Kaneshiro abandoned the song and left it in her archives, later the monarch party of the xenonists would raid her house and capture her, then they found an unfinished written song, the Kaneshiro was forced to work on the anthem and finished it, the lyrics whoever was made 10 months before the Xenonist Revolution. When the MXXE collapsed, the anthem was re-written. The word empire was used instead of republic in the old lyrics and the word monarch instead of union. When the 2nd UXXR started, they chose the person who composed the MXXE anthem to rewrite the lyrics and extend it, as well as add more instrumentation. Later the song was discovered to be a patriotic song used by the Penguin Range soldiers during the time of the Penguin Range Republic, while the 1rst Republic anthem, was composed by a nationalist general during the Penguin Range Civil war

HIKARI A. HITOSHI

Hikari Hitoshi is the 6th leader of the Xenonist Union. And Also a general Governor of Antinawa. After the nonaggression pact signed by UXXR and Neo-Japan. Hikari was called out to be the governor of the puppet state. She would later make sure that no officer abused his or her power to kill or torture penguins. If they do they'd be executed. During the first atomic bomb called the Little Robloxian Dropped on Blockshima. The UXXR broke the pact and decided to go a full-on war to liberate the antirite and Slendernawa. She later resigned before getting captured and arrested. She was later freed. But instead of going back to Neo-Japan, She decided to stay in the Xenonist Union to be a politician because she wanted to restore the country more after its destruction. She later lost in 1960 to Ferdinand Eyerankia who was a popular party leader at the time. After that, she would watch the UXXR grow until she died in 2025

Ferdinand Eyerankia is the Older Sibling of Gerold Eyerankia, He was popularly known for founding the successful party for Xenonist Improvement, he was later responsible for defending the xenonist union from the CSSR controlled by the neo-sev party when his brother Gerold Eyerankia fled, he gave him asylum, later he was overstressing on operations which he forced himself to give his leadership to his trusted politician, Xenotelepath.

Xenotelepath (July 8, 1881 – March 10, 2026) was the ninth leader of the Xenonist Union. Apart from his leader ship, he was also known to be one of the oldest Robloxians in Roblox living to an extremely high age of 145. He was well known for his role in the Xenonist Union and his unusual aging.

Facts

• His weakness is getting shot in the joint. According to scientists, shooting him in the joint enables him to go into a coma for 37 years and makes him stop aging for 50 years.
• The Xenonist Union demands that he hire a bodyguard to protect him, but he says that he does not need one.
• He was 94 years old biologically at age 145, while he was born 145 years before.
• He was the 9th oldest person to live.

Xeno was born in Ro-London on July 8.

1894

Xeno moved to the Penguin Range Republic to help the scientists learn and study about the Pula-yucha artifacts.

1899

Xeno joined the union in The Penguin Range. He got shot in the elbow in 1899, rendering him unconscious and eventually had a coma for 37 years. Robloxians thought that he was dead, but after a natural phenomenon occurred, he woke up from his comatose state.

1937

Xeno wakes up to find out that Roblox War II is inevitable. He participated in the Defense of Slendernawa and the Battle of Antheist.

1947

Xeno realizes he could not age since 1904 because his doctors said that his coma paused his aging for 50 years.

1950

Xeno ages again and becomes a politician.

1965

Xeno becomes the 8th leader of Xenonist union from 1965 to 2024.

1983

After the southern wars, he was sent to the ICC for his warcrimes on using multiple atomic bombs at once on CSSR, he explained that they needed a taste of their own medicine, plus, quenanthiest had the most large factories at that time so he needed to weaken them, he was later sent to robloxia city to have a friendly talk with the president, after that he was forced to pay 34 million robux, which he did with ease, and the president let him become the pangominister again until 2027.

2024

Xeno resigns and his successor Danosalo becomes the 9th leader of the Xenonist Union.

2025

Later, someone from the The Onyxnite Family tried to assassinate him, but he survived the shot.

2026

Xenotelepath peacefully passes away from his sleep marking the end of his great 145 years of living

Hinkaro F. Rajato

Hinkaro Rajato (1974-present) with original name of Xia Rajato, is the 9th and current Pingominister of the Xenonist Union. She is the sibling of Mekaro Rajato.

Etymology

Hinkaro is a Penguinian word for manuka, which is a flower that is very common in UXXR.

Life

It is confirmed that Rajato siblings are from the same planet as another classified alien whos name is Melberry, due to the artifacts inside the cylinder that represented as recorders. The Xenonists wisely used the Pula Yucha to reverse and engineer it.

Back at the home planet

The Rajato siblings were just born, and their parents only had one cylinder capsule. So they had to do a sacrifice and put their children in and launch it from a capsule railgun, unlike Melberry who had a spaceship which was slower. When the capsule was launched into space, the autopilot system tried to find the nearest planet which was Roblox, and the lightspeed thrusters were activated and travelled. It took one Roblox day just for the capsule to arrive and crashed in a farm in Peking, where Luobese farmers found two axolotls with robloxian features and realized they were still conscious. The government told them to take care of them until the age of 5, where they were both taken care of the Luobese government until they were sent abroad to the Xenonist Union. They were taken out of the pod they were examined before cleaning them and declaring them as extra citizens of Luobu.

JAMES A. ANTILAND

James Antiland (1898–2025) was a Xenonist Union scientist who made the Antiland Bomb which is a very powerful bomb made without uranium.

James Antiland had the same condition as Xenotelepath. When he got shot by a cartillery soldier in the joint of his neck in 1905, he fell into a comatose state until 1920. He stopped aging like Xenotelepath but for 30 years instead of 50, he died in 2025, when he was 127 years old, but he appears to be 52 years old.

Biology

Tetris also known as EXPERIMENT 001 or --. ..- . ... - / --... ----. ----- is an experiment by Ro-Bio labs. It was created as a replacement for the original GFAH councils after their liquidation, but since the new GFAH councils arrived, it took over. The scientists just yeeted Tetris into the wild. Where Tetris found the Xenonist Union via travelling with a small boat. When it arrived at the streets, many called Tetris an abomination, which Tetris thought it was a compliment. It has met the current pangoministrator danosalo (spoiler alert: he does not like Tetris).

Tetris is actually smart. It just does not act like being smart, as it can solve correctly the hardest riddles with the stupidest methods. People refer Tetris as "Smart but also stupid" referring to how smart Tetris is, yet it uses stupid methods to solve something.

Appearance

It has white pale skin with pink hair in a bun and pieces of white and black hair on it, a piece of black skin stitched on its face. It has a burger on top of its head, white wolf ears, a black fur neck, a red coat, underneath is black skin with the Roblox logo and white fur stitched on it, a black loose tie, a black armband with the word COUNCIL on it, a set of black arms stitched on its bottom half with spiked bracelets. It also wears a belt, a air of black legs with white fur stitched on it and black shoes, and a white fluffy tail. It also wears glasses.

History

Capture

On an unknown date in 2009, a young guest who is 13 years old was captured by Ro-Bio scientists. They had planned something for the young guest. They had an idea of replacing the old GFAH councils with a replacement, and that Tetris would be the said replacement. Although Tetris is absolutely terrified of the idea leading an organization at a young age, they agreed to it.

Day 1

The scientists would inject DNA samples into the young guest, the original GFAH councils' DNA samples. The young guest began having symptoms, such as a cold, nose bleed, and deafness. However, the scientists dismissed the concerns from the young guest who is literally suffering. At night, it began growing a pair of ears, which was painful because the ears pierced through its skull, but the scientists dismissed them.

The young guest would cry themselves to sleep, because the pain was too much for them to handle. It was too much pain for them to bare.

Day 2

When the young guest woke up, it started to feel a bit weird, but the young guest dismissed the weird feeling and was greeted by the scientists. The young guest shrunk back, basically cowering against the corner of the room absolutely terrified. However, the scientists forcefully grabbed the young guest roughly by the arm and dragged it to somewhere in the lab, where there is a surgery bed and a kit of furry surgery tools. They threw the young guest on the bed and began doing surgery on it when they are awake.

The young guest was screaming in pain when body parts and skin were stitched on its body. However, the young guest was muffled by a gag that one of these scientists put on.

After surgery, the young guest cannot properly walk without feeling pain in each step. Life was a living hell at this moment. The young guest longs for home.

Day 3

The scientists began doing psychological torture on the young guest, because what they will do is that they will blindfold it so it could not see anything. The scientists basically would pretend to do something horrible towards the poor young guest. For example, the scientists pretended to pour hot boiling water on the young guest and it was terrified. It began begging for mercy for the scientists not to pour the water on it.

They would do this to the young guest for hours until the young guest eventually became tired and goes to sleep. However, the young guest would wake up from nightmares because of the torture.

Day 4

When Tetris walked in the streets of the Xenonist Union, many Robloxians and penguins called Tetris a abomination, which Tetris thought it was an compliment and ignored the Robloxians calling him something like that. Tetris also scared children away due to Tetris's appearance and thought to themselves and they think Tetris looks silly to the kids. Tetris began adventuring even more and found some food and drinks, where Tetris would steal them and eat and drink them in private. Tetris does not mind what he is eating since it lost its taste buds.

It also met danosalo, the pangominister. He does not like Tetris because Tetris smells like garlic and onions. Tetris is not disliked by Danosalo for Tetris's appearance. Tetris does not mind its body stench since it lost its sense of smell.

Overall, Tetris seems to be a bit unsettling to others, but Tetris will not cause any harm to anyone unless threatened. It also likes to steal Robloxian's food from them directly and just leaves without any elaboration.

Tetris also learned about the penguinian binary language, so it began to mimic it. However, it does not understand what it is saying, so it is sad.

On December 1st, 2025. Some xenotists began to teach Tetris English, Tetris is currently trying it's best to pronounce each word. The xenotists also converted Tetris to Catholic, Tetris being not familiar with religion, is fascinated by Catholic.

Hikari was a mother figure to Tetris, Tetris looks up to her and wanted to be like her, ever since hikari died. Tetris waits besides her grave. Not understanding the concept of death. Thinking that hikari is still alive inside of her grave, Tetris thinks to itself "why would random Robloxians bury his beloved hikari with dirt? And why is she not getting up anymore? Is she asleep still?"

Xenotelepath

It thinks that Xenotelepath is.. I don't know but for some reason has a liking to his hair. Mainly because it looks like strips of bacon, but Tetris mainly likes Xeno because of his intelligence and personality, Tetris trust Xenotelepath a lot, Usually Xeno would call Tetris a he/him because he thinks that Tetris is just a male furry.

After Xenotelepath's passing, Tetris began to understand the concept of death a bit. It was saddened that xenotelepath isn't coming back. But it knows that somewhere.. xenotelepath is enjoying the afterlife and is at peace. Unfortunately, this also caused Tetris to become terrified of losing its beloved friends and family, as it was confirmed by scientists that Tetris's life expectancy is infinite. This makes Tetris an immortal (but being immortal doesn't necessarily mean it can't die. It just lives on forever while others perish).

AndroidTan (Mr. Fox)

it was once captured by the GFAH for studying and Investigating Tetris. For some reason it was attached to AndroidTan and at some point nearly ate some of his hair. That's because Tetris has a disadvantage where it sees living beings as desserts, food, or anything edible. So in its vision, it sees AndroidTan as a cupcake with black and red icing. But it ceased as it was behind a chamber with a reinforced viewable titanium-glassz. To resolve this, they suspect Tetris was hungry and gave an actual cupcake with black and red icing. Which Tetris begin to see AndroidTan as a robloxian slightly.

Penguilarity is a philosophical religion practiced throughout the UXXR, mainly by penguins. It teaches moral restraint rather than ritual worship.

Penguilarity holds that the world is fundamentally broken by design, and that any ruler or ideology claiming they can perfect it is either self-deceived or seeking to dominate others. This belief is reflected in Arkehein Ankórío’s famous quote:

"The world was never perfect. It will never be perfect. Anyone who tells you otherwise is preparing to rule you.”

Although Ankórío was a Romarkian-Bloxian dictator who led the CSSR, Penguilarity views his words as a historical confirmation of its teachings.

Penguilarity worships Penguila, the first penguin in Roblox to gain consciousness. It also recognizes Pula Yucha, the Emperor of the Penguin Range Empire, as its only prophet. After dreaming of Penguila, Pula Yucha restrained technological progress, believing:

First Controversy

Lali Yucha, the Last Pangodynaster of the Pulu Dynasty, claimed, according to the prehistory of the penguin range, that The Penguin Range is a kingdom with hidden advanced technology. According to her third greatest grandfather Pula Yucha, she claimed that his ancestors made a teleportation device to teleport the entire country to a random universe to escape the supernatural disasters that a god sent. The country had then entered the Robloxian universe when Pangea (idk what its name is called in roblox) existed, as evidenced by the new landmasses surrounding the existing seven continents in Roblox in the map of the Roblox world and claimed that one can visit the new landmasses by “falling off the world” and hoping to be “looped back into reality”. This was later debunked but however, the religious beginnings have been disputed as an unsubstantiated myth because Robloxians circumnavigating the world assured everyone there were only seven, and that the concept of Robloxians falling off the world has been regarded as pseudoscientific as it directly implies the existence of the flatness of Roblox, which has already been disproven multiple times.

Due to the pseudoscientific nature of how to get to the country, some heretical Robloxians have refused to recognize the country’s existence and some extremist and racist Robloxians wished that their country move to another universe, namely the Dream Fiction universe even though a country called Robloxia exists, Yet, the country remains in the Robloxian universe and is projected to remain here until it gets conquered by a greater power or Mr. Bureaucrat (the god of the Roblox fan universe and is a Meta-Vigilante himself) decides to watch the country develop ever since the penguin tribes were formed.

Later, It was proven there were 8 official continents, after getting satellite information. along with theories suggesting during the continential drift. eastern parts of penguinia stayed while continents would shape, then a large piece of land which was known as Western Penguinia would collide with eastern penguinia along with the modern day Slenderite Peninsula joining in, which would now be known as the modern map of penguinia

so far as Penguins and Robloxians know. the continent of penguinia was almost a frozen wasteland with 80% of the land being covered in snow, with snowy forests being the only vegetation, fishes have adapted to to survive such conditions that they multiply and become overpopulated in early penguinia, the continent of penguinia during the era of ro-pangea, was 40% of the size of what it was today, it took some time before western penguinia collided with eastern penguinia, along with the slenderite peninsula, forming what we now know as penguinia.

Before the 9 Monarchies

HOW PENGUINS ENDED UP WITH THEIR SAPIENCE ACCORDING TO PENGUILARITY

In ancient Penguinia, possibly during the 15th century BC, penguins had no sapience. They hunted fish and did whatever they could to survive. One day, a supernatural spirit that had no memory of its past life possessed the body of a penguin. The penguin gained sapience and called himself Penguila, also known as the First Sapient Penguin in Roblox.

Penguila had the power to fly and to grant sapience to other penguins. He traveled around Roblox, giving penguins sapience, and they later began worshipping him as a god as theyre sapience make them smarter and stronger. However, a penguin by the name of Akinhai eventually killed him.

After his death, Penguila ascended into his realm(similar to heaven), where he became immortal. Then, he sent Akinhai into a glacial underworld where violent storms, extreme cold, and deadly hailstorms constantly raged. Akinhai somehow adapted, survived, and gained demon-like powers, eventually declaring himself “the First Penguin Pangodynaster.”

Later both Akinhai and Penguila would later judge the sinners, also known as the Betrayers in the Penguilarity religion, and the innocent, known as the “Chosen Ones”.

By 14th century BC, the First Prophet — before Pangodynaster Pula and Pulu of the Penguin Range Empire (100 AD–1237 AD) — known as Prophet Yukonai, experienced a supernatural dream. In the dream, Penguila told the prophet to lead the penguins to the Promised Land, which would later become Bloxtartica and modern-day Penguinia.

Yukonai gathered thousands of penguins, and so the “Great Penguilarity Migration” began. Their migration lasted for two months. A few hundred penguins died, not from hunger, but from predators. Eventually, the penguins finally arrived in Penguinia.

Around 1800 years later, the penguins now religiously unified under the Penguin Range Empire — began their expedition into Bloxtartica in 401 AD.

ARRIVAL OF PENGUINS IN PENGUINIA

The first Penguin tribes arrived on Penguinian Continent in the 14th Century BC. They came from modern-day Bloxstralia to Bloxtartica, where the most penguins migrated, this would be a good place for mating, and so the entire continent would be 72% penguins, and they were able to stop the overpopulation of the fish by feeding on them, today, as of 2025, 60% of the penguinian snow-adapting fish still exist.

Later on, these Penguin tribes would gain consciousness from a phenomenon, and would form their monarchs in 12th Century BC, The First Formed Monarchies were the Gentlo Kingdom, the Pululu Kingdom, and the penguipanese tribes.

The Pula Dynasty was formed in 100AD, they wanted to make sure they expanded their empire for their emperor and for the legacy of the Yanja Family. they would start invading the slenderite peninsula and after two years, the Empire of Slenderite collapsed and was occupied by the dynasty. Later they went back to Bloxtartica and tell the penguins to unite with them, which marked as the annexation of Bloxtartica by the Pula Dynasty, in 403AD, Pula Yucha was assasinated, by an early Neo-Japanese assassin, who was later executed, his Brother Pulu Yucha would be crowned for the Pulu Dynasty, he promised he would do good or even better for his brother

The Pulu Dynasty Era

in 413AD they found faster and more efficient routes to Luobo, which they would get more exports, spices, and techniques, which would mark the establishment of the Luobo-Penguin Alliance, 16 years after they would later land in modern-day Telamon Islands, but colonize only small parts of it. in 524 Bloxveld was colonized and baobab trees were discovered, so they would cut them down, but they notice there were less so they kept on planting until they had enough to build at least 500 modern destroyer-sized ship, Truffle Later was Discovered in 726, they would plant more of these to make today's UXXR dishes, Then In 734 they would land in the southern bloxmericas, which led to the discovery of sandbox trees, these were later sent to mainland penguinia to harvest them for their explosive fruits and spiky trees. and in 752, They discovered North Bloxmerica establish settlements, and they would face their first threat, which was the bloxmerican tribes, but they were able to defeat them all, but they would face the tatooks, which were well good in guerilla warfare, though penguins had more powerful weapons, the tatooks managed to fight of the pulas, and the pulas gave up, making modern-day bloxanada the only territory of the Penguin Range Empire, which later in 764, The Pula Dynasty Reached it's Peak

Lali Yucha and Her cause to the collapse of the Yucha Dynasty

Lali Yucha, also known as the Last Pangodynaster of the Pulu Dynasty, was know for being responsible of the collapse of the Pula Dynasty, during her reign, she wanted to free her colonies which gained her lots of hate and mass revolts, one to overthrow her, and the other to be freed from the dynasty, the army was weaker and not commanded properly which made them fail to defend their land properly

In 1113 the Pula Dynasty Faced the same threat that the other penguin kingdoms faced, this time it was worse, because raiders from other dynasties were invading them along with mass revolts, the first to be freed from the dynasty was the modern-day Bloxstralia in 1124, and later Bloxveld in 1174, and the rest of the colonies were freed from 1174-1222, which includes before from first to bottom

After the Collapse of the Pula Dynasty and reformation of the Penguin Range Kingdom, Penguins would start rebuilding and modernizing villages with stones and stronger wood, when they found out about blowguns, they used it as a quiet alternative to old guns. Fireworks in the otherhand were considered to be an early artillery as a barrage weapon, Ever since the fall of the dynasty, raiders would be very common and they were struggling to find a solution to stop it. In 1477 the Royal family of the first thunderbirds took the throne, and they were very oppressive to their people, they would torture, kill, the raiders feared them, and less of them appeared, which later started the Penguin Range Revolution, Later they would be executed by the royal family of Williams.

Williams Era

The House of Williams took the throne of the Penguin Range Kingdom in 1477. They started rebuilding other buildings that were destroyed during the collapse of the Pula Dynasty. They contributed a lot by building more farms and wells for penguins to drink. Explorations were common again in 1574, and they learned more technologies and techniques from Ro-Spain. The most popular queen at that time was queen Jandi the 2nd, who spared people's lives, in 1689, the Bloxians would land to find spices, instead of attacking and colonizing the PRK, they would trade resources for truffle, sandbox trees, and military aid.

Second-Thunderbirds Era

The House of Williams would tragically end after a successful raid happened in their palace killing them all, but later the raiders responsible for the attacks would be executed by the house of the Second Thunderbirds.

They would use the unused tax to build construct, The Great Hall of Eternal Unity because of the four religions in penguinia

Years after the Rougalian Revolution, Penguins now think that the monarchy is a dictatorship due to the Past first Thunderbird Monarchy and must be ended once and for all, which formed the ultranationalist and nationalist movements, they start becoming a problem,

the DV7X division is secretly created to combat these rebels, the monarchy would them ban eurobloxian books from entering penguinia for a specific amount of years, due to this, the Bloxians and Luobonese Dynasty got concerned about their ally, so they would mass migrate there,

later Rogaulians entered the continent in 1782, but the Bloxians told them not to colonize because they were ethnically united and the number of penguin soldiers are massive.

In 1787 the king tries to make a speech about being different from the rougalian monarch, but he immediately gets shot in the leg by an ultranationalist rebel, nationalists are shocked and try to approach government change in a more friendly way, in which the nationalists sided with the monarchy, but to prevent more damage, the monarch forced themselves to give the leadership to the nationalists which they were shocked and caught off-guard by the monarchy's action, and instead of being a constitutional monarchy, it became a full parlimentary "Penguinian-based" government system which lead to the establishment of the Penguin Range Republic.

The Last years of the Penguin range(1800-1901)

The Penguin Range Republic

After the Penguin Range Republic was established, the political instability was not fixe. ultranationalists wanted the entire monarch dead no matter if they had leadership or not, and so, in 1869, the Confederate movement also known as C.O.P.R.U. (Confederate Socialist Penguin Range Workers Party) was formed by the ultranationalists and the socialists, led by Sev Seventy, who tried creating early fascism with inspiration from communism. Pangominister Alosalo tried to make a negotiation with them, but their mindset made them reject their negotiation, saying it was cowardly which increased tensions, it worsened every hour.

During the first battle of Penguipan Base in 1888 lead by the Romarkian Imperial navy, the Confederates took their chance to prepare. First, they sabotaged and cut communication lines from the Bloxian empire, which would delay the help of the bloxians. since Rogaulia is the only country that knows, the Confederates used remaining communication lines to send an ultimatum to Rogaulia that if they reveal the secrets to Bloxia, they would swear to free their colonies, not knowing what would happen, they when the day finally came, the Penguin range Civil War happened

In 1898, The Penguin Range Civil War also known as the First Penguinian Wars, finally began, With two factions, one being the Nationalists, and Confederates, which would later be the Jakoritan pact, composed of penguipan, vajokiria, shell shockers, and Western Ronjaro.

Though the Penguin Range Army was well trained and experienced for war, the Confederate rebels were much more aggressive and motivated to make the penguin range collapse, and they were very successful in campaigns, Rogaulia had finally had enough and revealed the secrets to Bloxia, making the Jakoritan Pact, declare war on Rogaulia, but before the Confederates reached the Capital Ankoria, the Bloxians and Rogaulians land to stop the Confederates from being a future threat.

The Establishment of the Union of the Xenonist Xenonistic Republics

The Second Penguinian Wars has officially ended in 1912 with the victory of the Pula Compact every country in penguinia was torn off by the war, in the east the states of The Penguin Dominion, The Antirite Republic, The Flier State, The leaders of the Kingdom of Pululu, the state of Ronjaro and the Penguin Range State, went into a council ro-london, where they talked with each other and the prime minister, the prime minister agreed that pula pact should unite, and the members of the pula pact united as the Union of the Xenonist Xenonistic Republic to combat against the threat of the west. Anthiest which was the capital of Antirite, was chosen to be the capital. Since the Xenonists had recovered faster than the Confederates, the UXXR traded goods with other countries. Historians say that Xeno Salo was the real first leader and not Zanosalo since he led the Penguin Range state but was later considered as the first leader and Xeno Salo as the second leader after her father died from an assassination, but by 1922 Xeno Salo gets assasinated by a confederate by the name of the assassin was unkown but the last name name Jakarto. Pingominister Merkador Fedorikia declared a state of emergency, the assassin was on the hunt by xenonist soldiers, until they lost the assassin, and xenonist soldiers met confederate soldiers, but it turns out the that the assassin was the most wanted criminal in CSSR at that time. later in the 1923 elections, Roja Taroman is elected as the 3rd Pangominister of the UXXR, he promises to contribute good things to the nation, hope skyrockets among workers and citizens, factories would be built, schools, buildings, workshops, and buildings, which would lead to the UXXR becoming the 7th most developed in 1924, By 1925, the Xenonist Great wall of eternal unity finished it's construction.

The Xenonist Civil war and the Slendawese theater.

A person by the name of Kate Rurik Eighty went back to the xenonist union and hated it the infastructure did not look the same as the ones in Rogaulia, Romarkia, and other Eurobloxian countries at the time, and her reason was because of the democracy that simplifies everything and elections existed, so by 1924 she returns to UXXR and forms the monarchist party. The purpose of the party is to create a "Neo-Romarkian Empire" in Penguinia, along with the goals of abolishing democracy, and forcing people to live in the past and oppress them. They would start riots and failed attempted rebels. In 1925 the monarch party had more than 200k+ loyalists and were re-organized and ready to start a civil war. By 1926 the Xenonist Civil War begins. later they were aided by Romarkia and Neo-Japan which led to the Xenonists losing against the now-called "Imperial Xenonists". By 1929, UXXR begins collapsing state by state as the monarchist members vandalize and wreck important work that they find "offensive to the supreme family", buildings collapse, and innocent people lose their jobs or get killed with either medieval torture or instant killing, in 1935 after a few months after the neo-japanese landed on slendernawa, the remaining resistance in anthiest would help soldiers but fail to, causing most of the government and soldiers to flee east to gentlo.

1931: The Establishment of the Monarch of the Xenonist Xenonistic Empire

the UXXR is re-established as the MXXE under imperial and strict oppressive monarchy after the civil war. which was the new capital, the antflireguin line, anthiest was turned into a warzone between the MXXE and neo-japan against the remaining antirite resistance

After that, the execution of Pangominister Roja was held at Quenanthiest, after his execution, a lot of people lost hope for their nation, and the politicians, soldiers, and citizens were furious. but the monarch announced the ban of bayonets and machine guns so they can reform to the past. So they secretly created a resistance and prepared an attack. Later more than six thousand Imperial Xenonists fled and arrived at the Penguin Range State, before the resistance could shoot them, they dropped their helmets and bowed down to them to show they still had loyalty to the xenonists, so they were welcome along with Confederate soldiers who fled via the remaining warships they had before their country collapsed.

The Xenonist Revolution and the establishment of the second UXXR

The Xenonist Revolution Begins with Rebel Leader Zanozalo, with his army of just 22,230 former Xenonist soldiers, 19232 civilian rebels, 14,232 Former Confederate Soldiers, 6,232 Imperial Xenonist Guards who of which did not support the monarchy, and 20 Politicians which counted 61,946 total soldiers, against this would mark as the Start of Penguinian Liberation. Neo-Japan would send some divisions, supplies and aid to help them. but because the imperial xenonists were in line formation, most of their army was killed with machine guns and explosives. 20648 rebellions were killed in the revolution. While 633,000 were killed including 201,232 civilians were massacred by the Imperial Xenonist guards to ensure they found fewer survivors, counting this would add up to 854,880 total people killed. This Revolution was the one the other bloody wars in Roblox war II and the third most chaotic conflict in Penguinia. By 1941, the Resistance Reach Quenanthiest, Empress Kate, flees to the nearest Neo-Japanese Occupied Territory. But it was too late when the Xenonists got their control on anti-aircraft weapons, a flak shell hit the aircraft and heavily injured Kate. And her plane crashed. She was later found dead, but her body was intact, so they mercy-shot her 12 times before burying her and marking the location where she died. This was officially the end of the Xenonist Empire. and the establishment of the Second Republic of the Xenonist Union.

Pangominister Xenotelepath is put back to position again, and launches a project known Chaleur project, which was to build pole-like large heaters. these heaters were called Large Chaleurs that used a large turbine powered by Ankorite, and they were built around the UXXR which had a heating radius of 4 miles, by 2019 the project was finished until the introduction of 7 new Xenonists states from 2024-2025, though UXXR built heaters in the former states in CSSR, it wasnt enough and some of them were rusted, collapsed, and failed.

The Tovokian Union apologizes to the UXXR for aiding the CSSR, they promise to trade more for this

1991: The Ice Breaks

2 outside countries(Ro-Philippines 1977-1991), City of Thailand(1977-1991). ) formally resign from the UXXR after a political referendum, UXXR does not collapse, as these states needed the help of the UXXR for their economy and infastructure

1999: New Millennium Attack

Katherine supporters crashed many planes in the UXXR in the 1999 New Millennium Attack, which was a disaster for both the country and the global aviation industry.

The first attack

An R310, which was owned by Aeroblox, crashed into many cargo planes in Wrex International Airport, making a huge explosion that made the cargo terminal and portions of the passenger terminals unusable. Fortunately, the Aeroblox plane was without passengers as it was in maintenance.

The second attack

An R787 crashed into the International School of Antheist, claiming many young lives ainside the school.

The headquarters attack

Another plane called Wrex-77 was hijacked and crashed into the headquarters, which made the headquarters fall in under 30 seconds.

The new law

The Parliment was furious after the incident, so the UXXR signed law along with Xenotelepath, and other politicians that Katherine worshippers are NOT allowed in the country.

The aftermath

The cargo terminal was rebuilt in 2003 and the portions of the airport were rebuilt. A memorial was built in the airport, the school, and the tower.

In November 2023, Southern Penguinian Island faced a rare hurricane during winter. Such hurricanes only occur once every thousands of years. It brought lots of snow and hail to Penguinia. Due to the abnormally high lapse rates, wheel-sized hailstones fell from the sky. One such hailstone fell on a Furry Headquarters base in Ankoria, killing 231. Overall, this hurricane killed millions of citizens and destroyed buildings.

The Elections

Xeno announced he was going to retire ever since he had a coma for 70 years and never grew and woke up only to find out that his wife was dead, the fascist Kate was assassinated and the resistance saved the country. He is too tired to handle things now and has to rest. An election was held. 43% of the people voted for Xander Aejan Luke and 57% voted for Danosalo. Danosalo was elected. the 4th Republic officially began due to Xenotelepath's long term

2024: The 5th republic

The 5th republic is suddenly declared after former CSSR territories united with the UXXR after the first final unification treaty promised is signed.

2025: Get Out

Lana Onyxnite attempts to assasinate Xenotelepath but fails, the UXXR gives her one last warning by banning her from the country, the onyxnite family apologizes and promises to make sure none of that happens again, then on march 8th 2025, claire onyxnite announces that she would release a virus on bloxland, hokanda, robloxia, and the entire continent penguinia.the virus was know as HL-201972, a virus she made by mixing infected blood together. but later she failed after the intervention of AndroidTan, who later became a hero of the xenonists.

February 10, 2025: Revenge of the Slenders

At night time 11:23 , four ordnance fighters from the Slendawese Airforce "Keihou no Ari ei Keno" launched a surprise attack on an Ankorian naval port, which contained a very important warship known as XNS Ankoria, a heavy missile destroyer, along with other ships, later they would attack civilian ports and large civilian cruisers claiming the lives of an estimated 47,000, and 50,000 were seriously injured, and a few hours after on February 11, 2025, the Pangominister of the Union of the Xenonist Xenonistic Republic made a speech on the People's Republic of Slendernawa, a lot of videos would be re-uploaded on Bloxtube but the original speech footage was on a Robloxian Times Bloxtube channel were they had a Bloxtube live video

A week ago, I sought to speak with the Vice Minister—to urge reform, to bring reason into her decisions. I spoke calmly, respectfully. I told her, “It’s just an election; there’s nothing to fear.” I warned her that the economy was faltering, that the markets were collapsing. But she refused to listen. That was her choice—let her fix the damage she caused.

Then she withdrew from our alliance, citing the rise of resistance within her borders. I thought that was the end of it. But soon after, she declared martial law. At that moment, I realized what was coming. I knew I had to act, to stand firm against the tide of extremism and the growing shadow of communism. We prepared ourselves for the worst.

And then it happened. Yesterday—February 10, 2025—a day that began like any other. People were at work, children walked to school, and ships from all states filled our ports. But when night fell, tragedy struck.

Without warning, the People's Republic of Slendernawa—our former ally—sent fighter jets against us. The attack was sudden, brutal, and unforgettable. They bombed our naval ports and slaughtered innocent civilians—people who worked tirelessly for their families, travelers returning home, and children who had their entire lives ahead of them. Ferries and cruisers burned in the night sky. The sea was lit with fire.

This nation has not witnessed such horror since 1963. The pain and the loss are immeasurable.

And so, as of today—February 11, 2025—I declare: We are at war with the People's Republic of Slendernawa.

14 hours after Danosalo's chilling speech, the Horhei no Dosha Tacncer ground force would initiate their landing on the Northern Anthiest Islands, and later Slendernawa would start the Antirite Theater of the Xenonist-Slendernawa War

, and a few months after, the Xenonists and Penguipanese would easily crush Slendernawa, splitting it into 3 zones, the Xenonist Zone, the Penguipan Zone, and the Resistance/Reformist Zone,

a month after the war, the UXXR fails to move their capital from anthiest to ankoria, which slightly weakens the economy, which would let to the 1 day sudden secession of the gentlo state, and The Government decides to slightly adjust it's name so that the word "xenonist" is now xenonists in the full name of the xenonist union

Penguipan Invasion of UXXR

In May 2025, Penguipan declared war on the Xenonist Union just days after the coup. The conflict began with an offensive along the northwestern border of Vajokiria, where Penguipan forces established communication with pro-Confederate Vajokirians. Days later, these groups launched a revolt against the Xenonist Union before Xenonist soldiers could arrive. The Vajokirians then united with Penguipan, forming the Confederate Union of Penguipan and Vajokiria, also known as the Fifth Confederate Union.

Pula Pact's Reaction and Entry

After the Xenonist Union (UXXR) the founding member of the Pula Compact was invaded by Penguipan and Vajokiria, the leaders of each member nation were shocked by the sudden outbreak of hostilities. In response, the members of the pact convened an emergency summit in Anthiest, invoking the procedures of Article I, which declares that an attack on one member is an attack on all. The declaration marked the official entry of the Pula Pact into the conflict, aligning the alliance militarily and politically with the Xenonist Union.

Interestingly, Bloxjiado, an island nation located in southeastern South Bloxmerica, west of Penguipan, was not a member of the Pula Pact at the time. However, outraged by Penguipan’s unprovoked aggression, Bloxjiado offered direct assistance to the Xenonist Union, sending limited expeditionary forces and humanitarian aid. This act of solidarity significantly improved relations between Bloxjiado and the Pact, and the nation would later be invited to join as an associate member following the conflict.

The Pula Pact’s entry marked a decisive turning point in the war, transforming the Penguipan–Vajokirian offensive into a full-scale international conflict. What began as a regional rebellion evolved into a continental war that tested the strength and unity of the Pula Pact for the first time in decades since the Southern Wars.

Mobilization began late after the Penguipanese invasion of the Xenonist Union. While the pro-Xenonist government of the PRSN deployed its forces to reinforce the northwestern defensive sectors alongside Xenonist troops and prevent further Confederate advances, their arrival was delayed by harsh weather conditions and the severe challenges faced by their warships and aircraft. Thick ice greatly reduced the ships’ travel speed and caused damage to their bows as they attempted to break through the frozen waters, while intense snowstorms risked engine failure issues that mainly affected Slendawese-built warplanes, which were not designed for the extreme winter conditions of Penguinia, except in the northeastern region where the Antirite and Flier areas are located. In contrast, Xenonist aircraft, engineered to withstand severe cold, continued to operate with relative reliability despite the blizzards. This left the police and civilian volunteers to defend their cities with whatever weapons they could find.

As the Penguipanese and Vajokirian forces advanced deeper into Xenonist territory, the Vajokirian Yukonminister surrendered and resigned from his position. In a desperate attempt to slow the enemy’s advance, he ordered all large Chaleur heaters across Vajokiria to be shut down, hoping the extreme cold and massive hailstorms would halt the invaders and cause mass hyperthermia among their troops. However, this act also proved disastrous for the defenders many of whom lacked portable Chaleur heaters or even simple campfires and they too succumbed to the freezing temperatures of Penguinia’s unforgiving winter.

Battle of Chanellian Region(West Ronjaro, and Northern Cartillery)

Though the weather initially served as a strong defense against the Penguipanese and Vajokirian troops, their armored vehicles were heated enough to allow the crews and infantry inside to operate normally. This enabled them to advance at a rapid speed toward a defensive line near the frozen river in Chanellia, Ronjaro. As the armored vehicles crossed the thick ice of the river, Xenonist soldiers and other allied troops detonated charges beneath them, damaging the vehicles and weakening the ice. Eventually, the ice cracked, sending many of the invading troops plunging into the freezing water. Only the penguin soldiers of the Penguipan–Vajokirian Union survived the collapse. The armored vehicles used by the union were 2000s-era armored cars that were unable to float on water, unlike light tanks. the Xenonists and Slendawese soldiers fired their weapons and took out as much soldiers as they could before some soldiers surrendered and were taken as POWs

Post War

the war ended in the victory of the Xenonist Union, leading to Penguipan becoming the 12th Xenonistic Republic state, and also the 2nd special administrative state after Mekaro's request to Danosalo

2026

in March 10, Former Pangominister Xenotelepath, is announced dead, at the age of 145, he is taken to the Xenonist Great hall of Eternal Unity, where the pope of Bloxatican lead the funeral, everyone bows down including the pope himself to a moment of silence, Xenotelepath, having seen the horrors of multiple wars in just 145 years, has finally ascendent into a place where he can rest.

On March 29, Anthiest was finally repaired a year after Slendernawa invaded them. poverty rises down again. Later they trade oil with nations in need of them which boosts their economy.
