Rogaulia, also known as France and formerly Ro-France or the 3rd Rogaulian Empire, is a Monarchy in western Eurobloxia. It is an Semi-Constitutional Monarchy. The capital, Ville De L'Amour is the country's largest city and main cultural and commercial center.

In 1789 the Rogaulian presents took over the Prison Rostille, starting the Rogaulian revolution. The king was soon forced to give up some powers and became a constructional monarch but he fled to Bloxtro empire. On the way to the border, they were found and sent back to Ville de L'Amour and a few months later they were beheaded. this would mark the beginning of the reign of terror.

The conflict's roots dates back to the Rogaulian-Provokian war but war has not started yet. In 1914, Franz Rodinand was killed by an assassin from Bloxerbia. After that incident, Bloxtro-Thirstian declared war, so Tovokian Empire, Romarkian Empire joined the war. Romarkia asked rogaulia to be netrual in the war but Rogaulia rejected and declared war. Rogaulian troops advanced into romarkian land as Romarkia advanced into Rogaulian land, causing the two armies to bump into each other. In the outskirts of Ville de L'Amour Rogaulian troops outflanked Romarkian troops, forcing them to Retreat 40 Kilostuds and go to their entrenched positions

Founding of The 6th Republic and 3rd Empire
On May 13, 2026, Rogaulian forces occupied Mini Rogaulia. The country was annexed and then proclaimed a republic a few hours later. Napoleon VIII claimed to have "overthrown the regime", even though the Bobuxal family had ruled Mini Rogaulia peacefully since 1488 with few breaks. Prince Albert III Bobuxal escaped to Genoa in Ro-Italy and pressured Ro-Italy into giving Rogaulia an ultimatum to stop the occupation.
On the same day, Rogaulia was attacked by all of its Eurobloxian neighbours. Bloxia Kingdom almost bombed Rogaulia, but their GPS malfunctioned causing them to bomb the island of Fanø in Danish Republic instead. Soon, Bloxian soldiers appeared on their closest islands to Ro-Normandy. Rogaulia tried to make a defense pact with Danish Republic, but it failed because Bloxian and Romarkian intelligence services intervened. Soon, fight started on a borders with Dush Gaul Republic and Romarkia. Rogaulians managed to capture small piece of Romarkia. Ro-Italy also attacked from the towns of Porto de San Ludovico, Bobuxal and Limonetto. However, they did not manage to go further into the country than 6 km before retreating the next day.
As a result of these events, NBTO decided to invoke the Article 5. However, it betrayed Rogaulia and supported its neighbours instead. Some have criticized this decision as the Article 5 is about defense, not attack. President of Robloxia David Baszucki does not intend to send his troops to fight in the war because of his isolationism.
