David François (born January 5, 1971), also known under the Bloxian version of his name David Francis, is the Consul of Rogaulia and Marshal of Rogaulian Empire. He is best known for his leadership in Irabloxia during the Gulf War and the Battle of Dumont d'Urville.
Life
David was born to a family in Rorsica. as a child he showed interest in military history and in 1989 he enlisted in the Rogalian army after graduating from university. he quickly rose up in ranks and served in the Gulf War in which the regiment he commanded was trapped in enemy lines and he fended off 5000 soldiers and was made a marshal. He then served as general of the Rogaulian garrison in waterloo and survived a Tatorian artillery barrage. In 2025, he was sent to attack Dumont d'Urville and showed bravery in the battle. He then became the Vice President of Rogaulia for a few days, before Gory dissolved the vice presidency position and reinstated the Consul of Rogaulia position, a position only reserved when Rogaulia was in its imperial stages. He was then appointed Consul of Rogaulia by Gory after the Third Rogaulian Empire was proclaimed.
