Hikari Hitoshi, or Hikari (1915-2025), is the 6th Pangominister and the first Baojian Pangominister to serve the Xenonist Union.

- The reason Hikari lived long is because of her diet and way of living. She did not fall into a comatose state, like Xenotelepath and James Antiland.
Life
1915
Hikari, also known as Hikari Akira before she was married to Kenji Hitoshi, was born in Roghija, Neo-Japan, where later in her childhood, she enrolled in school when she was three years old.
1927
By 1927, she would go to high school and learn about Neo-Japanese history.
1933
By 1933, before she finished high school, she was forced to enlist in the military for more soldiers during the preparation of the Second Luobu Neo-Japanese war.
Roblox War II
During Roblox War II, her rank rose up to commander. Later, she would participate in theaters like the penguinian theater during the Neo Japanese-Slendawese war.
1942
After a treaty between Xenonist Union and The Empire of Neo-Japan, Hikari was chosen as a general governor because they thought she was very responsible. In 1943, she met Kenji Hitoshi, which they would later marry in 1951.
