Pula Compact

The Pula Pact, also known as Pula Compact, is a military-economic alliance founded by the Bloxia Kingdom and the Penguin Range state after the Civil War. It was made to defend against the Cartillery Range Confederation. The Compact got its name from the Pula Dynasty because it unified Southern Penguinia.

Countries in two alliances(example: bloxian kingdom, they are in both NBTO and pula pact) are called intersection members.

Laws

Article I

  • An attack on one country is an attack on all, an intersection member country will join, but their allies can if they want to

Article II

  • If one country from the pact declares war on a country, all countries declare war on the country that a member country has declared war on, this also applies when the pula pact declares war on the country that has declared war on a member state of the pula pact

The alliance was discontinued when the UXXR was formed. However, in 1926, The Pula Compact was reestablished when Penguinia was under attack by the Axis Powers and later in the Southern Wars.

When the Southern wars began, countries from Aquaria like Bloxstralia wanted to join in, so they were accepted due to the lack of allies.

Countries in the Pact (1993)

The president of Labublox, Janani Hemamalini, met the Pangominister of the Xenonist Union, Xenotelepath on 16 February 1993. Following the meetup, Labublox officially joined the Pula Pact and was guaranteed lifelong protection by all members from future North Neo-Korbloxian attacks following the devastating 1982 war. This helped to mitigate most future attacks which were driven by hatred towards Labublox.

After the Xenonist-Slendernawa War, Slendernawa rejoined the pact. It was still a people's republic, but under a reformist leader. Additionally, more countries joined the pact in solidarity of the UXXR.
