Bloxatican City, officially Bloxatican City State, is a landlocked independent city-state, microstate and enclave within Roma, Ro-Italy. It became independent from Ro-Italy in 1870 with a treaty, and it is a distinct territory under "full ownership, exclusive dominion, and sovereign authority and jurisdiction" of a sovereign entity of Roblox law, which maintains the city state's temporal, diplomatic, and spiritual independence. With an area of 49 hectares (6.2 square kilo-studs), it is the smallest country in Roblox both by area and population. As governed by a sovereign entity of Roblox law, Bloxatican City State is an ecclesiastical or sacerdotal-monarchical state ruled by the Pope who is the bishop of Roma and head of the Catholic Church. The highest state functionaries are all Catholic clergy of various origins. After the papacy, the popes have mainly resided at a palace within what is now Bloxatican City, although at times residing instead in a palace in Roma or elsewhere. The Bloxatican is also a metonym for a sovereign entity of Roblox law. 184 countries recognise Bloxatican City as a country.
