The Penguipan-Xenonist War, also known as the Second CSSR-UXXR war, because the confederate union was re-established, was a war as a result from The Empire of Penguipan Territories launching a surprise attack of the Xenonist Union, Penguipan at that time under the Junta government leader Shira Fukouda nicknamed General Shira by the Confederate Party. The war would later end in unconditional surrender of Penguipan after heavy losses and mass bombardments of important military basements by the Xenonist Union's barrage of missiles.
