Liberty County is one of the 57 counties in the State of Bloxburg Valley. The county is well known for its ISO Class 1 Rating in emergency service management and response. Liberty County was established in 1984, and since then, around 30,000 Robloxians have lived inside the county.
Liberty County is primarily traversed Interblox 55, also known as Ro-Route 55, as it is the only large highway running through the county.
History (1742 - Present)
Liberty County was established in 1984, and has since been a county of numerous events. The main city in Liberty County is River City.
1742 River City Attacks (Folk Story)
An old folk story, might not be true, but on September 17th, 1742, residents of River Town would begin to plan protests against the royalty of River Town.
Hush Killer
In 1987, multiple disappearances that led to murders occurred when a man by the alias of "Hush Killer" started a rampage against his friends. He was later caught and sentenced to death, and in 1998 was killed by firing squad.
1999 River City Riots
The 1999 Riots were a series of violent events that killed 14 RCPD, LCSO, and BVHP Officers, and injured 100 more. 341 Rioters were killed, and 503 more were injured. The Riots lasted 2 days, and was the deadliest Civil Unrest Movement in Robloxia

In 2002, Locus, an extremely famous BloxTuber was born in Liberty County.
2012 River City Drug Crisis
From 2012 to 2024, Liberty County and its environs were overwhelmed in a drug crisis, killing over 100,000 people in 2023.
2015 River City shootings
On October 20th, 2015, 27-year-old Eric Evans committed several shootings across River City, killing 18 people and injuring 12 before being shot and taken into custody.

The 2015 River city shooting and stabbing is a mass stabbing and shooting attack that occurred on Friday, November 13, 2015, which caused nine deaths.
2025 Attack on LCSO Deputies
On March 14th, 2025, at 5:09 PM a gunman entered the Liberty County Sheriff's Office and opened fire on deputies getting off shift, killing 3, and injuring 9.

In 2025, multiple shootings carried out against law enforcement occurred after a 2018 accident involving a police officer that killed multiple members of his family. He was fatally shot in a standoff after killing multiple civilians and 2 Deputies, one from Roblox County, and the other from Liberty County.
2025 Stabbing of Deputy Webb
On August 12th, 2025, at 11:47 AM, a dispute between a cashier and a customer led to a stabbing that killed not only the cashier, but a Sheriff's Deputy aswell.
2025 River City Interblox 55 Pileup
On December 2nd, 2025, a major pileup accident occurred in the Liberty County segment of Interblox 55, leading to a total of 32 casualties.
2025 River City New-Years Eve Bombing
On December 31st, 2025, a bomb exploded in a van owned by the Retroslop Annihilation Federation near the middle of the crowd, killing 34 and Injuring 127.
2026 River City Shootings

From January 3, 2026 to January 5, 2026, multiple police officers from LCSO and RCPD were shot and killed by unknown assailants. All casualties were spread across 4 shootings.
2026 Liberty County Middle School Shooting
On January 21st, 2026, a gunman entered the Liberty County Middle School and opened fire, prompting a major response from the Liberty County Sheriff's Office, the River City Police Department, and Bloxburg Valley Highway Patrol.

Highrock Park is the National Park near Springfield, and is famous for the Ro-BNB Cabins, and hills that are notoriously hard to scale with meduim to large vehicles.
Hardware Store
The Hardware Store on the outskirts of River City is the go-to if you need tools. Sadly, many criminals use this to their advantage, buying tools to aid in their robberies.
Geography
the geography of Liberty County is a valley. A hill range separates the center of the county with the area near the county lines and Highrock Park. The county is locally mountainous at the base of multiple mountains.

Law Enforcement
Law Enforcement in Liberty County is split into three agencies:
- Liberty County Sheriff's Office [LCSO]
- River City Police Department [RCPD]
- Springfield Township Police Department [STPD]
Officers with the RCPD get their uniforms in navy blue or white [supervisors], STPD gets gray uniforms, and LCSO uniforms take a tan or black color. All Law Enforcement in Liberty County use the same ranking systems and have similar names of divisions.

Firefighters with RCFR get a black station uniform, with red coloring around the end of the sleeves. Their turnouts are tan colored, with orange reflective stripes.
Firefighters with STFD also get a Black Station uniform, with their ranks' color around the end of the sleeves. The turnouts are black but also have orange reflective stripes.

Public Utilities
The Liberty County Department Of Transportation is a county-ran agency, operating in both River City and Springfield Township as the cities do not have their own agencies which provide public utilities.

EMT's and Paramedics with both fire departments wear black uniforms with the NREMT ranking patch on the left shoulder, and the department patch on the right. Both have blue stripes on the end of the sleeves. No turnouts are given, unless they are assigned to an engine company.
RMR Paramedics are given high visibility uniforms with the NREMT ranking patch on the right shoulder, and the RMR patch on the left.

Criticisms and Controversies
Interior Controversies
Crime:
Suspect Lawnson Micheal getting arrested for being suspected with gang violence and possession of an AK. He was later seen resisting handcuffing procedures. Bystanders were told to step out of the scene.
The River City Bank has been a target for constant robbery by desperate individuals, leading to an entire division to be created by the River City Police Department, just to assist with investigations into bank robberies. The area surrounding the River City Bank is known to have higher than Robloxia average rates of gang violence.
Health Problems:
In a study taken in all of Bloxburg Valley, River City has one of the worst healthcare systems in all of Bloxburg Valley, as the Liberty County Hospital is constantly understaffed, and sometimes, even closed, leaving EMTs and Paramedics to do the work of primary care physicians. It is possible that the understaffing of the Liberty County Hospital was amplified with the brief execution of the Age Checks for Communication Executive Order, but despite the localized county-wide rescission, it still remains understaffed.
Executive Order 14465
Due to the county having exemplarily excellent emergency response which the Corporatist Party refuses to acknowledge the excellence of, and due to the passage of the Corporatist Party backed November 18, 2025 Executive Order requiring that all Robloxians must age check themselves before communicating with other Robloxians which took effect on January 7th, 2026, the emergency response in this region is severely crippled and crime rates skyrocketed as emergency response became more of a "one-man" based approach, rather than a team based approach. In response, the County Executive of Liberty County on January 9, 2026 passed a legislation rendering the executive order void in all areas in Liberty County, allowing for crime rates to decline and emergency response to recover.
Corruption Charges Against LCSO and RCPD Detectives
On February 4th, 2026, 17 detective units from both LCSO and RCPD were suspended due to corruption allegations.
- 14 of the 17 suspended Detective and Undercover officers are proven to have leaked sensitive case info and documents to crime families in the state of Bloxburg Valley
- The Federal Surveillance Bureau and Bloxburg Valley State Attorney General has a case against all 17 of the Detectives. The charges have not been released to the public, and the cases will not be held in Liberty County, as the judges have conflicts of interest with all the detectives.
DOT Understaffing
In Liberty County, the DOT and DPW are usually understaffed. Unfortunately, the staffing shortages are worse than the primary care physician shortages in the main Hospital. For every two citizens, there is about one DOT/DPW worker. This implies that a worker will start their shift but would usually quit even if their shift is not over yet. It is likely that this was amplified when the executive order went into effect, but scholarly studies and hypothesis tests are yet to be performed on whether the amplification actually occurred and is statistically significant. However, due to a restructuring of the DOT/DPW, a new influx of workers has came in. This has broken all employment records for DOT since its inception. It has also broken incompetence records per municipal agencies, municipal insurance premium records, and accidents involving city employees and vehicles have risen since 2018.
