Prior to the 1742 River City Capital Building Attack
A resident of River City (presumed to be the lead figure of the 21,493 residents of River City garnered to form a party to the attack) had enough of the royalty of River City. He gathered 21,493 residents of River City through the power of phones. A day prior to the attack, a hardware and a gun store in River City reported "record business", with tens of millions of Liberty County dollars collected in the hardware store and hundreds of millions of Liberty County dollars collected in the gun store in one day. Record trading activity occurred in the Currency Exchange building, with some Liberty County-destitute Robloxians currency exchanging R$ for the Liberty County dollar. A record number of Robloxians ironically asked the king to give them a permit that would authorize them to purchase big weapons, to which the king approved. All of this happened on September 16, 1742, and police using mobile data terminals found out that a big day is coming soon. However, they dismissed notions of a big day coming soon, so they were unprepared for what came next.
During the 1742 River City Capital Building Attack
Beginning
The resident returned with 21,493 residents of River City that he garnered to form a party to the attack and instructed them to storm the River City Capital Building to show they disliked the royalty. If they do not want to storm, they have to demand the end of the royalty. A Robloxian estimated that 21,493 Robloxians were in front of the capital building at one time. The attack commenced on an unknown time on September 17, 1742.
Weapons
The attack used RFID disruptors to rob automated teller machines that were on the capital building, lockpicks to rob the capital building in general, and drills to rob the capital building's jewelry storage locations. Beretta M9 pistols, M14 designated marksman rifles, Colt M1911 pistols, Lemat revolver pistols, Remington 870 shotguns, and Skorpion sub-machine guns were used to injure or even kill Robloxians on the capital building, including sheriffs. Some Robloxians even brought out the big weapons: the Remington MSR sniper and the PPSH 41 sub-machine gun.
Resistance Part 1
Sheriffs, namely cadets, recruits, officers, deputies, corporals, sergeants, lieutenants, captains, majors, colonels, commanders, and chief deputies drove to River City Capital Building on Chevelon Express Vans. Detectives aided the sheriffs and were peacefully law enforcing. Sheriffs were armed with Shield 9 pistols, Fabarm FP6 shotguns, Glock 17 pistols, and Sauer P226 pistols. The sheriffs never called SWAT. The sheriffs were able to injure many Robloxians. Cones and police tape surrounded the capital building, effectively redirecting traffic to the capital building, and flares were used to warn traffic of an active capital building attack. Riot shields were also used. Pepper sprays and beanbag shotguns were also used to temporarily immobilize the attackers. Tasers stunned the attackers. However, despite this, the attackers never gave up and kept on storming, which led to the police using their ability to call air support.
Pressure
Eventually, the attack can be heard from the King's office. The King felt so pressured that he decided to abdicate his throne and establish a mayorship. The attackers suddenly stopped attacking and left the capitol building.
After The 1742 River City Capital Building Attack
Resistance Part 2
However, the attackers were five-star wanted. Cones and police tape were toppled over and broken by the fact vehicles had to escape the capital building. All of the vehicles that can be bought on Liberty County shops for the citizens were used by the citizens. Police, both ground and air, had to hit vehicles with stop sticks, effectively damaging their tires. Radar guns pulled by the police measured the speed of the vehicles to be at their maximum possible speeds before being hit by stop sticks. Mobile data terminals intercepted phone calls by citizens to other Robloxians. After all vehicles were forced to grind to a halt after their tires were damaged, the citation book was used to give everyone who was involved in the pursuit of criminal intent written warnings or citations. Everyone was handcuffed and arrested under the laws of Liberty County.
After the Arrest
Cleanup
For the cleanup, everyone in the capital building, including the abdicated King, were advised to leave the capital building. Evidence markers were marked. Eventually, the capital building got cleaned up, restoring its pristine condition prior to the attack. However, the cleanup was done by all thirty sheriffs involved in the pursuit, which opened up a great and figurative escape hole for the prisoners.
The Great Escape
Because every police officer in Liberty County was busy cleaning up the capital building, there was nobody, not even a single warden to monitor the situation of the Liberty County Jail. They escaped the jail. To make sure their escape is "legal", they went to the warden's office, paid their bails, and returned their weapons. This effectively cleared everyone's name.
