As of October 2024, no one knows where they came from, or who they are, and no one has known any information about them, and the Furry Headquarters members does not allow anyone to know that information.
After the Global Defense Alliance had retrained Furry Headquarters, the Council and Headquarters was renamed from The Furry Council and Furry Headquarters, to The Global Furry Council and Global Furry Agency Headquarters

A stage actor known for using disguises, he is also brothers with 'Romeo Smith' and 'Hotel Smith', he can help produce disguises for operations. Location is Unknown. Director was killed in the infamous 50th Shark Game. He would have his position filled by 'Last Ronin.'
- 'Romeo Smith'
A known magician and a joker, he can go from throwing darts and it turns to fire, to knowing someone's identity by just looking, he is good at Identifying suspects, also brothers with 'Hotel Smith' and 'Maverick Smith'. Terminated under EXCOMMUNICADO.
- 'Hotel Smith'
A known Con-Artist and weapons specialist, he is the leader of the infamous ██████████, but a good weapons dealer, he still works at his organization as their overseer but is still hired as a Furry Director.
Defected to kill the members of the Global Furry Council and was terminated by Hotel Smith. Would be found director had anomalous ties that prevented his death combined with his own insanity and would be transferred to Site-176 for further inspection and research.
Later was reinstated but under observation by Ethics and Director Light Counter.

A recently hired director of GFAH. First robloxian to join the GFAH. She can be a sweet gentle woman but she can also be a cold blooded serial killer. She used to be one of Brookhaven's wanted Criminals with a bounty of 70,00-80,00 robux. But was removed thanks to GFAH granting her asylum. She holds a rainbow periastron with her at all times.
She works at starshine diner as a cook. However she would also put Robloxian flesh in the food sometimes because of a certain incident that made her do this for now.

- Alexander Smitzch (alias of AndroidTan): Was revealed to be Divisional Director, Mr. "Arctic" Fox, in a disguise, found out by Alpha Tango; later stopped working as a Global Furry Council Member and start working as Overseers for the High Table of GFA and the Global Furry Council
- Fredric Thorne (Foxy Ticker): Planned to be a Furry Director but was fired due to co-workers reporting him harassing them and attempting to hurt a new member that failed to finish a file backup instillation by his deadline which was shortened from the Global Furry Agency Headquarters deadline by a great amount of time. It would later be found he was framed by spies that he was collecting evidence on.
- General Dakota Williams (Dakota Willard): He was offered to be a director after a incident which almost killed the council in which he jumped in to save the directors. He would turn down the offer as he saw himself as too high of a risk.
- Nicholas Wilson (Night Wolf): Betrayed the Global Furry Agency for D.O.R; summarily executed by GFA-A.S.M.O.R.I.
