The Lexington Towers (formally named the Lexington Towers Multi Purpose Complex) but informally called "Lexington", especially by locals and frequent visitors, is a complex of multiple buildings which have been connected to each other, and they have been conjoined by glass links, some being basic high rise towers with one being a supertall structure, reaching around 630 metres high.[1] It is owned by Lexington Holdings[2], and the Lexington Towers is known for fast elevators[3], such as being able to climb 125 floors in under 1 minute, and its centerpieces. It is also associated with the Roblox Elevator Community[4]. It is considered the safest building in Robloxia due to its location, reinforced structures and high fire safety measures.[5] Despite a fire incident that had destroyed an older building that was built in the 1950s then incorporated into the complex following its construction, it had only suffered damages only on the interior, the fire did not spread much into the modern Lexington, according to many people, this incident had, "proved its safety and allowed it to keep that record."

There are ~3,100-3,200 total employees hired directly by the Lexington Towers, however it houses over 50,000 employees counting its tenants employees. These 50,000 employees are not logged in the Daily Visitor Count, as the DVC only registers external visitors. Employees are classed as "Internal Occupants" with the complex recording approximately ~54,543-55,145. The complex has an average Daily Visitors Count of 264,000 daily visitors, adding on the employees housed increases the figure to over 310,000. Lexington's legal limit including all figures is 670,000 people for fire safety purposes, however it is noted that only 500,000 external visitors are allowed in a day at max. This limit had been reached suddenly on multiple occasions, overwhelming the employees due to the high ratio, causing a considered then improved increase from ~1,800-1,900 employees to over three thousand, with reports circulating that they have hired up to 4,000 full time employees alone and 780 part timers. This report is speculation at the moment.

The Buildings' Daily Visitors Count and the Buildings' Internal Occupants figures are legal documents that must be submitted every year in January and June to determine the expected occupancy count for a large building.

Combining the floor area of every building in the complex, the building itself is over 55 million square feet (which is 5.5 square kilometres), and it is considered a megastructure. It is important to know this figure does not account for the complex's total land area, but only the area of the buildings within it.

It was designed by three architectural firms, "Warmlands Architectural LLC." for the external building, and a "Frostiville Architectural LLC." for everything inside the building except safety, as it was handled by "SafeArchitects LLC." for all things concerning safety within the building (eg. Reviewing floor plans to make sure there are multiple escapes available, fire stairs, protected lobbies)

It was discovered that it uses similar building control systems as the famous Applegate Centre in Bloxia Kingdom, which has 5 times Lexington's daily visitors count, with its automatic entrance doors and panic bar fire exits provided by Whitehill Group, and its security Net2+ doors being provided by the same company. The fire detection systems were provided by Armodia Systems LTD, with its Public Address and Voice Alarm systems provided by Arex Communications, being the most advanced and sophisticated on the market. Its intruder alarms were provided by AE Fire and Security, but manufactured by BK company Scada Control Systems. Scada had provided 90% of the lighting in the building. Emergency backup lighting, smoke control systems and weather sirens were provided by Orwae Group LTD. Its internal fire doors were provided by AestheticVeneer LLC. Despite being a Bloxian Islandic building, most of its systems were provided by overseas companies. AestheticVeneer were the only Bloxian Islander contractor listed, who provided the slimline 2 hour fire rated doors. Another well known company who was contracted on the site was Relcot and ATOM of Relcot. Relcot themselves had provided the automatic sliding emergency exit doors, used at fire exits also used for entry and for security in the Lexington Railway Link. ATOM of Relcot had provided doorbells, some of the lighting and Wi-Fi access points as BlockyConnections did not produce access points. A company named record had provided the fire shutters, and its smoke detector testers which Lexington Towers store on the inside. Theta Fire and Security had provided the CCTV cameras on behalf of Orwell Group LTD. Shepherd Wolf Fans & Lighting [SWF&L] are a well known technology company in the construction field, and they had also provided some of the other lighting, decorative plates around functional ports eg. Rethernet, Roaxial and equipment used in the building when needed eg. Dehumidifiers, and ironically the HVAC systems were provided by a company named "Lexington", but they do not have any association with Lexington Holdings nor the Lexington Towers.

The Main Tower was increased in height from 623 metres to 628 metres by installation of a radio house, receiving signal from the multi-use spire and taking it down into all Roaxial ports used to connect to a music radio and a TV radio. Its spire will be a permanent installation, part of the structure. It is believed that on installation of the spire, its height will soar from 628 metres to over 700-800 (later confirmed that the spire will increase the building's height to 900+ metres, 906 to be exact with the figure). For a list of Roblox's tallest buildings, click here

It is Robloxia's 8th tallest building, but on completion of its second phase it will reach 6th, however it is already the tallest building in Eurobloxia. Due to Lexington's specialised "Expandable" architectural type, constructing the building up to 200 floors is possible for the Lexington Towers Multi-Purpose Complex

It is set to be the longest living skyscraper in Robloxian history, as Lexington Holdings will hold tightly to the skyscraper and make sure every square inch is safe and maintained, meaning that the building could potentially see the 3rd Robloxian Millennium. It is unlikely that Lexington Towers could be surpassed, as LIA are constantly working on the skyscraper, keeping it "always new", and modernising it every 30 years. Its shelf life alone if the scheme is kept up could see the 3rd Robloxian Millennium, with demolition the last concern for the complex.

It is predicted that the complex will lose relevance in 450 years time from when it was built, but be preserved for thousands of years for history, before eventually collapsing due to age. Currently, as of 2026, it is considered a Roblox landmark on the official Roblox planet map.

The most famous picture taken within grounds of the Complex was not by the official photography team at Lexington Towers, nor was it by a visitor, employee or tourist. It was taken by a famous dancer named Samhín MacBloxia and her best friend, Snowia MacRobloxia standing outside an emergency exit door acting silly. It was posted online and had gotten over 210 million views in just two weeks. Its most famous picture not taken by them was of the entire skyscraper on a sunny day, getting 200 million views. It was taken on July 23rd 2025. Later that day, many visitors felt something strange the closer they were to that area of the building.

Lexington Towers is not officially classed an apartment building, however there are two apartment units planned to be built on the 125th floor for important staff. The Lexington Holdings has cleared up that they will be using interlinked smoke alarms for both units, and ensuring that fire sprinklers and fire extinguishers are provided in all units. Lexington Holdings has planned to build an apartment block elsewhere, however not in the proximity of the Lexington Towers. There are two primary methods to access the complex, with a third one under construction. This being a coach system, an e-scooter/e-bike pathway and an under construction railway link. After this, it will be classed as a "partially apartment complex"

The Complex Of Dreams!

The Lexington Towers is nicknamed, "The Complex Of Dreams" and it is written on the walls in one of its reception areas with LED signage[6]. It is nicknamed that due to its large amount of skyscrapers and towers. Here is a breakdown of all these towers and even normal-scale buildings that are within the Lexington Towers Complex.

There are 3 high rise buildings, 2 skyscrapers, 2 low rise buildings, and 2 mid rise buildings.

As you enter through the reception doors, there are 3 ways possible. To the left leads to the Lengle Tower, Carpark, Serene Gateway and other areas. The right leads to the Blue's Tower, and the forward leads to the Main Tower and thus; the rest of the complex. The back doors are a 4 way corridor, one leads to an elevator lobby and a stairwell, one leads directly to a different stairwell and basement, one leads to the Arcade and the other elevator lobby, and the last door at the back is a lockable door, however it is used as a fast-track corridor to move occupants from the back to the front of the building. The side doors lead directly to a junction, left being the arcade the right being the rest of the complex. The Carpark and the Railway Station are connected, and both use the same corridor to access the rest of the complex. It is important to note that the future Skyhigh Shopping Centre will be connected via bridge to the Carpark. Lexington's complex is interconnected, meaning that all routes lead to each other eventually. Its fire alarm systems are separated depending on which building it is installed in. For instance, an alarm in the Main Tower will not trigger safety systems in the Actors' Tower and vice versa, but if a fire occurred directly in the linkway connecting the two, both fire alarm systems will activate and prompt an evacuation of the affected areas.

There are 9 approved entrances to the Lexington Towers complex, and the term "approved entrance" incoporates entrances that management allow for visitors to enter. There are significantly more emergency only doors than approved entrances.

Main Tower

The Main Tower, as its name suggests, is the main tower of the Lexington Towers. It has 83 usable floors and 50 are under construction. It is over 620 metres tall canonically, but will be 906 with its new spire, and serves as the central tower for all operations. It hosts a wide range of places, from once in a lifetime restaurants to DJ arenas and studios, it serves as the "All-In-One" of the complex. A name change has been talked about however has been refused as of now by Lexington Towers themselves, who had the say on the name change.

On its 81st floor is one of the most famous viewing decks and the highest in Bloxia Island, which is called the "SkyCourt" , but will be the second highest in the complex on the completion of Emeraldview, in the same tower. It is famous for the restaurant and media centre "Badger's Chicken and Waffles", who is an anchor tenant occupying the floors 30-35 partially. BCAW had confirmed that they will not be purchasing the new floor space that is under construction as part of Phase 2. BCAW announced that they will be removing the Floors 32-35 section due to high serving costs, minor fire safety concerns and a push to move more horizontal. BCAW will instead use the right wing area of floors 30 and 31 to host the restaurant. The space that was once BCAW will turn into an office for PerformingArts Ireloxia, the performance federation the quicksand girl(Samhin MacBloxia) is apart of. BCAW will be a "sideways L shape" on completion.

The tower is home to most of the landmarks within the Lexington Towers, with some of its landmarks existing within other towers.

However on the 13th February of 2026, part of the tower had caught fire, however only a display board had caught fire. The elevator lobby was smokey, prompting an evacuation of the entire tower as all fire exits. This incident lead to rumours

It were then discovered that the high height of the skyscraper could interfere with signals and internet access in the area, causing visitors' devices to disconnect from the internet, especially on and above the 100th floor.

Hurceles Tower

Main article: Hurceles Tower(Lexington TMPC)

Hurceles Tower is an under construction tower set to be 82 floors tall. It is named after a very old and prestigious middle school(Hurceles Middle School) in RoCanada, established in 1914 and taken into control by LIA. Initially, it was set to be 75 floors tall but was expanded to 82. It is situated behind the Main Tower. It began construction in August 2025 and is set to complete in mid 2027. It plans to host local businesses in its viewing decks but commercial, globally available offices in the rest of the building.

As of April 2026, around half of the tower's framework is completed.

Unlike other towers in the complex, it offers direct access to the lower ground behind the Lexington Towers while still providing a bridge-way towards the higher ground of the Main Towers.

The Main Tower does offer access to the lower grounds in two primary ways, but not in a direct manner; as occupants have to proceed through a service bay and a staff canteen while supervised, then reach a stairwell, before proceeding out a hallway to a small lobby before reaching the outdoors. The more direct method is the Arcade, as its external doors lead directly out to the lower lands, but with more outdoor walking.

Blue's Tower

Blue's Tower is named after the owner of the LIA, a figure named Bluepuptweet. It is 19 floors tall and hosts an elevator company's headquarters on its 9th to 19th floors. Its facilities are described as "Secure, Safe and Ultramodern"[7]

The tower is set to contain a lot of expensive material, and it is being prepared to do so. Its doors were upgraded to have specialised locks, which have 14 deadbolts and 2 hook locks, with a 20 pin anti-snap keylock. This is far more secure than the normal doors. The normal doors use the same 20 pin keylock, but with 3 deadbolts.[8]

It is reported that vaults may be installed into this tower, however a definite answer was deemed confidential.

Lengle Tower

Lengle Tower is a tower named after a now demolished office building that the LIA considered purchasing but unfortunately before then, it went to ruin, due to a bidding war in the deal that took years. It has 13 floors and hosts staff offices and even bedrooms, and a world-renowed Pizza place called "POMA", which is under expansion. POMA will open a smaller satellite restaurant in the Floor 125 Emeraldview on completed.

The Arcade

The arcade is a popular spot within the building, and it hosts new arcade games which most have never been seen before in Bloxia Island arcade games. The area also features a restaurant and a theatre area under construction in an underground area which was specifically designed for further construction.

Lexington Railway Link

Lexington Railway Link is an under construction railway system. It uses a never-seen-before system to crack down on fare evaders, as with a station that could potentially reach 80,000-120,000 daily users is at risk of fare evasion. LIA had assisted in its design. The railway network of Bloxia Island had requested to use Lexington Towers land for constructing the station, which LIA approved with open arms. This means that LIA will not own the station, but they will be tasked with managing it. The station is the only part of the Lexington Complex that is not owned by LIA, however the station uses the complex's water, electricity and fire alarm networks. Part of the agreement is that the rail-line will have to pay 25% of their profits from only the LRL station to the LIA.

It has high-security doors that leads to its offices, to prevent dangerous figures entering the offices. This was done as people from across Irebloxia would be entering the complex through here, without the same level as security as the rest of the complex until reaching the ticket booth.

They have considered training ticket booth operators and officers in self defence systems, preferring to combine two famous Robloxian self defence systems, Ro-Brazillian Jujutsu and Kick-Roxing, ensuring that officers are capable of protecting their person in the event of attack.

Leaving the train, there is a large, open area, with a skylight. At the end, there are 2 glass doors. One is a sliding door that is locked from the outside as it is a fare-paying station, but the other glass door is a swinging door, which is unlocked on the station side but is locked on the building side. It is an intricate system designed to limit fare dodgers. It is hoped to work effectively on completion. It uses a special lock that can only be controlled from inside a specific room, making doors near impossible to breach, both for intruders and fare evaders. This maintains the security of the rest of the complex. Leaving the station, you are greeted into the carpark reception building of the Lexington, travelling up the staircase or to the area to your left, you enter the open space that connects the carpark and the rail station to the rest of the building.

Its rail networks are set to connect to north Lublin, and then the rest of Irebloxia. Lexington Towers were initally set to cover costs, however Lexington Holdings had taken it up to pay half of the costs of laying the rails for its construction.

It will have two platforms, albeit these platforms will be for the same train.

Planned Developments

Lexington Towers have planned many developments to incorporate more facilities into the mega-scale complex.

Skyhigh Shopping Centre

The Mall is a planned shopping centre/mall which is planned to be connected directly to the Lexington Towers by a bridge in its carpark reception. The carpark will serve a central role by using a long, elevated glass corridor to connect to the mall and then the already existing corridor network to connect it to the main building. It is being formally considered by the LIA and a response should arrive around mid-February 2026.

Lexington Towers had confirmed that they will build this shopping centre, beginning its construction in Late 2026. It will have 4 floors, 120,000 square metres of space and 74 stores, with a second car park tower being added to cope with its high visitor counts. It will be protected by an Armodia Flow1 fire alarm system, with Arex Communications Ultra 2 PA/VA systems. It will be tied into the complex's fire alarm network. Lexington Towers Complex as a whole will likely reach over 450,000 daily visitors, as the mall is estimated to reach over 100,000 daily customers. This will make Lexington Towers the second most visited complex in the world, behind Applegate Centre.

Trixie Tower

Originally, it were an inside joke within members of the community, a meme tower about the owner's 2015 Pearbook, after a conception process it is under formal consideration. The tower will be a 13 story tower if approved. This building will likely be a technology centre if built, hosting gaming/e-sports centres and technology stores. This tower idea was approved around the start of 2026, and was originally planned for the Right Wing, but was changed to the Left Wing.

Recreation Building

The recreation building is an under construction high rise multi-use building, which is on the further side of the Complex. It would be 7 stories tall and be a far more modernised version of the Siren Building, but miles safer. If built, it would likely operate a souvenir shop selling modern and old Lexington Towers souvenirs, offices and a state of art music studio, which would likely be expensive to book.

Actors' Tower

The Actors' Tower is named after the actors' group behind the anchor tenant Badger's Chicken and Waffles, with an infamous lit up sign in the formal conference room. It has 10 floors, but also has extra floors labeled, 1A, 2A, 3A. It is in the process of installing fire safety equipment and was set to open mid-March 2026, but due to difficulties running wiring and pipework through the building it has been delayed to May 2026

Builder Brothers' Pizza

Builder Brothers' Pizza is a very famous Pizzalander pizza restaurant. It had decided to open up a location in Bloxia Island, and its location is under construction as of February 2026, with completion set in mid 2026. It runs under the same agreement the railway company have; that they can use Lexington's land but will have to pay over 25% of profits, however Builder Brother's Pizza are in charge of managing the restaurant building itself, however all fire safety systems are provided by the Lexington Complex.

The Recreation Building

The recreation building is an under construction building, designed to be a modernised version of the now-burnt down Siren Building. It will consist of a souvenir store, a recording studio, one of the many performance stages inside the Complex, and be mostly focused on restaurants. It will be 7 stories tall, feature approximately 9 elevators, and 4 stairwells, one being for normal, day to day use, the second one serving as an auxiliary staircase for day to day operations, the third one being exclusively emergency use, and the fourth stairwell being staff only. All staircases will have the same fire safety levels as the Main Tower of the complex. Its foundation has been laid, and it will be connected to the Lexington Towers complex directly via a link to the Actors' Tower. Any occupants headed to the rest of the complex would then travel to the Main Tower, or use the exit doors nearest the elevator. Its elevators will be installed by an elevator company named Luxiar D.D, who also service all elevators at the LT complex, with a service lift being fitted by CONE BI and BK.

All lift control cabinets for elevators complex wide are provided by Luxiar D.D. Most of the elevators in the complex are provided by CONE, however Luxiar have provided some of their own elevators to the complex, as seen in the linkway between Hurceles Tower and the rest of the complex.

The Hangout Dream

The Hangout Dream is under construction, currently having its foundation completed laying. It is set to be a performing arts theatre, and a multiple screen cinema, operated directly by the Lexington Towers complex. It will be linked into the main complex via a corridor from the Arcade. It will have its own independent Fire Alarm system, and its PA/VA system will be activated instantly on activation of the fire alarm system without delay, due to it being a large place of gathering. It is temporarily named "Project: The Hangout Dream" but will become "Lexington Performance Centre and Cinema"

Future Developments

In 2026, Lexington Towers announced that it would be adding facilities to the primary entrance foyer at the front, planning to refurbish it to make it look more grand and elegant. This was only planned for the Front Foyer and the Car Park foyer. It were done to make Lexington's facilities feel more at-home. However, for fire safety reasons none of the foyers can provide direct access to transport points eg. Lifts, Stairwells, and that they will be expanding their CCTV sytsem by installing full CCTV coverage in all office anterooms/waiting rooms for enhanced security, and panic alarms for offices. This was first done in a security hut controlling a gate for a service bay, with panic buttons that send direct alerts to the Security alarm system.

They announced that to reduce the need to evacuate the building, they will be installing HUSH fire alarms in individual offices in smaller blocks to deal with any future false fire alarm activations in office blocks. This will not be done for the main towers due to their immense heights, and they had programmed a two minute timer to silence nuisance alarms as an alternative, while guaranteeing the activation of the alarm in a real situation

In 2027, Lexington Towers plan to build streets with regular businesses in them, and these streets lead directly to Lexington Towers. They plan to complete their 100 million square foot complex by 2032, but plans have surfaced to expand it to over 250 million square feet by 2042

It was forwarded that Lexington Towers were to addon to some of the smoke detectors in bin areas/crowded storage rooms with Ionization smoke detectors to aid in quicker fire detection. Lexington Towers approved to install Ionization alarms alongside the Photoelectric/Optical sensors that are used throughout the complex. There will be two in the same room on addition of these detectors, continuing their fire safety plans. The reason for their installation in storage and trash areas was due to their sensitivity to their active, flaming fires. It is a common conception in the world of fire safety that photoelectric sensors are smoke detectors, and ionisation detectors are fire detectors.

History And Planning

Planning

Lexington Towers had a difficult planning process, however they had eventually got the go-ahead, and eventually received extreme support for their project.

The Initial Plans

Plans for the Lexington Towers complex had been there since 2004, but the idea for it had been there since the late 1970s and ambitions since the mid 1920s, but these plans were hard, as they would require the buyout of the Siren Building, but they would have to take its owner Siren Co. down with it. They had an initial €75B budget, but the government and external investors had funded it to €100B, allowing for it to be constructed to its additional scale. The structure itself had only costed over €5 billion to build, but LIA had kept the extra €95B for future plans, meaning it cannot be counted in their financal reports.

They had planned to build completely different buildings to what currently exists, until a plan was slipped in last minute by an LIA member in a meeting, which had decided the concurrent Lexington Towers.

Political Support

The Taioseach of Bloxia Island had expressed support for the idea, viewing it as "An opportunity for investment in Ireblox, on its environmentally friendly grounds, it will really demonstrate the Irebloxian culture in the form of a skyscraper,"

Safety Plans

All towers would have the same safety features to what concurrently exists, which had lifted blame off the LIA for the Siren Building fire in 2021.

They had planned to ensure that Novec 1230 was installed in place of water for fire sprinklers, to allow for more fire types to be extinguished while having less damage. Following the release of the Armodia Flow1, the system was installed into the Lexington Towers complex. It uses a majority of Optical/Heat sensors. Optical sensors detect smoke from fires quicker while having less nuisance alarms. There are very little ionisation detectors used in the Lexington, with the only place of use being in storerooms and trash areas due to the risk of open flaming fires. They had a longstanding policy, even in the Siren Building, that space heaters were completely prohibited in the Lexington Towers complex due to their high fire risk. An employee was chastised for adding a space heater into his office.

The fire alarm system in the Lexington Towers was planned to be sophisticated sophisticated, it was designed to balance low nuisance alarms with higher safety standards. The design planned to minimise the amount of nuisance alarms common in a large area, while ensuring that quick alerts were provided for real fire alarms. The safety team planned to install a relay that activates the alarms on the fire floor if the alarm condition is not cancelled after 2 minutes, and then sound the alarms on the floors above and below a minute after. This was cancelled, and after two minutes the alarm will sound on the fire floor, and the floors immediately below and above it, with the relay then stopping to prevent overload on the central PAVA computer.

The Construction

It costed €5B to construct the complex, and an extra €95 Billion had been left over, and LIA had kept it reserve for the project.,

They had been expanding their plans since, such as implementing new towers that were not in the original plan. The original plan had only included the Carpark, Main Tower, Arcade, Recreation Building, Lengle Tower and the Blue's Tower. Many towers were added on, like the Hurceles Tower and the Actors' Tower.

History

Lexington Towers has had over 100 years of history. While being built no more than 3 years, history, ambition and planning had lasted over 100 years.

The 1920s ambition

In 1924, There was a huge public dream about having a prestigious building, the landmark of Bloxia Island. It was seen as an amazing idea. Skyscrapers of similar height were established. There was over 30 years talk spread across the island, and Lexington Holdings was established in the 1950s, who had planned to eventually build the structure. In 1959, the Former Retail Tower was built, and it were an 8 story tall tower that would eventually be incorporated into the Lexington Towers complex, before burning down in 2026 due to an issue with the walls, blamed on less stringent fire codes from the 1950s. Siren Corporation's idea of a smaller building was built, but pushed aside. It was seen as impossible due to the low money in the LIA, as this skyscraper would cost billions to build(€5.3 billion as of March 2026) and this was seen as an impossible feat. In 1971, Lexington Holdings, who was Lexington Investments at the time, had gotten their first grant, however it was only in millions. In the late 1980s, they had made a plan over years to construct this tower, with enough money on this occasion. They had gained permission to build the skyscraper, and received government encouragement. Contractors were eager to get to such a prestigious project. They had a competitor, Zeus Investments Association, who failed to upkeep the competition. Their flagship skyscraper was only a tenth of what Lexington would be.

The Siren Co was defeating LIA in their competition.

Initial Plans

In 1997, Siren Co had bought 120 acres of land in the Bloxia Island area, a few miles out from Lublin. They had planned to construct a site on that land, but had a similar system to LIA for deciding the final design. In 1999, an idea for a new building by the now subsidised "Siren Co" to create a central building for everyone and everything, and in 2000 construction began, and opened on October 7th 2003. On October 12th 2013, a buyout of the building and eventually the company by Lexington Investments Association was sealed. This buyout was a plan by the LIA to enhance the Siren Co's idea, taking Siren Co on as a strategy. In 2014, groundworks began on a plan to build a megastructure, with many towers being joined to each other, one set to be 125 floors tall, and the second tallest to be around 75. In 2015, the 6 story complex was renamed from Siren Building to Lexington Building, and in 2019, following the release of a picture akin to what the building could potentially look like on completion, it was renamed to "Lexington Towers" and formally, " Lexington Towers Multi Purpose Complex" [9]

The Lexington Towers had contracted Arex Communications for its PA systems. A temporary PA system was used until Arex had been ready to work on the Lexington Site due to the company's high workload.

This 2003 building was designed by "I Have No Idea What I Am Doing Architectural Planning LTD."

Quicksand Incident

On the 31st December of 2020, A famous dancer, Samhin MacBloxia was performing outside the construction site, about 400 metres away from the concrete walls that would become the Lexington, and was dancing for the new year incoming had entered performance break for hours, and returning just before the clock struck new years, when she had missed a sign and stepped into a pit of quicksand and submerged completely in just over a minute, however the onsite Emergency Response had rescued her from the predicament via crane. The area was closed off, and the performer was scarred. She had yelled, "HELP ME!!!! IM SINKING, AND IT'S UP TO MY SHOULDERS,", which was loud enough to be heard, and "turned a lot of heads" and drew a lot of attention, including contractors on the building turning to see what was going on. It was later discovered that if it were not for that scream, she would not have been noticed and thus not saved. The fault was pinned on LIA as the signs surrounding were overgrown, who compensated the victim €50,000 after that had occurred. LIA promised to prevent future incidents like this happening again, which no future incidents after this had occurred.

On January 1st 2021, Lexington Investments Association(now Lexington Holdings) released a formal statement on the incident, "Starting 2021 off with a predicament. We apologise for the entire quicksand incident. We have compensated Samhin €50,000 over the entire situation. We will be implementing new safety measures to prevent a re-occurrence of this incident. We are glad that she had yelled that, albeit it were disportionately creepy. We recommend that in any worse case scenarios, you are to yell your predicament. The new policy is, yell "Help", state you are in the quicksand and state how deep you have sank into the quicksand. An example is, "HELP! I'm in the quicksand and it is up to my knees," An honest mistake on our end was believing that the pit was only as deep as the knees. We will be installing a help call, which can be activated by yelling "HELP". Call 1012-0000 in the event that the system is offline, as the Immediate Response Team can assist you. The pit can consume a Robloxian entirely in just over a minute."

Samhin's interview following the incident was considered, "Scary" to those who had watched it. She just stated exactly how fast the quicksand had pulled her under, creating "imagery" of the entire incident.

In January 2021, Lexington Investments Association had considered then rejected renovation of the Siren Building complex, before moving to do it in June 2021, however no contractors were available until the middle of 2022, which was the primary blame for the fire's damaging extent.

In Mid 2021, Lexington Investments Association had confirmed they were demolishing and rebuilding the Siren Building, as the unsafe materials had been discovered. They had been relocating tenants to other nearby properties. Lexington Towers would be emptied out for the first time. Visitor numbers were limited to below 600, and no more than 30 employees can be on site at any time, the max occupancy load of the building being 630, down from 2,300 previously. What was believed to have caused the fire's terrible extent were the scarcity of contractors until the middle of 2022.

The old 2003 siren building featured a Rent 34000 Fire Alarm System, which had only ever went off twice in the Siren Building's history outside of its testing and fire drills. It was upgraded to a new Scada Harmony fire alarm system on October 1st-2nd 2021, and it was signed off and certified on October 9th, 2021.[10]

The old Siren Building earned very little money compared to Modern Lexington, with figures clocking in at around €660 million yearly.

On October 10th-11th 2021, a fire broke out at the 2003 building, and it lead to the eventual collapse of the building. [11] The fire had burned for approximately 15 hours.

Expansions

In 2025 and 2026, massive expansions were announced to the complex.[12] This would include completing the multi level car park, and the construction of Robloxia's 11th tallest building, Hurceles Tower.[13] A new private and very isolated theatre area is under construction[14], and a new service bay is under construction[15], and the expansion of the Main Tower to 130 floors, or 623 metres. In 2026, a massive array of cranes were laid out, and the complex announced that a new wing, the wing that would increase the Main Tower to over 50 million square feet, will be built. It is believed that it will give the building a "blocky triangle" shape, and 2 extra pressurised fire escape stairwells will be available in each wing.

There was also a move towards constructing the Skyhigh Shopping Centre, and the association have sealed for the construction of a new theatre area for the Arcade. For it to be allowed, the fire alarm systems in the Arcade would have to be merged into the Fire Alarm system in Building 1, as part of the arcade area lays right under Building 1. Legally, the theatre area will be considered Floor -1 and -2 of the complex, and basement floors are usually not publicly accessible, which means that for the first time, normal users of the building will have access to a basement floor.[16]

2026 will be considered the year of the biggest Lexington expansions in its history "so far" the Lexington Towers sarcastically stated, hinting that Phase 2 is only "lap 1", hinting to future expansions after this.

Despite being confidental, it was leaked that they would be buying 500 acres more of land for €12 million, and create a "plus-shaped entryway" allowing entry from 4 sides of the Lexington, with only 170 of those acres at most being used for building, with the rest of those acres being used for forestry or farmland, creating a balance between environment and buildings, additionally, Lexington Towers is a fully electric building. over 150 electric coach buses go back and forth between Lexington Towers and Lublin each hour, with over 225 coaches needed for the high visitor counts. Lexington Holdings did not have to pay for the service, as it was seen as an economic opportunity for Bus Bloxireann.

The Siren Building was meant to be a community hub for the area surrounding the complex, but Lexington Towers has aimed to be a "global hub" in tech, space and innovation. Lexington Holdings announced they will invest €1 billion into further tenant security. They had then planned to build 12 eight story buildings as a "Corporate Park" and likely be named "Lexington Towers Corporate Park Sector"

A lot of buildings had eventually relocated their operations to Lexington Towers MPC, with Lexington Holdings buying out their parent companies and creating new use for the buildings.

Lexington Towers has planned to build a walkway alongside the River Acict, with another 30 story tower being built, labelled "Quay Tower". This area would likely have elevators, stairwells and a hallway system that leads directly to the main Lexington Towers, without having to step outside. This is a preparation for the sudden weather shifts in Ireloxia.

The Lexington towers complex was designed to support 10 basement level floors on smaller towers and 5 basement floors for the Main Tower. Lexington Towers can use this underground space for many things, and have publicised that they are adding a new theatre area. They have considered the construction of an arena, a 20 screen cinema, with a multi-theatre performing arts centre in the lower lands far away from the River Acict, but it had only been considered and awaiting an approval. Lexington Towers had approved this idea, to be built directly behind the Quay Tower.

In March 2026, an old server had undiscovered footage of the fire, in its early stages and at its worst. LIA decided that they will eventually release the footage. It had revealed a discrepancy in how the fire was documented and what had actually occurred. There was still thick, black smoke even after the building had collapsed, where as it was believed that the black smoke dissipated before the building collapsed. A different discrepancy existed where the building was said to have collapsed at 4AM, whereas it had actually collapsed at around 12PM, but the fire was not allowed to be reported. Time cards within the building were a few hours off on the day of the fire, and the CCTV servers were damaged at around 1PM, causing all cameras in the parking garage to go offline.

The Lexington Towers was constructed across different years. The central focal point, the front lobby was completed as far back as 2018, and the Right Wing had started construction in February of 2021. The Main Tower started its construction in July of 2020.

Historic Designs for what currently exists

Lexington Towers has had many different design plans submitted to its owners before one final plan was chosen. These plans involved using what currently existed and some were new buildings. Out of all these plans, none of these were similar to what was eventually built, except an idea slipped in at the last minute.

The Many Plans

Between 2004-2013, multiple plans were submitted to the Lexington. There were about 4 plans in total. There was a €120 billion budget to construct a complex, partly funded by the Bloxian Islander government, 1 of these original plans were approved however sabotaged, and out of the other 3, only one was considered. A last minute plan was given. This plan is what shaped our current Lexington.

They had a meeting, and one member had presented this last minute plan, in which all other members voted towards, and architects had allegedly been curating this plan since 1995. The plans were leaked in 2026 and revealed the planned complex is close to triple the size of the current one, with construction "date boundaries" being set, with the completed complex expected in 2040. The complex had a staggering planned construction force of 106,000 skilled workers

Plan 1: Renovating The Complex

One of these plans involved demolishing the unsafe Siren Building, and expanding the original idea and renovating what currently existed to a much higher standard, both in aesthetics and safety. Lexington Investments initially refused the idea, however in January 2021, alongside the construction of the concurrent Lexington, using the leftover budget, it was reconsidered and approved. They were arranging to set up contractors in November 2021. However, by then, the Siren Building had burned down in October, leaving all those plans as a "waste". However, LIA confirmed that it is "not impossible", as they are in the process of clearing out the Siren Building's foundation and waiting for the ground to restore. They stated that it could be "2028 before we make another move on the "Siren Tower", which would've been a tribute tower to the original"

They had made a statment. It read the following, "To tribute the old, burnt down Siren Building, we will be building the Siren Tower, with the same stringent LIA fire safety standards. A PAVA system will be fitted to the building, as we do with all buildings.

Plan 2: A luxury-lounge with a tower in the back

This one is the closest to Lexington Tower's concurrent design, except it had a reception, a staff area instead of a tower, and it would likely transition into a tower behind it. This plan was rejected by LIA, for two reasons, one being it was scribbled together, and it was targeted for the rich instead of the general public, which LIA had seen as unequal and "discriminatory" against those less fortunate.

Plan 3: An oval-style tower

This tower replicated the modern LT's architectural design, however LIA had considered it. It would likely be 23 floors and very large in terms of floor space. It was considered by the Lexington, however ditched for a more modern plan.

Plan 4: Siren Building but bigger

This plan used the current Lexington's colour scheme, however it was rejected as it was not what LIA needed. It had used a similar design motive to the original Siren Building, but was "too small" for the budget and land area.

Plan 5: The slip-in

Submitted on the day that LIA had bought out the Siren Building, a last minute plan was slipped in and was very quickly approved by LIA and contractors were in extremely soon. This last minute plan was the modern Lexington Towers Complex. Construction on the building had began by December 2013. This plan had been expanded on ever since, causing Lexington Towers complex as a whole to soar over 25 million square footage, with 50 million on completion of a new wing in the Main Tower. They have stated that there is potential that they could expand to 64.5 million, with a 500x500 stud tower soaring 70 floors being built as addition to the Main Tower.

They aim to achieve around 100 million total square footage on full completion of the Complex. This has planned to serve as a central hub for global interface, cementing its position as Roblox's largest building. This global hub aims to move multiple buildings in one, which was done for the intent of assisting the environment in the long run.

An extra tower was added on, the Hurceles Tower, an 80 story large-sized office building dubbed Roblox's 11th tallest on completion, which was built to help support local businesses while hosting globally available office space within the same tower. It was named after the prestigious Hurceles Middle School in Ro-Canada, which LIA had bought out with plans to boost the school.

The only difference in the plans were that in the front lobby, there was set to be a 6 story tower, however this was never built but is "being explored" by LIA, before then being rejected

Lexington's Heavy Focus on Safety

Lexington has one of the heaviest focuses on safety on Robloxia.

What Triggered The Clause

In 2021, one of the core buildings in the old Siren Building complex caught fire and burned down quickly due to inadequate construction, where Siren Co's head financial officer for the project in 2000 was chastised following the fire.

The Effect

Following this, the newer complex was designed to be far safer, with what was concurrently constructed at the time of implementation meeting those standards. Safety features included a lightweight specialised metal named "Lexingtunum" after the building, and it can resist even chemical fire temperatures for at least 2 hours. The main tower of the complex features 5 pressurised emergency escape protected stairwells, but this number is soon to be increased to 9, with plans to build a specialised firefighting stairwell and lift. Additionally, each one is built on the edge or near the edge of the building. 2 full evacuation fire drills are held yearly, with an extra fire drill being held for individual areas eg. A drill evacuating floors 5, 6, 7, down to Floor 3[17]

In the vehicle parking areas of the Lexington, firefighters train realistic fire scenarios eg. A car catches fire in the carpark and activates a linear heat detection system. The Complex have planned to construct a specialised parking area for electric vehicles, and a specialised bay for e-scooters and e-bikes. All bays will be securely monitored, with specialised fire extinguishers provided. For parking facilities outside the primary multi storey carpark, fire extinguishers are located at all exits leading to the carpark, and outdoor fire alarm call points are set to be installed with delayed triggering of the fire alarm in the building to prevent tampering that may be common due to its outdoor environment"

They are planning to install beam detection for open areas eg. The main lobby, the SkyCourt. This is done for quicker, more efficient fire detection, as spot smoke detection does not thrive in that area.

The complex was designed to ensure that there were always multiple ways for occupants to safely evacuate in case of one fire escape route being compromised or otherwise rendered dangerous.

Lexington Towers utilises a stringent fire compartment system, where in scenarios where escape routes may completely be blocked, trapped occupants may enter a room, with the door closed and await emergency services to rescue them. Lexington have stated that

The complex also features a full-coverage PA/VA System (Public Address, Voice Alarm), and it is also the first building to feature a PAVA system to that grade in Roblox history. It makes announcements, via voice chat in day-to-day operations, and in the event of a fire, tiny alarms will sound throughout the building and display where the fire is, if an emergency is confirmed, the fire warden can use panels, scattered in safe areas in the building, to initiate a phased evacuation (Evacuation Alert System)

It can be used for background music and serves many sound purposes as it uses speakers, however LIA have instated a strict volume policy to prevent wear and tear of the speakers. Lexington Towers are set to replace the speakers every 15-17 years, to balance efficiency with safety.

If the fire alarm is sounded via a smoke detector on a floor, the system automatically activates the fire alarms on the floor above and below the fire floor. To prevent nuisance alarms, in the main building, the fire detection system itself will not trigger the full evacuation alarm unless it has not been cancelled after two minutes, however there is a current with the programming where the arcade evacuation alarms activate automatically on detection, even if it was a nuisance alarm on that system. When the alert has been confirmed, a fire warden will press the fire floor on the Voice Alarm panel, activating the full alarm on the fire floor, and the floors above and below it. On activation of a smoke or heat detector, the alarm will delay for two minutes to give time to cancel nuisance alarms, and if the alarm is not cancelled after two minutes the full alert sounds on the fire floor, and the floor above and below it. If a Manual Call Point is tripped, the fire alarm will trigger instantly only on the floor of activation, to prevent un-necessary evacuations over tampering issues that could arise with high visitor counts.

Lexington Towers frequently employ a term; "Never believe it is a false alarm, because one day it might not be...", to warn occupants to immediately evacuate. While every fire door, fire wall, fire rated floor, fire rated ceiling is rated for 2 hours, and the physical structure even longer, it is not permanent protection from fire and smoke. Traditional Fire Alarm bells incite a response from only 13% of Robloxians, however a Voice Alarm system incites a response from 75% of Robloxians. Lexington Towers has a strict policy about ensuring that 100% respond to the alarm, using floor wardens to go around telling whoever remains to evacuate.

[18]Fire hoses and wet rise outlets are positioned everywhere in the complex, and fire extinguishers are in almost every room and hallway complex wide. There are two main wet riser standpipes for the height of the entire main tower alone, and this will become four on completion of the new wings. The under construction Hurceles Tower is set to have two. Wet riser systems are different from the dry riser systems used in smaller towers; they are permanently charged with water to ensure ready availability for fire services. Dry riser systems require firefighters to connect a water source to an inlet. Dry risers are installed in Blue's Tower, Lengle Tower and progress has started to install one in the Actors' Tower, which is under fitting out. LIA have installed one wet rise standpipe in Blue's Tower and Lengle Tower, and are set to install one in Actors' Tower. This is to support automatic fire hose reels which can be used by employees and the general public in the early stages of a fire.

Lexington Towers do three fire drills a year, at random times. One is announced, one is unannounced and one simulates a nuisance alarm. Tenants are informed of the announced drills and the nuisance alarm drills, but not of the unannounced drill. The unannounced drill is hosted in different buildings at different times, to simulate real fire emergencies that may occur in these areas. Nobody ever knows when an unannounced drill is actually a drill. The nuisance alarm drill is a drill where the alarm is activated in the entire complex for 20 or 30 seconds, to simulate a nuisance alarm. It is designed to tell occupants the difference between a real fire alarm and a false alarm, to prevent alarm fatigue.

For general safety, building wide Closed-Circuit Television(CCTV)(Cameras) are installed, and a department called "Incidents and Reports" is available to report serious incidents. The PAVA system will soon integrate into the intruder alarm to trigger building wide in the event of a security breach or unauthorised entry to the building.[19]

Lexington Towers had done a virtual fire simulation, where a typical office fire was simulated, without the sprinklers. The fire took hours to even break out of the single office, proving that the Lexington Towers is extremely safe. There may have been some small smoke leaks, but they would not have any detrimental effects against the evacuation process.

Fire Safety Officials of the Lexington TMPC stated: "It would take approximately 10-12 minutes to evacuate the entire complex floor by floor. All fire doors are rated at FD120 (2 hours fire resistance). This means that the fire would have barely moved even hours after everybody is out. This statement does not count the sprinklers or onsite fire extinguishers."

The building had its fire safety structure and systems inspected, with its largest inspection yet being carried out on October 12th 2024. The inspection confirmed that all fire doors, floors, walls, ceilings, and the building's structure were in perfect condition and had 100% fire resistance. It also confirmed that all fire sprinklers, running off ABC clean agent instead of water, were operational and their tanks were in 100% condition. All fire alarms were confirmed operational and tested weekly. This clean agent is called Novec 1230, and it can extinguish Class A(paper, wood, fabric) fires, Class B(flammable liquid fires), Class C(gas fires) and electrical fires. The tanks require over 120,000 litres. The system has a total of 240,000 litres to support 6000 sprinklers. Fire Sprinklers are specialised for the purpose of discharging this, however despite their seemingly normal look they can spread this over 20 metres.

The complex has a flash flood safety system alongside its already existing safety systems, in the event of a flash flood around the area. It uses waterproof sealed windows and doors up to the second floors and extremely effective drainage at all entrance doors and outside. Due to its deep foundations, super-strong bolts, and high security bulletproof-laminated glass, the Lexington Complex is naturally a safer area to be in the event of a Tornado, which do not occur to a high degree in Bloxia Island.

The building is in a seismically inactive area, meaning that no earthquake safety were required. However, due to the extreme focus on safety, the structure is braced and has a deeper foundation in preparation of any potential earthquakes.

For intruderproofing, the previously mentioned BR7 bulletproof-laminated windows would make it impossible for an intruder to breach the building through the window. The building uses ferosafe deadbolts and 20 pin anti-snap lock cylinders, making breaching extremely difficult. If breached, the security alarms will immediately sound, due to the door contact devices or motion sensors at every entry point.

Lexington Towers has some of the cleanest air in Robloxia, both inside and outside. Less than 20 Carbon Monoxide detectors are required within the scope of the entire complex, even then, extra, un-needed alarms are installed in areas of gathering, demonstrating LIA's commitment to provide a safe environment for anybody who steps near one of their buildings.

In February 2026, LIA had chosen to install war-grade sirens around the entire complex, provided by life safety company Orwae Systems LTD, designed to warn against an armed intruder breaching the complex grounds, alongside its high-grade security systems. Lexington Towers has around 70 security personnel, with plans to hire 30 more, with 20 being armed. Many departments in the complex, primarily Security and Incidents And Reports, maintain 1 button contact to police forces (Gardaí an Oileán Bloxia)[20] [21]

A fire had been started in one of the display boards on the Balla na Follaíne, and it had barely spread and caused no damage to the buildings's structure. It had been quickly extinguished by sprinkler and a nearby fire extinguisher had cleaned up the remanants of the fire. It had since been replaced in the exact same way it was before the fire, and nothing had changed since. It had been almost like the fire never happened.

In February 2026, an inspection had recorded that the "Former Retail Tower", had materials that were substandard and "would not last in a fire". LIA had immediately responded by relocating all tenants of the 8 story tower. The ground floor and the floor above were stripped and re-done, but that work was not done for any other floors. Questions were asked as to why the materials were so flammable, with the inspectors reporting that, "This section of the Lexington was an abandoned tower built in the 1950s, and incorporated as part of the Lexington Towers complex. All firms during the construction of the Former Retail Tower, were completely different, they had reported that, "Do not worry visitors and occupants of Lexington, the rest of the building is built with the highest grade materials on the market, as confirmed by us, fire inspectors," they had then reported that, "All materials in the Lexington Towers complex would last at least two hours, if not, more" they had then reported that, "LIA have closed the tower." A question was asked, "Why wasn't this discovered sooner," the inspection team replied, "We had not seen the issues with the walls during our initial inspections, but then some peeled off wallpaper had revealed the issue to us,"

They released all proof of difference between the rest of the complex and the Former Retail Tower, alleviating all fears about the complex's safety, they had also released proof that the current materials were the most fire resistant available.

The Former Retail Tower, now closed, and they had planned to demolish it in May of 2026. In the event of a fire, they had re-iterated all evacuation procedures;

LIA have stated that; "If the fire alarm sounds, do not believe it is a false alarm. Immediately cease operations and evacuate the building immediately, this does not go for just the risky areas but anywhere in the building. A fire in the FR Tower will NOT burn anywhere else," they had then stated, "The fire will spread to around the third floor before stopping, and fire sprinklers could not be installed in the FRT due to space issues,"

They had played a simulation of a fire. The fire had spread down to the third floor, before stopping for four hours, before smoke leaked into the second floor, after a fire door had resisted the fire for its time. They had advised, "Use all external routes. Use the side doors in the library and walk to the Lengle Tower, and use the grey doors and walk up to the reception from the car park,"

They had also stressed that the rest of their building was safe, and that all inspections have been passed with flying colors. They have stated that, "Even without our sprinklers, A fire anywhere else would have an extremely low chance of spreading out of the room it started in. With the sprinklers, they will activate quickly and extinguish the fire. For precaution, we still initiate evacuations of the floors or areas affected, until the area is confirmed safe,"

On their rosite, they had provided certifications for all of the walls, ceilings, doors, and floors. They have uploaded their evacuation procedures online. On the site, it reads, "The evacuation procedures are as followed; The fire alarm is a low pitched woah, followed by a voice message. You may hear ancillary two tone sirens, which are part of the fire alarm system. If you hear any of these tones, immediately cease operations, and follow the fire evacuation plan for your area. If you are in a lower rise area, you will be asked to head outside, albeit if the alarm activates while you are in a tower, only your floor and the two floors above and below it will be evacuated down to a re-entry floor. On evacuating, fire wardens may give instructions, via megaphone or the public address system. Listen to all instructions given. Once in your evacuation area, you must be accounted for,"

Fire Evacuation maps are displayed across the Lexington Towers.

Lexington Towers have planned to remove the elevator until the Retail Tower is rebuilt.

A fire broke out at the Former Retail Tower, and the fire had not spread any further than the Former Retail Tower, despite burning for hours, proving the complex's safety. The fire had only spread down to the first floor due to a barricade in an elevator being burnt through, but the fire did not spread to any ceilings or walls, and smoke had only got so far.

LIA had confirmed that they will be setting a fire in a room on Floor 6 of the building, when nobody is inside, to prove that the complex is extremely safe. This test was authorised and will be conducted under firefighter supervision.

They had set fire to an empty locker room on the 6th floor, with the fire sprinkler in the room disabled, and only in that room. The fire had took over 1 hour to even engulf the room, but none of the structure had collapsed, even after another hour. It took 2 and a half hours for the fire to push through the door, and even then only smoke had leaked, before the 3rd hour being the eventual compromise of the fire door. Due to their advanced sprinkler systems, they disabled only one sprinkler on the 6th floor, allowing every other sprinkler in the complex to work. They had eventually enabled the sprinkler, and it extinguished the fire in under 30 seconds, proving how safe the complex is. They re-ignite the fire with a new sprinkler bulb, and it activates after 1 minute, and extinguishes the fire in seconds, alleviating all fears. The room is under immediate repair, and is now fully repaired. The sprinkler tanks were refilled.

To ensure security in individual tenants, all doors are fitted with specialised multi point locking systems, including 3 deadbolts, but can increase to 8 in higher security needs. An example is seen on the 10th floor, where Lexington have installed multipoint locks on a door to further ensure the security of two tenants at night. For fire safety, all locking doors have a thumbturn on the inside of the door, designed for simple exit without a key while maintaining full external security, with the only exception being the Arcade Area due to the fact the Arcade Area has immediate access to an exit, and it is the same on the other side. They plan to build an extra fire exit in case of a fire in the direct arcade area itself. Stairwell doors have panic bars, to allow even easier unlocking of the door. All stairwell doors have signs on the final exit door, including procedures for fire response.

Lexington Towers has seen crowds of nearly 300,000 people on the complex at the one time, with certain areas being described as "a stand-up stadium", but LIA has effectively managed crowding, such as setting up temporary receptions and unlocking entryways. A small fire had once occurred in the building when there was over 200,000 people in the Main Tower alone. All occupants were safely evacuated, with no injury or harm done. The Lexington normally use a partial evacuation scheme, relocating users onto fire floors into different floors or different buildings, however this fire had occured on the main entry floor, prompting a full evacuation. It took around 20 minutes to evacuate the entire complex due to the high crowds.

The fire alarm announcements are dedicated to the area the fire occurred in, mentioning stairwells for higher rise buildings while mentioning just "nearest exit" for lower rise fire announcements, which are compliant with modern fire safety standards.

Corridors

Corridors have very rigorous strategies for both general safety and fire safety. There is a strict policy that no corridor must be blocked, and that construction work always provides a pathway for users to bypass the worksite.

General Safety

The corridors, passageways, stairwells and common areas are heavily monitored with the security camera system. Doors are held open by approved electromagnets to prevent potential injury from the doors, as they are fitted with door closers and close themselves.

Fire Safety

Most corridors in the Lexington Towers have a "fire vestibule system" to further limit the spread of fire while not impeding evacuations. The system works using two sets of double doors, these sets are adjacent to each other and open towards each other. As most corridors connect directly to multiple escape routes, the direction of opening does not matter as much.

Safety From "Sinking Alley"

Ensuring that the NYE 2020 quicksand incident did not repeat, LIA had barricaded off the area the dancer, Samhín MacBloxia, had fell into quicksand into, but to the right of Lexington is considered "Sinking Alley" due to its high amount of dangerous quicksand pits. Sinking Alley was monitored by CCTV in case of an incident akin to this occurred, and after seeing the performer's panic and entrapment, the area had been closed off. The cameras are set to be replaced.

The area is now inaccessible, and cannot even be accessed by the master key, only a special key for the area.

Medical Safety

In the event of a medical emergency, call stations are installed throughout the complex. In the event of personal emergencies, Lexington Towers has a robust system to ensure immediate assistance; When the call station is used, notifications are sent to all safety offices and intercom paging rooms. Immediate help may be possible due to nearby first aid, however in scenarios no help is immediately available, the PA Operator will announce the emergency and where it was called.

Other Safety

Lexington Towers ensure that alert is provided for even the least likely emergencies. For prevention of Carbon Monoxide, Lexington Towers use fully electric systems and its HVAC is also fully electric. There are an amount of Carbon Monoxide alarms are still provided in areas of high visitor traffic or may be higher risk. The Carbon Monoxide detectors are standalone, however this is temporary. Lexington Towers stated that they plan to install a detection system near heating, ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC) systems, in high traffic areas, kitchens despite being fully electric, and plan to integrate them into the Fire Alarm to play special announcements over the PA system in the event of any leak of Carbon Monoxide. The spokesperson had stated, "We will be making customised announcements for different emergencies,"

Incidents

Lexington Towers has had a range of incidents following it's pre-inaguration in 2023.

13th February Fire Incident, and Lexington Towers' "Stop It With These Theories" Statement

On the night of the 13th February of 2026, a fire had started in the Wall of Wholesomeness. It had damaged a fire rated display board, but minimal

damage was reported to the building itself. A fire sprinkler activated and extinguished the fire, and all occupants were safely evacuated from the main tower with not even a "glimmer of pain", and invacuated to the front lobby. A fire extinguisher was used to extinguish the final shards of the fire.

The damage was minimal, with just cracked glass after burning for hours and, ironically, a wholesome picture of a character from an anime identified as, "Serena" from "Brick Bronze" being burnt by the fire and smoke. A picture of another character, identified by assisting fans as "Dawn", had only suffered minor smoke damage, Smoke control systems had prevented the smoke from filling the lobby. The fire doors had held back any smoke that may have not been controlled. The fire alarm was quickly activated, and all 210,000 occupants of the main tower were evacuated in phases, taking around 20-21 minutes to evacuate everybody group by group.

This fire event had proved that Lexington's multi-layered fire defence would work effectively in a fire, which had removed any fire fears that were there initally. Lexington Towers were, "ecstatic that all of our fire safety systems had proved effective, in such a scary situation"

Bodycam footage of a firefighter entering the area. This was just seconds before the fire sprinkler tripped. Notice how he was headed towards the fire extinguisher.

Bodycam footage of a firefighter entering the area. This was just seconds before the fire sprinkler tripped. Notice how he was headed towards the fire extinguisher.

It was confirmed that damage clean ups were immediately under way and the discharged fire extinguishers would immediately be replaced. Fire Sprinkler Tanks had used up about 2% of their substance, and it would be replenished on February 17th 2026.

A spokesperson for Lexington Towers stated that, "The theme surrounding Serena is un-nerving, from just a silly October 12th buyout/game release coincidence, to the Serena Incident, but a fire beginning in a display board featuring her, requiring evacuation of the entire Main Tower, is another story, We would like to confirm that the Siren Building was NOT sacrificed for Serena, and the Siren Building was set to be rebuilt with safer resources by 2024, and not a single thing in this building was made for that Brick Bronze Pokémon character. we at the Lexington Towers and our parent company, Lexington Holdings are aware of these joke theories, while being funny, can go really far for staff members who may have been affected by the feeling of being moved so suddenly to the new complex. "

Lexington Towers were called "yappers" by fans of Serena, one yelling over the intercom in an unlocked paging office, "ACH STOP YER YAPPIN', ITS JUST A WEE JOKE, A BIT OF CRAIC, OR ARE YOUS TOO CORPORATE FER 'AT?" .

The employee was sanctioned for not locking the door to an area containing crucial equipment.

They had then apologised to all tenants and people who were in the building at the time, fortunately, there were no implications on the Lexington Towers. a Gardaí na Oilean Bloxia patrol is set up inside the building to assist the security. Lexington Tower's had kept the same visitor numbers of 220,000-240,000, with it increasing to 350,000 on busier days. They feared tenants pulling out, fortunately, no tenants had pulled out, and no tenants had cancelled orders for space, and LIA had used the Emergency Fund to pay for lost money to tenants during the emergency.

Lexington Towers have stated that, "We are not affiliated with Brick Bronze Pokémon, while we may have fans of the franchise in our visitor community and employee workforce, no member behind the management of the complex poses interest in the franchise," before swearing that, "This was just coincidence,"

Reviewing CCTV footage, a frosted snack, akin to many of the thumb turns on the door locks in the building, was thrown at one camera, but the scene was documented by other cameras. It was discovered that haters of the fictional character whose photo was affected, had picked the lock for the display board and set it on fire, before unscrewing part of the display board. It was ruled out as arson, and Lexington Towers stated early into the morning on February 14th, that "This is sickening behaviour, and sanctions will be imposed for those who partook in the incident. If you were in the lift lobby at that time, please do not worry, as our CCTV cameras had seen who was involved and who just saw it happen. However, we would like to reinforce our policy of "No firestarters" as Lexington Towers does not permit any object that could potentially start a fire. We would like to thank the one group of occupants who immediately brought the fire to attention, saving crucial investigation time,"

They went on to state that, "You could have just not looked at the picture instead of setting it on fire," before humorously describing, "Its not our fault that the airport escalators broke your heart in 2017!". Before stating, "Returning to serious matters now, Any attempt to damage the Lexington Towers complex intentionally, whether it be by setting fire or any method that cripples the condition of even a single piece of the building, will be sanctioned and prosecuted"

Even after discovering arson was the cause, no implications had occurred on the Lexington Towers.

They then stated, "We are thankful our staff and occupants have upkept our fire safety policy, as on building wide investigation, all fire doors were kept shut, and all fire escape routes and stairwells were kept clear. We would like to thank our fire wardens for effectively calming the situation and guiding everyone to safety. We would also like to thank every single person in the Main Lobby of the building for managing such a large invacuation. They went to state, that "This was the second most amount of people we have ever had in the building at one time, with our highest being 240,000. Fortunately, out of the entire exact figure of 212,334, not a glimmer of pain was felt by anyone, we are grateful everybody is safe. Here is a fun fact, there were over 242,000 people in the entire Lexington complex added up today, our highest being 294,000 people. Over 450,000 visitors were recorded yesterday, our third highest. We would like to thank our fire wardens, staff and anybody who was operating the PA system during the incident, for providing calming instructions, and guiding occupants through the situation. "

They had evaluated the entire area of the fire for any un-noticed damages, and had released an official statement, "We are grateful to inform anybody reading or hearing that only the display board had been damaged by fire. No fire had reached the structure," before then confirming that, "It would take a long time, potentially days, or even weeks, for it to burn through that wall alone," they had reported that, "It has already been replaced, and all pictures in the old display board were re-printed and added in, with more secure locks being installed on all display board, potentially to the same grade as all external doors in the Lexington,"

The intercom had chimed during the statement, and it had reported that "Can any occupants who were present on the ground floor during yesterday's incident please report to the front lobby for questioning. We understand that you likely had no involvement, but we are required to question everybody in that same area of the building. If you were in the service bays at the time, you are excluded from this questioning,"

The questioning had asked around 12,000 people what they had known about the fire, and had to swear no involvement. This was part of figuring out who had planned the fire. Around 100 phones were searched by police, as around 100 people were standing in the lobby. It was confirmed that 2 other people had planned this, and were immediately sanctioned in the same way the person who started the fire was.

Anybody involved had to pay the costs of repair and serve 2 years in a detention centre. All perpetrators were charged with arson.

Another statement was released, stating that, "We are happy that most of our visitors are adhering to law and guidelines, and we hope they enjoy everything. Our rules aren't strict," before addressing another rumour about the "Serena Jokes", stating while laughing, "No, *chuckle*, we don't keep "performance outfits" on the ground floor, we keep them in a secure chamber *burst out laughing* " They had stated that, "Outside of hard times, we accept these jokes as part of the visitor community,"

An interview with one of the occupants on the 81st floor who were evacuated described the situation to everyone, "We heard announcements that there had allegedly been an emergency within the building and we had to prepare to evacuate the building in phases, we thought it was just some hoax announcement, the atmosphere was so weird in there," They had then asked them, "What happened when the fire alarm finally did sound?" They responded with, "We heard a repeated "woah" sound, then an announcement came on telling us to evacuate the building, and it kept doing it all over again, a lot of people got up to evacuate, but some stayed thinking it was a false alarm. Around 4 people in hi-vis "Evacuation Command" vests directed everybody to the evacuation, I remember we were heading down the concrete stairwells so confused as to whether it was real or if it were a drill, and it was just that alarm sound and announcement, it was basically drilled into you. In the stairwells, you could hear them all sounding at different times, it was just an unsynchronised mess," The interviewer asked, "What happened when you finally got out?" The interviewee replied with, "Well, I remember my ears were just ringing, those alarms were so torturously loud. It was especially loud when you were in the smaller corridors, it took us about 5 minutes to get all the way down," and then stated, "Outside, there were fire trucks pulling in, and we knew by then it was real. They had then confirmed that a display board caught fire on Floor 0, and the entire building had to be evacuated as most of the exits were on Floor 0," The interviewer asked, "What was it like when they let everybody back in?" The interviewee said, "It felt weird, to think that Lexington Towers could be destroyed by fire, despite that literally being impossible with all its safety systems,"

An employee was interviewed, "We were just about to clock out and were having a bit of a picnic in our spot, then we hear what we call the "doomsday chimes" which is the announcement chime on the intercom, then it boomed out a doom-inducing voice, "Attention! There has been an emergency reported in the building. It has been ruled out that evacuation in phases is a necessary precaution. Please prepare to evacuate. On hearing the alarm sound on your floor, proceed to your nearest stairwell, leave, and move to the assembly point as directed. Ensure all doors are closed," Eventually, the fire alarm had sounded and we were so accustomed to this sound from all the testing. We were so shocked, we didn't know if it was a big fire or just a bit of smoke, fortunately they told us it was just a small fire, and by the time we got outside we heard nonstop bells ringing outside, which was new to us, as we did not hear that during the fire drill from the same exit. At the assembly point, they had told us that a fire sprinkler had been set off and that the situation was under control. There were over 15 fire engines, they were lined up everywhere. You saw the hoses and worried slightly, "Has it gotten worse," I remember the feeling of relief when they told us, "It is safe to re-enter the building, however please be aware that there is still light residues of smoke,"

The evacuation lifts were redirected to the floor above.

The Display Board Incident

The Display Board Incident was an incident involving the vandalism of the same display board. When staff were working to close it, a group of around 3 people had snuck into the complex via an ajar fire exit door which was being used by a staff member to leave after locking the doors in the area, The group had removed fire extinguishers and threw them at the display board which resulted in breaking the glass in the display board and removing multiple pictures. A carbon monoxide sensor was removed from its outlet, and was found on the floor, without any power. A protective cover over a fire alarm break glass unit had been damaged in the attack, with its tamper alarm disabled. The Intruder Alarm had activated as it was armed by the last security member in the building, in which they were then caught on site and prosecuted. Lexington Towers had stated, "This is not something that should ever be done, but we had entered the Lift Lobby near the Wall of Wholesomeness to find out that glass had been broken, fire extinguishers were laying on the floor, a sheet of glass was on the floor, later found to be a protective cover for the Fire Alarm call point there, and a Carbon Monoxide detector was removed off its outlet and on to the floor. This is disgusting behaviour. CCTV footage of the area will be reviewed, and all involved will be prosecuted. The Intruder Alarm had activated on second of it fully arming, and the group were caught red handed in the Lift Lobby. On inspection of the removed extinguishers, shards of glass and dents were discovered on the canisters, on both extinguishers, and a witness reported that they had "went back as far as the lifts, and threw the extinguishers, landing right in the glass" This is unacceptable behaviour, and security measures will be increased at closing times.

The CCTV was reviewed in that area later. There was an attempt to damage one CCTV camera but they missed with all of their projectiles, leaving the cameras in the room safe. The perpetrators were identified and prosecuted.

Intercom Incident

The Intercom Incident was a more harmless incident where the intercom system across a portion of the complex was discovered by a group around June 2026. They had hijacked the intercom and first began playing slowed reverb versions of "You'll Never Walk Alone" - the well known anthem of 6-time Eurobloxian League and 20 time Bloxian Premiership Winner Livingsea F.C. before yelling other fan-related things. Eventually, a rival football teams fan played Glory Glory Man Divided! While the playing of YNWA was appreciated and eventually re-routed to the whole complex's system, after the playing of the Man Divided's song, quoting "It should only be played at Empty Waterfallford" After the Man Divided song began playing, The Incidents And Reports office received reports that the intercom was being misused, with the response being a comedic "Aye, you've no need to call me at the minute I can bloody hear it and it does my head in more than it does yours in"

It was reported that the Glory Glory Man Divided song caused hearing damage to those in the complex, and the fans faced 12 years of arrest for playing an offensive song and causing hearing damage. Those who played You'll Never Walk Alone were actually praised for bringing a sense of unison and love to the Lexington Complex.

The Proposal

Some time around 2026 Ash Ketchup was given permission by the command to use the PA system and Ash had yelled, "Serena! Come down to the front lobby area now!" Crowds figured out immediately what was going on and staff began to run down the corridors with love hearts. Eventually, Lexington had to quickly lock down the lobby to prevent further access, as the lobby was already overcrowded with crowds numbering over 30,000 - around 42% of the total visitors who were in the complex during that exact minute - with safeguards having to be put over the railings to prevent people falling over. Over 1,700 signs saying "SatoSere!" were printed and postered around the complex that day. Staff connected multiple TVs across the complex to show the CCTV feed in the lobby. Work was given a break and close to 42,000 employees came to watch from the TV. The area was decked with love hearts and signs. Serena arrived to the lobby, confused, and wondered, "Ash, what is this crowd about? Why do you want me down here?" - Crowds fell silent. Serena caught on and felt relieved just before Ash suddenly pulled out a ring and said, "Serena, will you marry me?" - Serena stared at Ash in shock, blushed and said, "Yes!" - Ash put the ring on her finger and over 30,000 people screamed in joy. Serena and Ash quickly left the chaotic scene and drove home. As they walked out holding hands, the crowds were screaming, at over 114 decibels. Some disruptive individuals had to be removed very quickly. Over 1,200 officers were present. Around 2,000 were safely removed from the crowd, bringing it down to around 28,000. While they jumped around, staff had to stand in front of safety equipment like fire extinguishers and fire hoses to prevent the crowd bumping into them. While the crowd moved backwards slightly, a man accidentally jumped with his bag on lifting a fire alarm anti tamper cover and bumping into the glass element. The fire alarm activated but was quickly silenced. Fire Shutters had began to count down "4 minutes until fire shutters close" Staff cancelled the closure and very quickly reopened the magnetized doors. Announcements were made over the cheering on the intercom, "Attention, Attention please. We ask for any available staff or security to assist in dispersing the crowd following the proposal" - the man was not charged. It took around 20 minutes to clear the full crowd. Lexington Towers stated that all proposals within the complex will now happen in a specialised love garden with space for up to 290,000 people to scream their heads off.

The Former Retail Tower Fire

The Former Retail Tower fire was the second fire in the complex's history, and involved the entire destruction of the inside of the Former Retail

Tower, which was deemed unsafe due to its older construction (1950s-era)

The fire started on Level 7 (The 8th floor) and had quickly collapsed the floor below. However, the minute it reached the modernised section, the fire barely moved. The fire burned for 6 hours, and the fire doors had lived to their 2 hour fire resistance, before eventually coming off the hinge and tipping over. While the doors lasted, the older structure did not, as it collapsed around the doors, causing the doorset to split into pieces.

The fire alarms sounded around 30 seconds into the fire, and the Serene gateway, the Front Lobby, The Car Park, and the Lengle Tower were all evacuated as safety precaution. Out of approximately 21,300 people in that entire space, none of them suffered any injuries. The evacuation was safe, and everybody had evacuated without death or injury.

Eventually, the fire had broke through to the modern areas, before being immediately quenched by fire sprinkler activation. Fire crews had the entire fire extinguished completely by 7am on Feb 28th

They had stated that, "This fire proved that modern Lexington is the safest building in Roblox, the fire had only slightly spread further than the unsafe, older areas, after burning for hours, before a sprinkler went off"

All doors inside the FRT were locked from the outside, meaning nobody was inside the building.

The fire had started at approximately 12pm on Feb 27th 2026 and extinguished at 6am Feb 28th 2026. It was noted that small amounts of fire had leaked into the first floor due to a barrier in the elevator shaft being compromised by the fire.

Lexington Towers suffered no long term consequences. No tenants are going to pull out of the Lexington Towers MPC and visitor numbers may decline by just over 1 thousand temporarily, but increase by 2,000 over a months span.

The fire had not sparked any fear of entering the Lexington Towers MPC as a whole, and only had physical affects on the building.

Its affect on the FRT

The FRT had eventually collapsed internally, but not externally due to LIA adding a concrete layer to the outside. The windows had not broken, due to the LIA fitting safe, secure windows. The fire did not burn any further, due to its sophisitcated safety systems.

Lexington Holdings had stated that, "This has been our second fire, and this is OUTRAGEOUS," before throwing the microphone into a chair in the Lecture Theatre, damaging the Microphone, causing an awful screeching sound that could be heard anywhere nearby the Lecture Threatre.

LIA are angered by the fire, as it were the second one they have had. They have stated that, "The Former Retail Tower will be demolished by April, and a new tower will be under construction in its place, "

Employee numbers had remained at approximately 1,210 at that time, and nobody would pull out of the Lexington Towers complex, as it were understood that the rest of the tower was proven and certified to be safe.

LIA were not fined, as the unsafe materials were discovered only two weeks before the fire, where LIA would not be able to do anything about it, as any fixes would take place weeks after the date of the fire.

This fire were ruled out by fault to the 1950s older construction, and the fact that nobody were made aware until just before the fire had occurred.

Key Areas

The Lobby: The lobby is a large part of Lexington that is further divided into the Front Lobby, Main Lobby and Secondary Lobby. It holds many centerpieces, like the iconic grand piano that picks up announcements made over the intercom system. The Main Lobby has "An Ballá Na Follaíne" (literally, the wall of good health or wellness, but is translated to the "Wall of Wholesomeness" by LIA), a centerpiece of the complex. The front lobby is known for having extreme reverb during intercom announcements.

It has many wood-worked walls, especially in the front lobby, with veneers or stylish wallpapers installed throughout. The front lobby alone has 4 elevators by a company named Borealis, and it is considered the bridge of the entire complex. It connects all 3 wings of the complex to each other, with a branch for reception and the entrance.

The Floor 0 area around a month after the fire. Notice how the lift has been completely removed.

The Floor 0 area around a month after the fire. Notice how the lift has been completely removed.

The Secondary Lobby is a lobby area entered through the Midalley area of the building and is considered one of the main bridges of the complex. It connects the building to the Second Main Lift Lobby, the Main Lift Lobby, and the main normal use stairwell in one large room.

The Midalley: The Midalley is a shortened form of Middle Alley, and the term was recently coined by LIA. It describes the area inbetween the "Concert Arena" (Legally: Building 5) and the Main Building (Legally: Building 1-1.5) and is set to connect an Arcade via a sliding door, legally considered part of Building 1. Due to its recent coining, all CCTV cameras have to be changed. The Midalley is considered part of the Complex, but is not considered part of any building.

Elevators: Lexington Towers has a substandard elevator system, however work is being done to build it to standard. It has 4 full height elevators, a network of 3 that change over every skylobby, and a network of 4 that change over every 20 floors. While 12 elevators are in place for all floors, the complex needs to add more to fulfill potential building traffic.

The Interconnecting Building: The Interconnecting building is the building connecting the Carpark and the future Skyhigh Shopping Centre to the rest of the Complex. The Carpark is one of the busiest entry points of the building, with around 88,000 visitors using it daily, approximately 40% of Lexington's total visitor and user count, which is 220,000-230,000 people. The Interconnector is set to also bridge a future railway tunnel, to the complex, to allow for more visitors to reach the Lexington daily.

For fire safety, if the fire alarm activates in the Interconnecting Building, it will trigger alerts in the buildings it connects.

The Actors' Tower Network: The Actors' Tower Network is a massive system of connected areas, that are designed to connect different buildings within the complex to each other. It begins in a lesser-known corridor connected directly to the Main Tower, and crosses into the Actor's Tower, then into the Recreation Tower. It is a network just as important as the Interconnecting Building, as they have a major job to do passing visitors through, potentially thousands when the souvenir area is built in the canon Recreation Building (it was removed from the game temporarily but still exists in the LT canon universe)

The Mall-Skyscraper Network: The Mall-Skyscraper Network is another network of buildings. It is set to connect the planned Skyhigh Shopping centre to the car park via a bridge, and the railway system by using the Car Park's reception, The network will then use the already existing carpark reception and interconnecting building to connect to the main building. It is already 2/3 complete, as the Carpark and the Interconnecting Building already exist.

The Underground Network: The Underground Network is a very rarely heard of place within the complex, as it is closed and unusable until it is certified safe. It begins in the Actors' Tower, with a staircase and an elevator leading underground. The network continues into an under construction private theatre area, which is considered its own separate building, before ending in the Complex's staff cafeteria, which is not publicly accessible during lunch times, however it is usable for Robloxians passing through it during non lunch times with staff supervision. It is not considered part of the Actors' Tower network in the legal building documentation.

The Hurceles Tower Network: The Hurceles Tower Network is a planned network of corridors that are set to connect the under construction Hurceles Tower to the rest of the complex once completed. It will begin in one of the corridors in the Hurceles Tower, using a staircase and 2 elevators to ascend to the higher ground of the rest of the complex. They will enter a corridor of considerable length, before connecting to the Underground Network, and heading up stairs to The Actors' Tower or the Main Tower via the arcade.

Lexington Towers use these underground and over-ground networks to simplify movement through the building, while still maintaining high standards of safety. The Underground Network is under the process of receiving a certification for safety and clean out of any dirt that may have leaked in while it was being dug out. The Underground Network is just as important as the Front Lobby, as stated by LIA.

Venues and Celebrity Links

Venues

Lexington Towers are home to many venues, including the Lightshow Arena, an under construction Concert Arena to be incorporated into the Main Tower, with plans to construct new venues, and during construction of the concurrent Lexington Towers complex there was a mini venue, with DMX lighting and an Arex Arexsound MIXSOUND, provided by Arex Communications, who provided the PA/VA systems in the main building.

Outside of venues, Lexington Towers frequently discuss bringing performing theatres and a 12 screen cinema frequently.

Celebrity Links

Lexington Towers has links to many celebrities, one of the most famous being Samhín MacBloxia, who performed there on multiple occasions. Other famous celebrities are known to be within the Lexington Towers complex grounds. Another famous performer, also Bloxian Islander, who is named "Snowia McRobloxia", who is best friends with Samhín. Other performers from other regions have ties with Lexington Towers.

Samhin had openly stated that, "Despite the predicament I suffered the last performance I did here at Lexington Towers, I have decided I will make a special appearance on Floor 11-12's Lightshow Centre, as I know I can't possibly fall into quicksand inside a skyscraper *giggles*, also, people keep making theories that I am a Robloxian "Brick Bronze" performer following the display board going on fire outside the lifts, and my name being the Bloxian Islandic equivalent of Serena, This was just PURE coincidence, as LIA have stated millions of times, I am literally just a dancing performer doing my thing. Also, since the lightshow centre is limited to 2 thousand people, you better get your tickets fast. It will be expensive, being priced at €2500 for one person, this is a specialised VIP performance and not like the ordinary ones I do in Lublin in front of tens of thousands of viewers non-stop. I frequently be around the Lexington Towers complex, so you could potentially meet me, but I normally blend in so it's hard to see. I know the fella watching the cameras pointed at the monitor and yelled, "SAMHÍN", or did he?" The celebrity had then went off topic, however she explained how she is performing at Lexington Towers despite what happened the last time. She had a scary run-in within another venue that has not even a single connection with LIA. Samhín had performed at Lexington Towers three times after the Quicksand Incident with nothing happening, bar once the fire alarm was tested for 20 seconds just a minute before she stepped on stage, confusing all 12,000 people within the venue, which was due to timing. The venue was makeshift for the event, however Samhín was inside the building, and the alarms could be heard by external loudspeakers. Due to the intense cheering, the test announcements were not heard by anyone, and Samhin was wearing GroundBuds with ANC on, . She reported a dislike for the loud alarms, stating that, "It felt like your ears were being ripped out of you. I was directly under one of the wall speakers which is probably why, but it's still obnoxiously loud,"

In summary, she had stated that she would return to Lexington Towers again for a special performance, while not standing under the wall speakers in case the fire alarms are tested again.

Other famous performers from all over the world had planned to visit the Lexington Towers. Some are more famous or known than Samhín. She consented to publicise the figures paid to inspire future performers, and Lexington Towers pays her €3 million to perform here each hour. Lexington Towers take full cuts to the tickets for the sake of a bit of extra money. They committed to attempt to steer away from greed, but they confirmed that they do not want entertainment to be seen as a liability.

The Serena/Samhin Coincidences

Fans were amazed at the coincidences surrounding Lexington Towers and the name "Serena", having performers with different-language equivalent names perform in its venues, pictures of the Brick Bronze character being featured on the Wall of Wholesomeness, the fire in the display board and the shocking mentions of her by LIA, which lead to the theories that LIA built the Lexington Towers as a shrine for the name, which was confirmed false. Theories arose that the internet would be shut off for any computer that "slagged off" that name, which was also false. Lexington Holdings called BlockyConnections Networks LLC., and they had then blocked the Brick Bronze XY anime on the public Wi-Fi system. The private LAN was not affected. This was done to prevent future pranksters due to the reactions to the "Serena-Lexington Coincidences"

The LIA alongside other bodies had confirmed that it were nothing to do with the character from Brick Bronze, and it were just a coincidence.

Eventually, Ash Ketchup and Serena visited Lexington Towers, and a photograph of them holding hands in an empty corridor in the early, summer hours was publicised. The photo was taken at 4:30am, to circumvent large crowd sizes filling up the area(approximately ~300 people in the skylobby every minute) after 6am due to the corridor adjoining the Skylobby with the rest of Floor 34. It was reported that Firekin attempted to activate a fire sprinkler before the control team had controlled the excited anomaly.

Its Employees and their conditions

Lexington Towers has approximately 3,100 total employees, with around 2,700 full time employees (2,736 exact figure) and 404 part time employees as of May 2026. Employees reported being paid well, the average pay among all full-timers being approximately €38,560, the lowest being €28,550 and the highest being €126,050 yearly, and part timers receiving on average €30,050 yearly, the highest being €32,550 and lowest being €21,050. Lexington Towers also pay an external team of 12 people €1,100 weekly to test their fire alarm systems. Despite these expenses, the complex's high income alone can cover these expenses with very little affect on their net income.

An employee had reported on the positive conditions, "When you're not needed, you can just muck around in the arcades or watch something nice, working is more like going to a play school, obviously, we need to work. " stated one of the employees. The LIA are viewed as amazing, due to them being reported to be "very good to their employees and users" cited by positive workplace atmosphere, high pay, high-definition facilities and quick sanctions for handbook violators. They have won awards, stored in their famous trophy case that follows down the corridor leading from the Main Tower to Blue's Tower.

Conditions in their workplace are regarded with 98% positive review, with many regarding it as "Good craic, amazing atmosphere, stress free and high pay" However, years prior, around 2% of the employees were "bullied out" of the workplace, and Lexington Towers had immediately terminated all 15 employees involved in perpetrating the bullying incidents, and immediately sent them a formal Cease and Desist order and initiated a formal ban on those employees from entering Lexington grounds for 2 years.

Since 2013 when LIA took over the site, there had only been 2 workplace fights, both of which were ended within 10 seconds, without any injuries. Any employees who assisted in arranging the fight, recorded the fight or participated in the fight were immediately sanctioned. One of these fights were in the Siren Building in 2021, and the second one was in the modern Lexington towers staff canteen around August 2025. Prior to this, there were 10 under Siren Co's rule

Its employee numbers were set to grow to 1,720 by the end of 2026. LIA have planned to increase their payroll budget to €80 million yearly. It was part of a phased plan to prevent employees becoming overwhelmed on high visitor days, following the stress inflicted with 500,000 visitors on one day. However, Lexington Towers is a sought after workplace and they were projected to reach their 2028 goal by the end of March of 2026, eventually reaching counts of up to 3,340(approximately) total employees. The LIA are in the process of building a training centre, as due to the sudden increase of employees and tenants, all training centres are frequently occupied by tenants.

Lexington Towers MPC announced that they were going to be expanding their employee force to over 2,000 by the start of 2028, to cope with unevenly distributed visitor counts in the complex, and to ensure that a good amount of employees are stationed within each building. The most famous job in the Lexington Towers is labelled the "Announcement Guy", "PA guy", "Intercom Guy" or " Tannoy man", as they are required to operate the PAVA system to make announcements. The job is publicised to pay €52,500 yearly, pay raising to €57,500 in June of this year. 3 Paging Staff are present in the complex at all times, however there are set to be 50 microphones installed across the complex, indicating a need to increase this count.

They are planning to build a new staff centre, which is set to be a small building within one of the many semi-courtyards of the Lexington Towers MPC, and creating a new entryway for staff to enter. To ensure a constant monitoring of high traffic areas for safety, 5 new security camera monitors will be added, and 5 more Robloxians will be hired to use those cameras.

"The staff centres cannot legally be monitored completely by CCTV, however cameras will be installed in its corridors," stated Lexington Towers

They aim to have 2,250 employees by June of 2028.

This high scale of highly paying employees has significantly aided the communities around it, leading to Lexington Towers being considered a "630 metre tall hero, soon to be 900 metres" Some employees reported that, "We could retire in 10 years time, but you'd stay for the craic," (craic being a Bloxian English term for fun)

Lexington Towers do not frequently terminate employees, however have done so in known instances, which include but are not limited to a financial manager that was decreasing wages and spending money on his offices, and have terminated employees who participated in discrimination or bullying in the workplace, on extreme cases banning them from entrance to the complex, or sent Cease and Desist letters.

Their uniforms are simple, a grey, black or white T-shirt with the Lexington Towers logo on it, and a lanyard, with no other uniform items required. Recently, LIA have enforced the staff uniform less, allowing staff to wear their own clothes under the condition that they wear the official, stamped staff lanyard. Lexington Towers have also invented their own clothing brand, called "SkyScraper", which staff are allowed to wear, with their lanyard. They are still required to adhere to general visitor dress codes which LIA have ruled out as, "No hoodies, No caps, no inappropriate outfits including but not limited to rude words on clothing. Violating our dress code will result in you being turned away from the complex. You will be allowed to enter if you returned in a compliant outfit,"

With the CCTV improvements providing full coverage of most areas of the complex, workplace fights are unlikely. It was discovered that all cameras in the Lexington Towers MPC are 4k 120fps, with most having night vision and audio capabilities. Lexington Towers MPC have stated, "Employees have the ability request to install a camera in their personal office if they feel a feeling of fear, "

Lexington Towers have won certificates and trophies for having the best employee conditions in Robloxia, for the least stressful workloads, evenly distributed workloads, low workplace issues, modern facilities, and high pay. They were said to, "Support employee interests", famously allowing security personnel, who are interested in Martial Arts to light spar in a controlled environment during their breaks, in a room that is not well known within the Lexington Towers.

Lexington Towers have a flexible system that is called, "lunch-way-mates", and it is a scheme to bond the workplace and strengthen concurrent bonds. It works by managers at Lexington Towers analysing who gets on best and having them on the same lunch batch, with employees able to change. It is called "lunch-way-mates" due to accents in the north west of Bloxia Island, where a lot of employees commute from. "Way" is the way that accent pronounces, "With"

Lexington Towers to its employees is represented in this employee statement, "Lexington Towers is not a workplace on its own, it's a workplace with friendship in the atmosphere, they don't split up friend groups often, they know its better for us, and them, as the job is done faster,"

Over 2,000 contractors have been hired to the Lexington Towers project over its 12 year construction cycle.

Lexington Towers stated that, "We plan to hire 2000 reserve employees who will only be called in during high visitor counts, on top of the 2,250 we plan to have all the time,"

Following a massive over-increase Lexington Stated, "We plan to hire 4,000 reserve employees instead on top of the 3,750 we plan to have onsite all the time"

Lexington Towers' employment is frequently oversubscribed, with the complex receiving over 1,000 applications more than it can manage.

Lexington Towers' Financial Strategy

Lexington Towers had minimised their expenses to little over €150 million yearly, counting the increased €80 million payroll budget. LIA publicised that the complex uses their own, powerful, renewable energy sources with emergency backup, capable of powering 5 of the Lexington Complex at once. It uses a combination of Solar Panels and Windmills, costing little over €3 million yearly for equipment. It costs €4 million yearly to clean the windows on the building, and Lexington spends little over €12 million for elevator maintenance, and €12 million for fire safety maintenance. (servicing, testing) It costs approximately €45 million to maintain the building's structure and systems. With low operating costs, sought after tenancy, and high visitor counts, Lexington Towers is described as a "bank" for the LIA.

The net income of the Lexington Towers complex is around €12.5 billion yearly(€12.64 billion exact figure for 2025) ,These figures do not count visitor purchases outside of access tickets. With all visitor purchases, it increases approximately to €14 billion. With the figure constantly increasing, set to hit €18 billion(including all purchases) in 2027. LIA own the internet company, which means that what Lexington would have to pay, is instead funded by the LIA. The complex itself is worth over €400 billion due to its tenants and operations, albeit the actual structure is just over €100 Billion.

Lexington Towers is fully occupied, with floor space prices increasing. At the moment, Lexington Towers is currently oversubscribed for tenancy and has approximately 42 prospective tenants on a waitlist. Lexington will to allocate 24 these tenants to the Hurceles Tower on its completion, and will allocate 1 of these tenants to the Actors' Tower after its fire alarm system, extinguishers and sprinklers are fully installed and the building is inspected with a fire drill being carried out. However, this leaves 17 unallocated tenants, with LIA attempting to move them to the nearby Empire Complex, which is Lexington Towers' smaller sister complex, with approximately 2,300,000 square metres of space, which can comfortably accommodate 20 tenants due to the complex's focus on large scale tenants. Lexington Towers has capacity to house over 1,000 tenants, however 52 out of the 63 tenants in the Main Tower are large scale and the average tenant size in the Lexington Towers complex is 714,300 square metres.

Visitors

The Lexington Towers is one of the busiest buildings in Robloxia, attracting over 265,000 daily visitors, with it rising to over 380,000 on busy days. Lexington Towers has had a strict "Sign In" policy for fire safety, using electronic devices as books are "insufficient" for modern visitor loads. Lexington Towers had rejected the idea of a €12 entry fee, but had considered then rejected a small €2.50 entry "contribution" fee to assist in funding events and purchase of equipment, stating "Our complex makes too much already, we don't need to worry about money" in a sense that was not intended to brag about income. The high figures of 270,000 come from the Daily Visitors Census, However, the DVC is taken over a 24 hour period, with active people inside the building being much lower, at approximately ~55,000-70,000 every hour, with the census stating that, "Over the 24 hour period, the amount of unique people who visit the Lexington daily leans closer to 270,000, however within 1 hour it is expected that ~49,000-71,200 people would be in the complex at the one time,"

There are still occasions where there are over 200,000 people or even 300,000 people occupy the complex at the same time, however most times it remains the lower 60,000 active occupancy figure. As of Halfway 26, over 51.2 million Robloxians visited the complex

Lexington Towers visitor counts were predicted to grow slowly, but following upgrades to attractions average daily visitor counts have increased by over 32,000 in the span of three weeks.

One day, Lexington Towers had stated that "Over 450,000 people visited the building on one really busy day"

On completion of the railway station, this number is expected to skyrocket to 310,000, with 425,000 on busy days.

It has over 85 million visitors yearly, just 5 million short of the Ultimablox Spire's figure of 90 million, with figures for the Lexington Towers complex being approximately 81-87 million(with 101 million projected for 2026). Tourism in Bloxia Island has improved vastly, and it had boosted the population of the island from 7 million to over 12 million, with those visitors reporting an "Inspiration to move to BI after visiting", as Lexington Towers was always seen as an "Inspirational Dream", even prompting Samhín MacBloxia to continue performing despite sinking fully into quicksand and just barely being saved.

It will surpass the Ultimablox Spire in tourist numbers in 2026, as the March 2026 average for visitor counts is 250,000. In 2028, it is set to become the most visited building that is not a shopping mall in Robloxia's history.

These visitor loads and bigger were expected, and thus all of the buildings in the Lexington Towers Complex were designed to handle loads of over a million people in it at the one time, however Lexington Towers is legally limited to 500,000 daily visitors for fire safety purposes, but this number will increase to 650,000 on the completion of the full complex, with limits being per building. However, the active limit for how many can be on the complex at once is 325,000

By the end of 2028, Lexington Towers is projected to be garnering over 310,000 daily visitors, and more tourists than the Ultimablox Spire, as this figure could reach 113 million yearly tourists. The visitor count, even concurrently, is unevenly distributed, as many of these visitors congregate in lower floors, famous areas in the middle of the building, or head to an attraction on the upper building. However, as part of the expected visitor loads strategy, the elevators have a really low chance of breaking down, and Lexington Towers has one button contact to a company named Luxiar Elevators D.D, in more extreme cases where its maintenance cannot handle it.

By 2070, visitor numbers would stagnate at 360,000 daily visitors, before dropping back down to 220,000 by 2240. It is predicted that the complex would lose its relevance by 2450, and be preserved as history.

On the 26th February 2026, over 500,000 people had visited the Lexington Towers MPC, creating the most visitors in its history, literally its legal limit, overwhelming its employee force, making it obvious more employees would be required.

Some visitors congregate and chat in the lobbies, others explore, others film elevators or buy confectionary or souvenirs. Many head to Badgers' Chicken and Waffles or watch light shows in the Floor 11 Lightshow Centre, with many others heading to the Skycourt or other popular areas. This accounts for over 40% of visitors. The remaining 60% head elsewhere to less known attractions.

On the 9th March 2026, 500,000 people visited the Lexington Towers complex again, however over 200,000 people crowded outside. External help was required from volunteers due to how overwhelmed the employees were, which the volunteers were paid as a "thank you" token. It was reported that several Robloxians were injured attempting to scale the security walls, which was described as, "utterly stupid, just ask for someone to unlock the gates," by LIA, and many others believed the same.

The Lexington Towers has hired staff quickly to control the crowds. On the 14th March 2026, 500,000 people visited the complex again, but on this occasion staff were not as overwhelmed as previously, which was a first for such high visitor counts. Lexington Towers had kept security gates unlocked to prevent the previous incidents.

Pet Friendliness

Around March 2026, Lexington Towers began introducing strict conditions to allowing pets in the building; in the past only guide pets were allowed in the complex, however Lexington Towers has began to allow a range of pets in the pets, with the photo featuring a hamster cage, a dog and a cat, with them stating that, "A lot more are allowed,"

For fire safety and for any other emergencies requiring emergency assembly, pets must be signed in alongside their owners, having their name, an emergency tracking attachment to the collar in case of missing pets. The pet sign-in policy follows as; - Visitors' name - and - time entered - accompanied by pet name: -pets name-

Lexington Towers do not allow owners to allow pets off leash unless they are trained to be off leash, this was done for safety, and totally untrained pets are not allowed in due to multiple risks. Unsanitary pets are not allowed in either due to similar risks. Aggressive pets are not allowed in for security risks. Owners will be warned if they allow dogs to run wild around the complex. In elevators and in stairwells, smaller pets must be carried, however larger pets must be on a short leash and not carried on the stairwells during a fire evacuation due to the risk of slowing down in an evacuation. In May 2026, Lexington Towers changed this policy enforcing that all larger pets must be leashed on the elevators, stairwells and in high traffic areas. Smaller pets must be carried in these areas.

In the event of a fire evacuation, pets must be leashed. Lexington Towers have told their occupants," In a fire evacuation, do not carry pets on the stairwells, and restrict their leash. If you do not feel comfortable or may feel that you are unable to move your pet all the way down, you may ask for assistance in evacuating the pet, however if your pet is small enough, please carry it."

They stated, "If you have a larger pet or multiple pets, you may request to use the evacuation lifts, we want pets and humans to be safe under the one roof,"

Lexington Towers store specialised emergency kits for pets, and there are 5 vetinarians on the site. For pets that may be distressed in the event of an evacuation, Lexington Towers have pet specialists who work alongside the Fire Warden Team. This team was upgraded following an incidents with dogs barking, screaming, scraping and crying on fire alarm activations, and cats yelping on hearing the alarm.

Attractions

Lexington Towers has had a large amount of spaces that are popular among its visitors, and some being considered world landmarks, with many more under construction.

Floor 125 Observation deck

The Emeraldview's proposed logo

The Emeraldview's proposed logo

The Floor 125 Observation Deck was named to Emeraldview, and plans have been made then accepted to name it Emeraldview, a cultural reference to Bloxia Island's lush landscapes. It plans to host around 11 restaurants and 5 stands, and will cost €40 to enter. Its webpage is: https://lexingtontowers.ie/maintower/floor125/emeraldview (webpage does not actually exist)

Floor 80-81 Skycourt

The Skycourt On Completion

The Skycourt on its completion, taken with just the photographer in the building, allowed in before the building opened, notice how the drop ceiling has not been completed and only has smoke detectors installed, lacking lighting and Novec 1230 Fire Sprinklers

The Skycourt is a fundamental food court of the Lexington Towers complex, located on the 80th and 81st floors of the Main Tower. It costs €20 to enter, and offers 3 restaurants, but that number is soon to be boosted.

Its webpage is: https://lexingtontowers.ie/maintower/skycourt (webpage does not actually exist)

Skybase Barbers

Skybase barbers are a barbershop on the 34th floor of the building, and they are known for top quality haircuts consistently, with opinions being "Dang, they know a good fade at Skybase Barbers." They are sited on the webpage: https://lexingtontowers.ie/maintower/floor34/skybasebarbers/info (webpage does not actually exist)

The Serene Gateway

The Serene Gateway is a calming location within the Lexington Towers, designed for users to forget their problems. It has a fur carpet, and uses warm lighting and pink LEDs instead of the usual white. Its elevators focus on using calming panels and flooring, creating a really calming area. It uses most of The Interconnecting Building for its space. Its name is considered very ironic due to the Serena Incident, which added a non-existent meme tower that is joked about. Information on its webpage https://lexingtontowers.ie/entryways/serenegateway (webpage does not actually exist)

Badger's Chicken And Waffles

Badger's Chicken And Waffles is a famous chicken plaza, with a focus on thanking God for the food they can eat. They sell primarily Chicken and Waffles, and are famous for not having any almond milk, which are jokingly banned from existing on the 30th-35th floors. It takes up 6 floors in the complex. Featuring a lounge and a conference room for "The Actors" and a prayer and reflection room. This is one of Lexington's anchor tenants, however its agreement focuses on them owning the floors but Lexington owning the structure and safety systems around them. Its information is here: https://lexingtontowers.ie/maintower/badgerschickenandwaffles (webpage does not actually exist)

POMA (Pizza of Manager Atilla)

Pizza of Manager Atilla is a famous pizza-plaza, located on the first floor of the Lengle Tower in the complex. It is a world renowed pizza place. Rather ironically, Builder Brothers' Pizza, a potential rival, is being built on the complete opposite side of the building. It is known for producing pizza at the best possible. It is soon relocating to Emeraldview on the completion of the complex. Its information is on https://lexingtontowers.ie/lengletower/floor0/poma (webpage does not actually exist)

Lightshow Centre

The Lightshow Centre is a popular attraction spanning parts of Floors 11 and 12, attracting over 5,000 visitors daily. It is not a club, as LIA have strictly stated that "The LC space is to NEVER be used as a club," It features a DJ booth, a PA system with woofers, subwoofers, tweeters, mid range speakers, line array speakers and PA speakers, to provide the best sound. It is known for music reaching 110 decibels, with LIA providing earplugs for those who may have sensitivies to noise. Due to LIA's awareness to sensory needs of its visitors, It offers sensory-friendly experiences, switching half of the speakers off and lowering the volume of the remaining speakers to just under 75 decibels.

It also features DMX lighting and other stage lighting systems. In the sensory friendly experience, these lights are dimmed and half of them are switched off.

It has two canon weblinks for the unmodified and the sensory needs experiences.

The LexiPast Museum

The LexiPast is a museum that shows Lexington Towers at the time of the fire, however plans were struck in April 2026 to turn it into a full history, culture and heritage museum for Lexington Towers and the Siren Building.

It is on Level 3(the 4th floor) of the Main Tower, and is very empty as of April 2026.

its fictional webpage is noted as: https://lexingtontowers.ie/maintower/floor3/lexipast

however it has a page on the LIA website, https://lexipast.lexingtoninvestmentsassociation.ie

Lexington Sub Culture

Lexington's large community had created a sub culture, such as joking about the intercom operators being the famous men of the complex, and making many jokes about the complex. The LIA participates in this, but has discouraged it on one occasion following "Serena Jokes" made after an incident that occurred within the building. It is estimated that over 2 million people are part of the Lexington Community.

Subculture

Subculture is shared among the employees, occupants and employees of tenants within the Lexington Towers. It is many running jokes, including the "Serena Jokes" and "The Intercom" jokes. An example of the subculture was when an employee assisting in closing down the building had said "SERENA!!" into the Lexington Towers' intercom before arming the security alarm.

At their lunchtimes, they frequently discuss without gossip what had happened that day.

The Lexington Investments Association have considered making a culture week, using venues within the complex to host their subculture.

Meme Towers

Among what is considered Lexington Sub-Culture, many meme towers have been made by employees and fans, which LIA appreciate as, "our amazing culture," Many of their meme towers have actually reached the formal consideration stage, one being approved and ready for construction, showing that meme towers end up helping build the complex.

Trixie Tower

Trixie Tower is named after the owner's old 2015 PearBook, however on this occasion the idea has actually been considered and has obtained the approval of the owner of LIA. It is highly likely that it would be shaped like a laptop. It had entered the formal consideration process, and then been approved.

Serena Tower

Serena Tower is named after when a staff member spammed gifs of Serena from an anime to Bluepuptweet, a running joke within Lexington SubCulture. Nobody knows what happened after. It has not been considered by LIA however there have been hints that they could raise the idea in the future, but it is unlikely that it would actually go through due to the idea's stupidity. However, on the Lexington Towers MPC page on the English Robloxiapedia, there was once a story about a prankster playing the anime on the TV and an argument broke out over the intercom about a pairing, with the story notoriously mentioning that they yelled, "IT IS NOT CANON," and, "IT IS," . This story hadn't ever occurred, leading to its removal by editors from Lexington Holdings. To many, it were considered rather ironic, as the building had started construction in the Robloxia universe when the anime was airing in another universe, which was called the "Earth" universe.

CSLI Tower

The CSLI tower is believed to be a tower that would "win", which was viewed as a very confusing ordeal for those, as the tower had not been yet understood by outsiders.

The Robloxia Blackout

Lexington Towers and the LIA have expressed full support for the Robloxia Blackout over the worldwide suppression of free speech, and many external companies that assist in the Complex's operation will cease operations for over a month, which postponed a crucial fire safety inspection to April 5th. The complex will have to use its own fire wardens to test its fire alarm systems, and if the complexwide PA/VA system took damage, Arex will not be able to fix it as part of the protest. Lexington Towers stated, "We cannot pull operations in the same way other companies can, if we were to cease a single operation. If we cease operations, companies will face detrimental affects as their offices would be locked, and over fifty thousand jobs are at risk, as they are not covered by the Lexington Investments Association nor the Lexington Towers complex. Statistically, there are over 55,300 employees who use the Lexington Towers complex for work, however out of that number, only 1,300 of these jobs are employed directly to the Lexington Towers Complex, the remaining 54,000 are employed by our tenants, and unfortunately it is up to the companies to cover their wages. Over 220,000 people visit Lexington Towers complex daily, some people are everyday visitors, and we cannot take that away from them over the president of Robloxia creating a bad solution to a problem that can be so easily solved. Unfortunately, many of our external companies that assist in our building operations are pulling worldwide operations to protest, most of them being within the fire safety field. While our operations will be affected, we fully support this protest, but many things stop us participating in it ourselves,"

Coming closer to the blackout, LIA have began to prepare their building for it. They have assigned certain staff members to test the fire alarms, but servicing cannot take place until April again.

Due to the extensive preparation for this, Lexington Towers had suffered no consequences, and had actually gained millions extra, which will be donated to the protests' cause.

Services

Lexington Towers offer a range of internal services, some with and without a charge.

The First Aid Service

This is a free of charge service made for first aid situations; eg. someone is injured within the complex. This is tied directly to the IR department. It can be used for a range of emergencies, as they have direct contact to the national health services in Bloxia Island, in case of the worst case scenarios. They provide a range of services within; whether it be bandages to an ice pack in the event of injury. They are normally found in the Heath and Safety kiosks in every floor.

Incidents and Reports Service

This is a free of charge service which is designed to report events that are not within guideline; eg. someone smashes a TV in the Chill Area, or falsely activates the fire alarm. The IR department are linked to First Aid and Security. Their central office is on the Right Wing in the corridor linking Blue's Tower to the Front Lobby. They can assist in finding lost items, but are not linked to the Lost and Found service.

Lost and Found Service

The Lost and Found service is a free of charge service where members of society turn in missing items. It is always the first place anyone should go when they believe they have lost something. It is set to build a new office in the Emergency corridor linking the Entryway to the Secondary Lobby.

The Printing Service

The Printing Service is a €2 per page photocopying service. It is self-served, however to access the printing station itself is charged with "How Many Pages Do You Want To Print?". It is profitable, attracting around 1,500 users daily, earning over €4000 per day. If printers are misused, the users are fined.

The Sensory Service

The sensory service is a €1 maintenance fee service for those who may need time to recover from sensory situations. They aim to construct 5 sensory hubs across the complex.

The Security Service

The Security Service is a powerful service, with around 245 security officers, 40 of them are authorised to be armed, and 5 of them carry full military grade weaponary. This was done due to high visitor counts and important assets in the complex. It is free of charge, and can defend the Lexington Towers occupants in the event of a threat.

Media

Lexington Towers has been expanding its media, while accidentally producing one of its most ironic videos ever. In May 2026, they posted a video playing "On Top Of Robloxia - Imagination Dragons" with people in different areas of the complex chanting the song. However, specifically on the part where it says "waiting on this for a while now" they are standing outside an elevator. The complex has high elevator loads frequently. They had also forgotten they were shooting this on Robloxia's 8th tallest skyscraper, soon to be 6th.

Trivia

  • In one of the elevator lobbies, there is an art wall titled the "Balla Na Follaine" which should translate from Irish to English as "The Wall Of Wholesomeness"
  • There are further plans for Lexington by its developers that are unknown yet, and are unlikely to be disclosed
  • Lexington Towers is believed to be one of the first skyscrapers in Modern Robloxia to use a security camera system and intruder alarm system
  • It is the tallest building in Bloxia Island, and also the tallest in the Bloxish Isles. It is the tallest in Eurobloxia, and the 8th tallest in Robloxia.
  • A Piano with a microphone connecting to a speaker is installed in the front lobby. It is always on; and announcements that come from the PA speakers nearby go to the speaker designed to pick up the piano, despite it not being designed to do that, due to the inability to install sound proofing on the microphones.
  • The intercom itself is controlled by a super advanced network of microphones that can be configured by a massive server that uses internet protocol to disable microphones or speakers, change what speakers microphones broadcast to and all customisations that can be done from the control system, this was provided by company Arex
  • The complex is one of the largest buildings, if not the largest in Robloxia in terms of square footage. It is believed that the main tower alone is over 20 million square feet, with plans to expand it further on the sides that could boost the number to approximately 50 million. This measurement was taken before the building was expanded towards the back. A more realistic estimate after all of its expansions are complete nears 60 million sq ft or 5.5 million square metres, or 5.5 square kilometres. If this building were considered part of BI's land area, it would amount to approximately 84,426.5 square kilometres. The entire complex is believed to strike around 51 million to 55 million square feet, before being planned to strike over 100 million square feet, or 9 square kilometres.
  • Its elevators were filmed during the complex's fitting out by universe-renowed elevator filmer Elevatorboy886. He disliked most of the elevators due to their incomplete state, as they were being fit out.[22]
  • Another inspection of Lexington Towers, even greater than the 10/12/2024 one, was set for March 1st 2026, however it was postponed to April 5th 2026 as the inspection company have ceased operation for a month, part of a Robloxia Blackout to protest the suppression of free speech. which LIA and the Lexington Towers support, but they can not pull operations as it could risk many companies and many jobs, This update attempted to shut off all microphones connected to the Lexington Towers intercom system, which enraged Lexington Towers as the system had costed over €20M to install. The Construction Company will cease operations for a week, postponing the completion of many under construction buildings in the complex.
  • There is a fire evacuation map in an area of the building that looks like 2 abstract figures holding hands on a see saw. This was completely unintentional.
  • Lexington Towers at some point had actually fire safety issues; when most doors opened inwards. The doors were replaced with sliding doors following this discovery.
  • There are various Ro-XLR consoles installed around the building to connect to the intercom. It is believed that if you plugged an unshielded audio receiver into the intercom, phone calls could interfere with it, causing a buzzing noise to pass through the speaker, based off things that had happened in the past.
  • The Complex's 130th floor has extra floors inside it.
  • The Lexington Towers will likely never be fully explored by the public or even its staff, as it is a building of high floor area. It is believed that on the completion of the entire complex, there will be over 20,000 doors.
  • The door closers on the doors are located on the push side of the door, when in normal modern construction they are located on the pull side of the door.
  • The complex uses automatic locking on the doors, where when you turn the key it takes 5 seconds for the actual locking mechanism to activate.
  • By accident, it had been put into the Train Stations category of the English Robloxiapedia due to a train station being a part of the building.
  • Its spire is set to be around half of the height of the skyscraper itself. The spire will be functional and attached to the building, meaning that it will raise its height.
  • Arex Communications' PAVA systems can fit a building, even double the size of the Lexington Towers.
  • It has the longest page about a building in the history of the English Robloxiapedia, dethroning Roblox HQ, also being the longest page about a man made location in the same enclycopedia, and the twentieth longest page in the English Robloxiapedia. On completion of the complex, with all extra information, it could potentially be the longest page in the Roblox Online Encyclopedia
  • It is one of Roblox's most famous buildings, being featured on the Planetary map as a Landmark.
  • Lexington Towers is a lot larger than it seems, as it has a lot of underground space.
  • Due to Lexington Towers' reliance on the HVAC systems, not a single ceiling fan is installed in the entire scope of the Lexington Complex. There are ceiling heaters that use fans in areas that cannot be reached by the HVAC system, however no dedicated ceiling fans were installed.
  • You can book quicker access for the Lexington Towers here.
  • The music system in the complex has 20 songs on cycle. There was a small period in 2023 where the system was bugged and played the same song over again, which was fixed near the Christmas of 2023. In late 2024, one song was replaced and one was slowed slightly, however in 2026 the system was updated again, reverting the playlist back to how it was in mid-2024, with one song added as exception.
