The Applegate Centre, formerly Tan's and Lou's Shopping Centre (2018-2022), is a shopping mall located in Ro-London, Bloxia Kingdom. It is owned by its management group and Tan & Lou, which in turn is owned by TanCoolCamish. It is one of the most popular shopping malls in the BK.
The mall has many anchor stores that occupy the mall, such as H&M, John Lewis, Tesco, Next, M&S, Lidl, Currys, Boots, and more.
It is both an outside shopping centre and an indoor shopping centre, as most stores here are located on the High Street mall district of the mall, and the entrance area. Some anchor stores and other stores are located inside the building.
The mall is divided into four areas: The Entrance Wing, which goes to the main entrance; The East Wing, which is combined of the east side of the mall with anchor stores; High Street, which is combined of its outside store district; and the Food Hall, which is made up of food places and is located on Level 2 of the mall.
The mall averages around 8 million customers per week and uses the DWProx system owned by the DWProx company. It also has a store, which includes door scanners, buttons, etc, and also uses the Whitehill malls system owned by Coco Beagle of its own mall brand. Its lifts/elevators are made by TCC Lifts Ltd or Safe Working Lifts Ltd
