5The Buildings' Occupation Census is a Eurobloxian Census that tracks the occupation of larger buildings and famous buildings. Its goal is for fire safety recommendations. Currently, it is divided into the Internal Occupancy Count(Tracks owners, employees and tenants) and the Daily Visitors Count, tracking those who visit. It is particularly used in Bloxia Island.

Internal Occupancy Count

The Internal Occupancy Census finds the average amount of employees who are normally on the site. It counts tenants, important figures and standard employees. It is higher for buildings with tenancy agreements eg. approximately 55,000 at the Lexington Towers in Bloxia Island, but only 3,100 of those employees are hired directly by Lexington Towers, with 2,700 registered full time.

It is completely different from the Daily Visitors Count, but to get the Total Occupancy Average, you add up the IOC and DVC.

This is an example table for Bloxia Island

Building Name DVC IOC TOA Internal Employees
Lexington Towers 271,112 54,545 325,657 3,123
Greytown Shopping Centre 154,446 5,655 160,101 152
Lublin International Airport 202,234 1,231 203,465 1,231

Daily Visitors Count

The Daily Visitors Count is an average of the amount of people who visit the building in the 6 month window. It is completely separate from the DVC, but again is one of the numbers added to get the TOA.

Total Occupancy Average

The TOA is an average of the total occupancy of a building in the 6 month window. It is the DVC and the IOC added.

Legal Requirement

It is a legal, fire safety and security requirement to submit it. Failure to do so will result in fines and potential temporary shutdown.
