Coneland, officially the Republic of Coneland, is a small island approximately 175 miles southwest of Blorida, in the Bloxington Ocean. Usually Coneland is where Coneheads come from. The 7 major cities in Coneland include Soras, which is the capital, Liv, Loganville, Homestead, Vega, Patting, and Saxon. The former names of Coneland were Ionia (I-own-e-ah), and The Cone Empire.
Coneland consists of 3 counties, Including: Yellow County (Loganville, Homestead, some towns), Soras County (Soras, Saxon, Liv), and Vega-Patting County (Vega, Patting, Some towns).
Coneland all together has a population of 1,689,528 with Soras having the most population with half of Coneland's population. The currency is Conos (š¢Ģ·) (1 Cono = 2.00 Robux).
Coneland is also recognized by over 200 countries including Robloxia.
In 1754, Bloxico claimed future Coneland. Bloxico only used it for storage, before deciding it's too hard to access in 1762, then later abandoned it. No one owned the island until 79 years later, Ionia, who at the time were rebels from Bloxland, claimed the island. They later lost a war in 1863 with an unknown country, but the country who fought never used the land. 8 years later, in 1871, a small "empire" grabbed this land. That empire was The Cone Empire, who held the land until 2004, when a revolution happened throughout the empire. 2 years later, in 2006, the island was found by five explorers, Conor L. Cone, Ben S. Cone, Avery A. Marshall, Grayson R. Cone, And Silas G. Yellow. They later started building the grounds for Soras and Liv. This was by pure luck, because at that point, The Cone Empire was wiped off the map. Small islands claimed by them also got wiped off, but some just disappeared. That was the case for this island. 1 month after being re-discovered, The new residents found large amounts of Traffic cones buried in the ground, which Ben S. Cone and Conor L. Cone found out were the perfect hat to combat Coneland's unpredictable weather. The first flag was later planted, which is now in the Coneland Museum.

Founded by Silas Yellow in 2008, this territory is where most of Coneland's guns and tanks are manufactured. It is located at Soras, about 9 miles west of the capitol. Coneland's copy of a Robloxian tank, the TRA-290 and 300 are made here, as well as Coneland's RK-47 copy, Coneland Defense MK-1, or CND MK-1.
Mount Specksharp
A mountain west of Homestead, known for sub-zero temperatures. Only 10 People have reached the top out of 1,047 Tries. Mount Specksharp is also a dormant volcano, that last silently erupted in December 5th, 2025, destroying several houses and killing 12.

The 2008-2011 Territory War
Around December 5th, 2007 Coneland was deciding to buy smaller surrounding islands, which seemed uninhabited until a team of 6 in a Orange Falcon helicopter, (who went to future Yellow Cones) discovered that many tribes lived there. The team later befriended the tribe, and both the team and tribe decided that Silas G. Yellow would lead the territory before gaining independence. Than, the team (now with 2 tribe members) went to the Republic of Conagrand, which, unbeknownst to the team, were very hostile. it's said that when the tribe first saw the helicopter, "Arrows were being shot very rapidly at us". The team tried to say they meant no harm, but that just caused the muskets to be brought out. Rivers Wilson from the original team said, Quote "You want war, You get war." the territory was about the size of Coneland itself at the time, but 3 years later, Coneland eventually lost.
The Blue Cone War
2006-2010
During the founding year of Coneland, A Robloxian spy caused a giant fire at the founding grounds of Liv and was later caught and put into prison for arson. Due to the city's prison not being finished, he easily escaped within the first 2 weeks. He later found Mount Specksharp, and carved a hideout, met other rebels, and founded the Blue Cones, than later got caught. The Robloxian behind the fire and founding the Blue Cones later got caught along with hideout, and later got life in prison. he later escaped again, by stealing a gun from a guard and escaping. He was later put to death. The final blow by the Co-leader was assassinating Ben Cone, even putting out a CEAS meaasge before, but by doing that he sealed the fate for the Blue Cones. The Blue Cones ended on December 18th, 2010, also ending the war. Coneland won the war.
Battle ForDeliono Island
2026-2026
Near Vega, Coneland, is a small island named Deliono Island that was never part of Coneland, until a theme park named ConeWorld needed a place to put an water park. Deliono was a perfect place, but unfortunately, some residents were living there. Originally, ConeWorld and Coneland's idea was to just leave them alone and find a new place, but a shot was fired to an official, and they got an excuse to start a short-lived war in exchange. 22 Coneland soldiers in 3 helicopters stormed the island and it only took an hour to relocate everyone living there. They avoided killing them as to not get into more trouble than they needed to be. ConeWorld bought Deliono island after, and the Water Park is currently in construction.

Conelandian English (nicknamed Baby Talk by hostile counties or people) is the dominant language of Coneland. It is based on standard Robloxian English, but features a phonetic shift where 4 of the 5 the vowel sounds are swapped in pronunciation, while spelling remains the same. The only thing that breaks this rule though, is the letter "I" by itself.

ConeAir, often referred to as Cone Airlines, is a Conelandian airline and one of the biggest airline companies in The Bloxington Ocean. It is also Coneland's flag carrier. The airline is headquartered at Soras International Airport. ConeAir has a small fleet, only operating 6 RTR 42-600's, 4 Boeing 777X's, 26 Robus R320's, and 39 Coner 77's. ConeAir has 4 class options, Economy, Business, First Class, and The ConeAir Member Area (CMA for short).

4 days before Ben Cone's Death, a Hijack showed up on National TV, saying, quote,
"Coneland's fall is soon. Ben Cone is a mind controller. Do not trust him. His end is near."
This ended up to be the assassin of Ben who hijacked this. He was later found hiding inside of Lost The Key Storage units, and put into in Soras Prison, on Death Row for assassination and hijacking public TV (disturbing the peace). He died by the electric chair. His last meal was a Caesar salad with pickles on the side and balsamic vinegar dressing.

Flood: Watch when an onset surge of water causing property damage and injury/death.
Volcano: Issued whenever a volcanic eruption occurs (must be VEI > 0). Covers the area that is likely to be impacted by volcanic effects.
Earthquake: Warning for a sudden release of earth's energy causing the ground to shake. It must be issued whenever the shaking is enough to cause injuries on Conelandians who do not take proper precautionary measures during an earthquake. Covers the entire rupture area.
Acid Rain: Watch when it is likely to occur within the next 48 hours. Warning whenever precipitation becomes dangerously acidic. Covers the general storm.
Blizzard: Watch when it is possible that a large snowstorm (or more than one) could develop. Warning for a large snowstorm that can bury and destroy buildings. Covers the impact areas.
Tornado: Watch when it is possible that a tornado (or more than one) could develop. Warning when a large vortex of violently rotating winds often forming a funnel cloud has been confirmed by radar or by Conelandians to be touching the ground. Covers the tornado and areas within the predicted path of the tornado with 98% accuracy.
Dam Breach: Watch when it is possible that a dam could overflow or break. Warning when the dam overflows or breaks, causing the release of water. Covers the area likely to be impacted.
Tsunami: Watch when it is possible that a tsunami (or more than one) could develop. Warning for a large sea-wave of water caused by a disturbance on the ocean floor. Covers the area likely to be impacted.
Landslide: Watch when it is possible that a landslide (or more than one) could develop. Warning for a downward movement of masses of debris that could destroy buildings. Covers the area likely to be impacted.
Severe Thunderstorm: Watch when it is possible that a severe thunderstorm (or more than one) could develop. Warning if a storm with large amounts of rain which could cause a flood or destroy buildings enters the forecasted area. Covers the severe thunderstorm and areas within the predicted path of the severe thunderstorm with 90% accuracy. The Coneland Weather Service, however, defines a severe thunderstorm as any storm that packs 50 miles per hour wind speeds or 1 inch hail. If it produces a tornado, the tornado warning will take precedence.
Wildfire/Forest fire: Watch when it is possible that a large-scale fire could occur. Warning when a large-scale fire burning grassy or forested areas, causing habitat damage, evacuation, and drop in air quality is in the area. Covers the fire, as well as any possible areas of development with 90% accuracy.

Disease outbreak: Warning when the rapid, usually uncontrollable, outbreak of a contagious disease is occurring, threatening a Conelandians health.
WaterContamination: Warning when a source of drinking water has been contaminated with a harmful amount of a substance or disease, which could cause the spread of disease or toxic substances.
Toxic air: Warning when a deadly substance is released into the air (unintentionally and intentionally) causing mass exposure to the substance, resulting in mass injury and/or death.
Chemical spill: Watch when a dangerous chemical has been released in an area, posing a serious threat to Robloxians safety.
Hazardous
Explosive: Warning when a possibly dangerous explosive may detonate in an urban area causing mass injury and/or death and mass property damage.
Civil danger
Civil emergency: Warning when an event in which Conelandians cause a disruption of services or require varying levels of support, law enforcement, or attention.
Evacuation (HIGHEST PRECEDENCE): Warning when the immediate and mandatory evacuation order of the population of a region, caused by an event posing a serious threat to Conelandian safety, but still is still safe enough be able to evacuate their homes. Below is a list of events that could possibly lead to an evacuation order: Wildfire/Forest fire, Landslide, Explosive, Volcano, Flood, Tsunami, Toxic air, Dam breach, Domestic terrorism, Military attack, Chemical spill.
Blue Alert: Warning when police services issue a notification for when a child has been abducted and is to believe to be in "grave danger".
Riot: Watch when an unlawful protest is creating a disturbance to nearby areas, that is threatening the safety of Conelandians.
Attack
Domestic terrorism: When an organization or individual, uses violence or terroristic threats against a population, with the intention of causing mass death and the destruction of infrastructure.
Military attack: When another country launches an attack against Coneland, causing mass death and the destruction of infrastructure. An evacuation order will immediately be issued in the event of a military attack.

Constitution
Preamble: The people of Coneland, united in our diversity, with a shared vision of liberty, equality, and justice, establish this Constitution to govern our Republic and safeguard the rights and freedoms of all citizens.
Article I: The Structure of Government
Section 1: The Republic of Coneland shall be a democratic and sovereign, governed by the rule of law, with limited powers to the government.
Article II: The Legislature
Section 1: The legislative authority of Coneland shall be vested in a unicameral Parliament, representing the will of the people and responsible for making laws and regulations for the betterment of society.
Section 2: Parliament shall consist of elected representatives, chosen by the citizens of Coneland through free and fair elections held every four years.
Section 3: Parliament shall have the power to enact laws, levy taxes, allocate funds, and oversee the functions of the government.
Article III: The Executive
Section 1: The executive power of Coneland shall be vested in a President, elected by the people to serve a term of one 15 year term, if voted, two.
Section 2: The President shall be the head of government, responsible for implementing laws, conducting foreign affairs, and ensuring the welfare and security of the nation.
Section 3: The President shall appoint ministers to oversee various governmental departments and agencies.
Article IV: Fundamental Rights and Freedoms
Section 1: All citizens of Coneland shall be entitled to fundamental rights and freedoms, including but not limited to freedom of speech, expression, assembly, religion, and the right to a fair trial.
Section 2: No law or action shall infringe upon the rights and liberties of individuals, and all citizens shall be equal before the law, regardless of race, gender, religion, or status.
Article V: Supremacy Clause
This Constitution, together with the laws and treaties of Coneland, shall be the supreme law of the republic.
Article VI: Conclusion
This Constitution will come into effect on August 6th, 2006.
