Coneland's EAS system (CEAS) does mostly everything the REAS does.
Types of alerts
Natural disasters
- Flood: Watch when an onset surge of water causing property damage and injury/death.
- Volcano: Issued whenever a volcanic eruption occurs (must be VEI > 0). Covers the area that is likely to be impacted by volcanic effects.
- Earthquake: Warning for a sudden release of earth's energy causing the ground to shake. It must be issued whenever the shaking is enough to cause injuries on Conelandians who do not take proper precautionary measures during an earthquake. Covers the entire rupture area.
- Acid Rain: Watch when it is likely to occur within the next 48 hours. Warning whenever precipitation becomes dangerously acidic. Covers the general storm.
- Blizzard: Watch when it is possible that a large snowstorm (or more than one) could develop. Warning for a large snowstorm that can bury and destroy buildings. Covers the impact areas.
- Tornado: Watch when it is possible that a tornado (or more than one) could develop. Warning when a large vortex of violently rotating winds often forming a funnel cloud has been confirmed by radar or by Conelandians to be touching the ground. Covers the tornado and areas within the predicted path of the tornado with 98% accuracy.
- Dam Breach: Watch when it is possible that a dam could overflow or break. Warning when the dam overflows or breaks, causing the release of water. Covers the area likely to be impacted.
- Tsunami: Watch when it is possible that a tsunami (or more than one) could develop. Warning for a large sea-wave of water caused by a disturbance on the ocean floor. Covers the area likely to be impacted.
- Landslide: Watch when it is possible that a landslide (or more than one) could develop. Warning for a downward movement of masses of debris that could destroy buildings. Covers the area likely to be impacted.
- Severe Thunderstorm: Watch when it is possible that a severe thunderstorm (or more than one) could develop. Warning if a storm with large amounts of rain which could cause a flood or destroy buildings enters the forecasted area. Covers the severe thunderstorm and areas within the predicted path of the severe thunderstorm with 90% accuracy. The Coneland Weather Service, however, defines a severe thunderstorm as any storm that packs 50 miles per hour wind speeds or 1 inch hail. If it produces a tornado, the tornado warning will take precedence.
- Wildfire/Forest fire: Watch when it is possible that a large-scale fire could occur. Warning when a large-scale fire burning grassy or forested areas, causing habitat damage, evacuation, and drop in air quality is in the area. Covers the fire, as well as any possible areas of development with 90% accuracy.
Biological
- Disease outbreak: Warning when the rapid, usually uncontrollable, outbreak of a contagious disease is occurring, threatening a Conelandians health.
- Water Contamination: Warning when a source of drinking water has been contaminated with a harmful amount of a substance or disease, which could cause the spread of disease or toxic substances.
- Toxic air: Warning when a deadly substance is released into the air (unintentionally and intentionally) causing mass exposure to the substance, resulting in mass injury and/or death.
- Chemical spill: Watch when a dangerous chemical has been released in an area, posing a serious threat to Conelandians safety.
Hazardous
- Explosive: Warning when a possibly dangerous explosive may detonate in an urban area causing mass injury and/or death and mass property damage.
Civil danger
- Civil emergency: Warning when an event in which Conelandians cause a disruption of services or require varying levels of support, law enforcement, or attention.
- Evacuation (HIGHEST PRECEDENCE): Warning when the immediate and mandatory evacuation order of the population of a region, caused by an event posing a serious threat to Conelandian safety, but still is still safe enough be able to evacuate their homes. Below is a list of events that could possibly lead to an evacuation order: Wildfire/Forest fire, Landslide, Explosive, Volcano, Flood, Tsunami, Toxic air, Dam breach, Domestic terrorism, Military attack, Chemical spill.
- Blue Alert: Warning when police services issue a notification for when a child has been abducted and is to believe to be in "grave danger".
- Riot: Watch when an unlawful protest is creating a disturbance to nearby areas, that is threatening the safety of Robloxians.
Attack
- Domestic terrorism: When an organization or individual, uses violence or terroristic threats against a population, with the intention of causing mass death and the destruction of infrastructure.
- Military attack: When another country launches an attack against Robloxia, causing mass death and the destruction of infrastructure. An evacuation order will immediately be issued in the event of a military attack.
2010 Ben Cone Assassination Warning
CEAS Hijack
4 days before Ben Cone's Death a Hijack showed up on CTV, saying, quote,
"Coneland's fall is soon. Ben Cone is a mind controller. Do not trust him. His end is near."
This was the assassinator of Ben who hijacked this.
