Lovely World 3D, originally released as simply 3D, is the fifth season of the Lovely World animated television series, created by John Collins. It was co-produced by Starlight Productions and animated by Cinebolt Productions and Brightmyth Film Studios. The season originally began broadcasting both in the United States on Children's Avast Television and in Bloxanada on Avast, respectively, on November 8, 2014, and ended on December 26, 2015, containing 63 episodes and three specials, making it Lovely World's longest season to date. The series follows the adventures of Edward, the main character, who is sent to an in-digital world and must survive while creating his own "world." Throughout the show, Edward makes friends with Michael, Leo, and Kamila, and together they set out on a global adventure to meet new people and discover more about the process of building their world.

In this season, there are a total of over five storylines: the first focused on the group's adventure following the departure of Michael; the second on the group traveling back in time in the virtual world; the third on the group as they continue to travel and make new friends; and the fourth on the return of "Z"[1] and the fifth focuses on the battle against the "Z" group, who attacks the Lovely World. The season was developed by the "Original Series" production team.

Development for the season began in December 2013, while the fourth season was being produced. The show was originally supposed to continue with additional seasons featuring the same characters, but it was decided that two new characters would take their place, and a finale entered production. The animation for the fifth season took longer than normal and was dubbed "the most challenging in the series" history due to the emergence of darker issues, a change in the voice acting performance, and the intention to make the entire series more darker with additional action scenes.

The fifth season was met with critical acclaim from television critics, with praise for its animation, plots, writing, directing, character development, emotional impact, musical score, voice acting, and action sequences. It was regarded as one of the best seasons. The season had risen to the top of the list throughout the most of the series rankings. Its ratings also heavily increased due to the new popularity of the series and was the first to reach the three-million mark viewership.

Production

Development

Since the third season's development, a fifth season of the animated series Lovely World has been planned. When asked in February 2013 if he will be creating any more seasons, John Collins replied, "Well. Five, six, seven, or eight, perhaps. To be honest, I'm not sure. We are currently developing a fourth season while concentrating our production efforts on the one we is airing. Thus, if the show succeeds, as I mentioned, perhaps a fifth season or even more would be produced". The episode on what would become the eighth to twelfth episodes of the season, titled "Travel to the Far Past," had already begun early development.

The production crew had originally planned for the episodes to air as part of the third season, but due to production delays, it was then set to become a five-part specials for the fourth season, but was pushed back for other reasons and was eventually made for the season. Beginning one month later, the crew had been discussing future plans for the series. Among them was a fifth season for the series. The television series' Edward, played by Louie Brown, originally made public in December 2013 that a fifth season was in development and that production had recently begun. Previously, half of the production team was working on concepts for episodes, including the three animated specials that were produced, when the season's actual development started last month.

The season was the first to be fully created without showrunner John Collins, as had been rumored in May of that year; Cody Campbell was the producer instead. Avast Television had formally revealed in April of that year that a fifth season was in production. The season's premiere date was initially unknown; the website that lists the production and broadcast dates for every episode of the show initially stated that the fifth season would premiere in November 2015. However, this was later discovered to be incorrect, and the date was changed to November 2014 before the "November" was removed in May. The "November" date was then added back after it was discovered that the season's first original air date for the episodes would be a two-part special scheduled for November 8, 2014. The first episodes for the season, such as "The Past" and "Getting on the Road — Our Biggest Adventure Is Near!" began development was among of the first to be produced for it.

Originally, the production crew worked on the episode "The Outbreak — The History of the Village" and was the second to be produced with the plans to focused more on the outbreak of the zombies, however, it was then decided to focused more on the virus spreading and "animals, people, creatures and "Z" himself getting infected". One of the unproduced episodes, pitched by John Collins, was reworked into the two-part episodes "The Alternate World." Three other episodes, titled "The Conflict," were also worked on at the same time as the unproduced episode, and served as the basis for three additional episodes, titled "The Great Battle of the Century." Avast Television decided to take use of the opportunity to hire additional animators and co-writers in order to facilitate a speedier and smoother production process and ensure that the episodes would not be delayed, given the massive volume of episodes being created. It was first intended for the series to be followed by fresh seasons with the same cast of characters. Nevertheless, Cody and the production team started talking about "while not the end series, but to include new characters and started a new series" in November 2014. Avast announced in January of that year that the characters would have their planned finale in the ensuing final episodes, marking the end of the season, the Original Series as a whole and the adventure of Edward, Leo, Michael and Kamila.

Research and writing

and its boroughs acted as a primary source of inspiration for the urban planning of the Lovely World worldbuildings.

New Blockers City and its boroughs acted as a primary source of inspiration for the urban planning of the Lovely World worldbuildings.

In this season, there are a total of over five storylines and one "special storyline": In the first, the group's journey to gather resources for their village after their best friend Michael left was the main focus; in the second, they traveled back in time to discover the history of their virtual world; in the third, the group continued to travel and made new friends; in the fourth, "Z" returned; and in the fifth, the group and the rest of the world fought the "Z" group, who attacked the Lovely World and had to be stopped.

The production team searched large cities, such as New Blockers City for building designs and sketches, incorporating some of the concepts they found into the worldbuilding for the remaining parts of the other world, in order to produce the remainder of Lovely World, which was perceived as "Edward's globe." A number of the design team members, including Declan Watson, Brandon Taylor, Zak Anderson, Bobby Rees, Tom Brooks, Will Riddle, Camryn Nielsen, Kaden Bray, Dillon Griffith, and Makai Huber, joined the production team. Additional storyboard artists that joined the project included Archie Jones, Elliott Randall, Jacob Burke, Harry Ball, Zak Berry, and Andres Mcclain.

The season's official writing period started in January 2014 and ran until May 2015. However, the writing for the three-part "finale" and the actual two-part finale was extended into subsequent months, and by August 2015, the whole season's episodes had been written. Writing for them started in January 2015 for the two-part special "A New Female, One New Character — Part One." At that time, the production team was intending to introduce two new characters to the program, replacing the previous main crew that had been on for the previous five seasons. With the development of the fifth season, the production team wanted to "push dark topics to a whole new level," seeking to offer new ways of maturing storylines, such as cruelty, abuse, violence, and terrorism.

The show's darker tone was first presented with the 2013–2014 season of Future. Despite Cody Campbell's best efforts, Avast Television declined to include more visible blood and injuries (in addition to fractures, burns, bruises, cuts, and nose bleeds) for some of the extreme action scenes during the first 20 episodes' development. Instead, the co-writers had to rewrite the action scenes to make them more subdued, which he described as "not the way that Future had." This was primarily because Cody wanted to push the tone even further for this season because he had previously regarded that season as the darkest and scariest he had ever produced.

Avast Television ultimately decided to allow the production to add injuries to the characters because of the ambitious effort for the final 18 episodes, particularly the fourth and fifth arcs, where the crew "wanted to depict true agony and feelings." Since March 2014, they had been planning Michael's departure in order to give the other three characters more time to grow. However, writing for "The Villages That We Loved and Stayed" officially began in August, just five months later, and Michael was reintroduced after the fourth season's final episode. The production team decided to use the episodes for the fifth season to give the character "Z" a new personality and introduce him as a "full threat" because they felt that, although they had given him enough development, they wanted to expand his hated for the world and explain the true "Z" himself.

While parts of the first 24 episodes matched the season's plot, the majority of them were filler since the showrunners needed to give the characters more character development in order to set up the fourth and fifth stories and focus more on the family's growth. In addition, the shows' plots were premeditated to contain straightforward life lessons that both kids and adults could connect to. Additionally, Cody claimed that this is why the writers had "massive numbers of flexibility" when it came to the storyline, character development, and worldbuilding. Scarlett Cook, the writer of "A New Base, A New Sign of Fun!"'s main script, recalled that she was more drawn to the comedy aspect of the show and would frequently chuckle at small moments. Scarlett intended the episode to be uplifting in contrast to the show's gloomy preceding installments.

While Leo is searching for them, he notices a monster that has the ability to create more of the undead, which is what everyone despises. The zombies materialize out of nowhere and start chasing Leo. 194 5 "To The Woods" Blake Thomson Caitlin Grimes November 29, 2014 2,454,246
Kamila made the bold decision to travel alone while the entire group packed up and headed into the woods. But because she planted candies expecting them to return and the sheep devouring them, she and one of the sheep she chose to borrow from Edward previously ended up becoming lost. After some time, Kamila and the sheep discover a near-destroyed village and initially assume it is deserted. However, they later discover via a letter that the village had a rich past. After a while, a injured villager (who have survived the brutal attack) tearfully shows in to inform her that a bunch of "bad villagers" have assaulted the village and are now en route to attack a another hamlet (as the person overheard the "bad villagers) that he know very well and confirms that his family lives there. Edward and the group were apprehended by the "evil villagers" during that time, and Kamila and the sheep had to deal with both issues simultaneously. Kamila became frightened but eventually composed herself and asked the community to use a highly special machine to fly to the village. When the two arrive in the village, everyone is in disbelief. When Kamila gets his swords, the "bad villagers" show there just in time, and a fierce battle breaks out. Kamila and the sheep are having a terrible time during the fight, so she came up with a plan and invited all of the villagers to attack with anything they had. Eventually, the "bad villagers" are attacked by the locals, and even though the village sustains some damage, the inhabitants prevail. It is discovered that one of the "bad villagers" who started the fight was actually a 20-year-old who had been abducted. He was made to fight and ultimately decided to let the group leave before being shot to death right there on the spot. The gang chose to embark on their quest after they decided to forget about the villager who had saved them.
195 6 "The Templates" Jake Nicholson Blake Thomson December 6, 2014 2,233,810
The gang agreed that relaxing next to a template would be preferable because there aren't any people there and they wanted to take another break from the tragedy and tramua they had experienced in the previous days. One night, Leo and Kamila were sleeping there when they heard someone crying and shouting, and at first, they were afraid. After some time, though, it becomes clear that a young adult was abducted from a covert organization, and that the villager had selected the template in which they were living and imprisoned them there. Worse, the young adult is about to step on a big button that, if stepped on, would shatter the entire template into pieces and probably likely kill all of them. Fearing for their lives throughout the entire episode, the group chose to explore every avenue to get entry in order to save the young adult. They eventually manage to escape and rescue the evil townspeople. However, they are worried about the "evil villagers," and a major altercation breaks out. The entire template detonated as one of the evil villagers fell through the hole and hit the button. This time, the "evil villagers" are slain and the entire gang is spared. The young adult expresses gratitude to them but expresses greater concern about his abducted community, thinking that the "evil villagers" have destroyed the entire village. The gang decides to visit the young adult's hamlet as the episode comes to a close.
196 7 "The Outbreak — The History of the Village" Ollie Stewart Maxim Andrews December 13, 2014 2,268,239
The young adult broke down in tears upon realizing, to his utter horror, that the villager he had known and loved for a long time had been entirely destroyed. Leo, with the cooperation of the gang, explores the town in search of any remnants of artifacts or indications of life. He discovers a jounery that a villager had built. According to the journal, a gang of zombies has been occupying the village and forcing the residents to survive. Actually, the devastation had been caused by the zombies breaking in and attacking the house. It is revealed that the young adult was abducted on the same day as the incident, but he almost forgets everything that happened since the "evil villagers" replaced half of his original brain with a dead villager's brain inside of him. Thanks to the group's assistance and his partially functional brain, he was able to get the other brain to function and retain all of the information. The group then made the decision to invite the young adult along even though they were terrified of anything after that.
197 8 "Travel to the Far Past — World Creation — Part One" Matthew Anderson Aidan Cooper December 20, 2014 2,225,614
Despite everything that had happened in the previous episodes, the group had made the decision to move forward, with Edward leading the search for the "portal" that would allow them to return to reality. But when they discover a portal and assume it's just their chance to escape the virtual world, they discover that it actually returns them to the beginning of the virtual world. Edward starts crying because the gang is so perplexed by this and becomes really concerned that their sheep is no longer with them. But the creatures suddenly appear and pursue them. Leo and Kamila confront the creatures and vanquish them. Leo and Kamila are more concerned about where they are during that first night, with Leo even breaking down in tears because he thinks they have been brought back in time. Edward, on the other hand, cries for the Sheeps. After realizing they are stuck in the past, Edward and Kamila thank Leo and head outside to gather supplies for the night. Edward recounts the story from the "past" as Kamila informs Leo about the past.

The gang sets out the following morning to look for new creatures, but due to the unfamiliar real world they have been living in, they find very few or no animals at all. It turns out that the world is full with various creatures, most of which are extremely hungry to begin with and attacks the group, making it very hard to get any resources at all. "Z" spawns in and decides to explore the world in the interim.
199 10 "Travel to the Far Past — Surviving the Virus and Outbreaks — Part Three" Harrison Reid Jake Nicholson January 10, 2015[3] 2,400,089
It is revealed to them during their previous expedition that a hazardous virus and a recent wave of zombie outbreaks have been plaguing the digital world. 200 11 "Travel to the Far Past — Meeting Our Old-self! — Part Four" Jake Nicholson Charlie Fisher January 17, 2015 2,392,468
Unaware of the recent zombie breakouts, "Z" reaches his breaking point and begins trying everything in his power to completely destroy the planet during the events of the "The Enemy's Past — The Revenge on the planet — Part Three" special. After attempting to create multiple abilities and codes, as well as to destroy everything, it is discovered that the codes had spread to the monsters. Meanwhile, the gang is also impacted by the massive issue that "Z" had been causing. Edward does everything in his power to save Leo and Kamila from this, and he succeeds in doing so with the assistance of a group of "friendly" animals, who only heal them to get more "power". Furthermore, it is revealed that "Z" has been manipulated by a real-world machine, and he is attempting to bring down the system as a whole in order to take control of his own virtual reality. After the machine breaks, the virtual world begins to split in half and then into many fragments, killing all the creatures and destroying everything in its path. The gang attempted to return after realizing this. With one last scream and a power that causes an earthquake and opens a portal—the same one that Edward entered originally—"Z" destroys the entire in-digital world. When Edward and the others saw this, they recognized that the portal was their only means of escape from the virtual world, so they used broken ground and flying objects to propel themselves forward. But just as "Z" is about to unwind for the first time in a very long while, the power decreases, making it impossible for the group to ascend and ultimately returning to the "void." The group embraces as they scream for God and hope to see each other in the afterlife as the episode comes to a close.
201 12 "Travel to the Far Past — The Very Classic Enemy — Part Five" Kenna Mitchell Blake Thomson January 24, 2015 2,269,186
Edward and the party descend into the "void" following the events of the last episode, only to discover that it was simply a way to return to the present. However, "Z" is also inexplicably drawn into the "void," ruining the alternate chronology. After a long day of searching, the party is eventually able to return their sheep, which while that time was cared after by a flock of other sheep, decided they had seen everything and to head home. A different "Z" then interrupts them; Edward assaults "Z" at first, but he backs off after telling Edward to stop attacking him and that he has changed for the better. It becomes clear during the show that the other "Z" is only a clone and that the true "Z" exists somewhere.
202 13 "The Snow Region" Harrison Reid Caitlin Grimes January 31, 2015 2,144,037
The group made the decision to go to the snowy area, where they enjoy themselves and build snowmen. As a result, they devise strategies for using the snow to add a little extra enjoyment to the situation.
203 14 "The Brawl of the Skeletons" Jake Nicholson Maisie Morgan February 7, 2015 2,200,067
A group of Skeletons spawned one night in the dead of winter, with the intention of attacking a community. When the Skeletons got there, they broke in and killed the inhabitants with their attacks. Following the transformation of the villagers into Skeletons, the "Skeletons virus" quickly spread across half of the world. The other diseased Skeletons, on the other hand, are typically lethargic and not very hazardous. Before long, the more dangerous skeletons attempt to incite the other skeletons to attack the villagers, but the villagers ignore them and carry on with their lives. Soon, additional people contract the "Skeletons virus" as a result of the two Skeletons' deadly attacks on one another.
204 15 "The Villages That We Loved and Stayed" Rebecca Phillips Blake Thomson February 14, 2015 2,500,360
The group made the decision to go back to the villagers they had either visited or initially resided in. There are still employment there and a friendly group of people who have known Edward since the beginning in Edward's original village. The larger, more developed community that Michael and Edward had previously visited has more sophisticated structures and tools. At that point, the Sheep begins to feel happy and even resists Edward's attempts to get her to go. The group travels to the third village after some time, at which point the sheep eventually consent. This time, there are fewer residents, as evidenced by a zombie outbreak. The gang is having fun overall when all of a sudden Michael shows up, and Edward and him exchange hugs. Once the last person they had been waiting for returns, the group is stronger than ever, and they go out and spend time together while listening to Michael tell them new stories.
205 16 "Michael and Edward's Disaster" Blake Thomson Charlie Fisher February 21, 2015 2,504,693

Furthermore, the Sheeps are being given more enengry than they had yesterday, which is strange again and ruins the occasion for them. Leo and Kamila are also loitering loudly together. But shortly, Edward and Michael both become a little more composed and step outside. There, it is shown that Michael had grown to love and care for Edward more, while Edward had forgotten about him until Michael was shocked to see him suddenly emerge. But they both laugh it off, and Michael formally declares that Edward has always been his true love. Unbeknownst to them, though, the Sheeps had been watching out the windows, and upon noticing this, they made the decision to make them feel more in love by forcing them to kiss more frequently.
206 17 "A New Base, A New Sign of Fun!" Stanley Smith Scarlett Cook February 28, 2015 2,478,726
The episodes start with Michael and Edward are walking with their Sheeps, who had expressed an interest in them kissing and even daydreamed about it. However, after relaxing near a tree, inviting Leo and Kamila to join them, and enjoying a good picnic, Edward became intrigued in a concealed wooden door he had previously observed. Edward, curious, approaches the door and opens it, revealing an entrance to a secret underground base. The Sheep observed him and requested that Leo, Kamila, and Michael check on him. The picnic is cancelled when the gang finishes their food and follows Edward. Meanwhile, Edward is astounded by how well the entrance is designed. The people welcome him as he passes through a hallway after that. Subsequently, Edward enters the main area through a second set of doors. As they search for him, the group overruns the locals. They become enraged and prevent the group from going inside. The gang informs him that someone broke in and that they are just trying to find the individual. Following that, a villager greets Edward and gives them a tour of the area. On the other side, the group is going through a terrible period, and one of the sheep discovered this as a means of entry. The sheep enters, when a villager assumes she is lost and grabs it in an attempt to locate its owner. Edward visits the bedroom where the villagers all sleep and strikes up a conversation with one of them. To Edward's surprise, the villager reveals that he discovered the facility ten years ago. The villager then forces Edward to accompany him to the area of animals and creatures, where every living thing lives in what are called "homes," giving them a place to rest and a view of the people. The lethal animals are confined to one block. After becoming afraid of the animals, Edward is sent to play with his favorite animal, the wolf. He starts crying because he remembers the wolves as some of his old pals. Once the group managed to enter after a lengthy wait, the other sheep realized that one of them was missing and were alarmed. The sheep split up to locate the missing sheep. Hours went by, and the party still hadn't located Edward or the Sheep due to the base's immense size. The other sheep started crying, which caused the gang to continue searching for Edward and the sheep. When the villagers are all preparing to go to sleep at night, a zombie outbreak causes widespread havoc. When the gang saw that the villagers were being bitten, they hurried to assist. After a brief battle, the party defeats the zombies, and to the delight of the townspeople, it is revealed that the base will no longer feature any creatures. When Edward wakes up in the wee hours of the morning and realizes he has to see his pals again, he panics and bids the villager he met that day farewell, but not before leaving a message. When it is revealed that the sheep belongs to Kamila, the same villager who gave the sheep discovered the group yelling about "Sheep," and she became ecstatic. When Edward gets there, they give each other a big hug before breaking down again. The group then enjoys some time together inside the facility before venturing outside for the first time in several days, ending the episode.

Fortunately, both men survived the crash. Kamila began planning the first design of the aircraft because she didn't want to experience the same problems as the men. Originally, she wanted the aircraft to be enormous and large, but she ultimately decided to make it smaller so that it wouldn't be difficult to maneuver. After constructing the plane's layout, she made the decision to trade for some resources for the engines at first. However, after realizing how difficult it would be for someone to find, she chose to take the easy route and head to the Lovely World village, where she was able to find a group of villagers who were trading for their plane parts after their own aircraft had crashed and wrecked. Kamila soon becomes interested in their efforts and wants to contribute. Following that, the villagers and Kamila repair the plane, and Kamila gets his first peek inside the villagers' plane, where she is astounded by how good the plane's inside is. Seeing how pleased Kamila is, the villagers decided to give her control of the plane and teach her how to fly it. Kamila eventually takes off, and the villagers cheer her on. Then a problem arises, as one of the engines is going to fail while they are in the middle of the ocean. Kamila and the people begin to panic, not wanting to crash. Kamila, on the other hand, after calming down, chose to make an emergency landing into the ocean, realizing that there was no way they could return, before informing the local villagers and his friends about her incident. The plane finally crashed into the ocean, and everyone survived. They are all saved by a ship sent by the people, and Kamila initially felt horrible. However, the villagers inform her that mistakes are a natural, important, and unavoidable part of the learning process, and that it is acceptable to make them. The episode concludes with Kamila learning more about planes and how to be more careful.

In the wake of the earthquake, the group made the decision to reserve a vacation to one of the best and largest kingdoms in the world. The closer the days go to the final countdown before the start of their trip, the more excited the group gets. When finally vacation time arrived, the group traveled to the kingdom. They were astounded by the size of the kingdom and wished they could have stayed longer, as they could only spend approximately five days there. After being given a tour of the kingdom, the group is shocked that they were given the chance to meet the king, as it is not often that one gets to see the head of state, which make Kamila very confused. Leo, confused, questioned the monarch about their invitation, to which he replied that they had rescued the world, which they were referring to the dragon. Meanwhile, at an underground building near the kingdom, "Z" locates the group via his tracker and discloses that they were at the kingdom, before ordering his soldiers to go there to get them. He then decided to start developing a new dragon, claiming that he was the one who created it, in order to destroy the kingdom first, and then the Lovely World. Following the meeting of the "king", which make Kamila even more confused and worried, the group made the decision to view the weaponry, where they were shocked by its incredible potency. However, one of the kingdom's guards informs them that those are not the correct weapons, and that someone may have stolen them and replaced them with a fake version. He also wonders on where are the other guards, which make Kamila curious on how the guard know about this information. A flashback from the night before the gang arrived reveals that a set of "Z" guards were installed, allowing the robot weapons to link to the machine developed by "Z" and allowing him to get any weaponry, converting them into something new. The gang is falling asleep, with Edward grinning out the window and wishing for many more amazing days ahead. However, Kamila is concerned and has chosen to take notes on the king, the weapons, and other things they have seen. During the night, Kamila decided to go outside and inside the castle, where she notices guards that turn invisible and discovers that "Z" guards are kidnapping all of the guards via teleportation to brainwash them and turn them into "Z" guards, revealing that everything she was worried about was true. She addtionally saw the guard from before, that is turned to be one of the "Z"s guards, who is freaking out that he reveals the information to the group. The episode concludes with Kamila racing to the hotel in terror.

The following morning. the group is invited to a private gathering as part of the event, and despite Kamila's attempt to tell Edward about what he saw, the group and Edward refused to listen to her. Startled by this, the gang made the decision to dress up and attend the major event. There, it becomes clear that Edward would receive the throne as a gift from the queen and the king. While the group cheers Edward on, Kamila is very confused and scared on what happened. Meanwhile, it is revealed that the real King and Queen were kidnapped the night before the group arrived, and in the present, a car with the Queen and King in the back seats is all tied to, where if they attempt to escape, they will be shot to death. The guards proceed to a secret subterranean location where "Z" is located, and "Z" informs them that their future is finished and that everything they have constructed will be lost forever within 24 hours, while he plots the final steps in preparing for the major attack that he has been waiting for. In the meantime, the guards decided to use the Tickle torture for the king, while the others uses Rat torture for the queen. The queen, before getting covered in rats, sees that some of the kingdom's guards are in the process of being boiled alive. Meanwhile, back at the kingdom, Edward has even requested the "queen" to accompany him since he is so joyful. Kamila is suspicious about this, but the group still cheers him down. After so long, Kamila tells Leo and Michael about on what she saw. However, the group is very annoyed and decided to leave her behind, to check out "her vision" for herself. This leaves Kamila very upset and refusing to give up, she decided to follow the paths, where Edward and the "queen" want. The episode finally ends on a cliffhanger, showing that the queen is a fake, and Edward screaming and crying out for aid while being taken captive.

Kamila eventually makes it into the castle lobby, where they are apprehended by the guards—a phony bunch of "Z" members—in the lobby, where she fights them to death. While the others people manage to flee, Kamila is taken hostage by the guards, who belong her to the secret base, where she is send to deal with slow slicing. While attempting to save Kamila, the Sheep are also taken hostage, who are send to be force-feed. Meanwhile, "Z," who shows himself to Edward, who is forced to be burned alive, informs him that his group is "forever dead for good," while demonstrating his tremendous assault on the kingdom by initially spawning skeltions, zombies, pigmen, the kingdom's guards, and other dangerous monsters. As the numbers increase, the group finds itself in a precarious situation, with Michael and Leo ultimately being apprehended, the latter being kneecapped. Edward is then shown a live video of the queen, the king, and his companions being tortured. So enraged by this, Edward yelled so powerfully and loudly and gave "Z" shock, which was followed by a massive explosion, liberating Edward from captivity. He first saves his friends, then the queen and king, before turning to "Z" and attack him, as they both engage in a fierce altercation. "Z" then ordered his minions and his dragon to assault everyone in the kingdom, forcing the group to go outside and attack the creatures by themself. The guards proceeded to attack the humans, and Edward, after briefly beating "Z," sent a command instructing the monsters to return and "kill themselves," which they did. However, "Z" issues another command, causing a confrontation between Edward and him, who engage in another fight. A massive fight occurs throughout the kingdom as Edward is ready to be vanquished. He grabbed one of "Z's" main tools and used it to utterly upset "Z" before choosing to have all of the animals, excluding the guards, murder "Z". The huge force of the powers from the creatures ended up destroying the kingdom entirely and ending the conflict. Even though the entire kingdom has been destroyed, the gang manages to survive the blast and gives each other heartfelt hugs. Edward is still in disbelief that his cry caused an explosion and wonders what caused it in the first place. The true king and queen, meantime, are spared and lament the fall of their realm. All of the villagers who were still alive chose to assist and restored the kingdom to its previous state. The dead are remembered in a huge memorial.
