Quincy Martin is a skilled con artist, business fur, weapon repairfur, illegal goods seller and marketer and has made a name for himself in multiple lines of work. Though most of what he does to make money is highly illegal, he can cover it up quickly.

Life:

He was born in an unknown date in Rompton and would live a more unusual life. He would at a early age be exposed to the city's issues with gun violence and even get in on some himself. Ironically, he lived across the street from rapper L1ttle b0Y and even saw him occasionally. Quincy would live in the city and start his own career selling illegal weapons. On August 9th, he would witness through the window of his house the murder of L1ttle b0Y and would be reportedly seen near the home of the murderer Russel King around three minutes before his murder. A rumor would spread about Quincy in Rompton. He would later decide to move out into the desert in Rovada where he could not be tracked. Before he left Rompton, he decided to start gunning down the lower town's citizens during a gang war. Even Robloxians in their homes were killed. He would do all this while live-streaming it on a body cam set to keep a kill counter and posting it on BloxTok until his body cam was shot. He would cut the recording while the sounds of his shotgun could be heard. Before his camera was cut, he killed 48 people.

He would as soon as the sun set and the police approached him get in his truck and flee the city.

The Masked Killer Kitsune:

While he was travelling he would continue his killings by conducting multiple drive-by shootings on random civilians to test his weapon builds. He would first kill ten motorcyclists in Rensselaer County with his truck. Upon reaching Rohio, he took Interblox 80 and would kill 30 people in the countryside with a sawed off shotgun. After doing so, he would continue his rampage crossing multiple state lines being given the nickname "The Masked Killer Kitsune" by the Federal Surveillance Bureau. He would decide to rob a store in Greenville, Wisconsin and kill the employees of the place. After doing so, he would go around the city shooting at other drivers killing five and injuring eight. He would reach the town of Horton, Wisconsin and kill eleven Robloxians in the town's park. Afterwards, he would go up to the mayor of Horton's house and break in, killing the mayor and robbing the home. He would continue on killing across Robloxia. His nickname would be all over news stations. After a week of hunting for him, authorities would start closing in on him. He would be tracked down to Las Valencias where he would frame his brother Owen Martin for the killings. His brother would be sentenced to life in prison and Quincy would go free.

However, he heard that some killer freed Owen, who goes by the name of "The Rabbit Killer". Due to this, he had to find this killer and eliminate him with Owen.

In his journal, which would be found in his house years later by a real estate agent in late 2031 was a note with blood on it which read:

Eye for an eye. The man killed Haskel, I killed him. They will never find me. Not enough evidence to it. No one saw my face, fur color, or anything.

Work in Rovada:

As the owner and overseer of El Furr Smugglers and a former member of The Furry Hater Exterminators , he has not so good reputation with the Anti-Furry Coalition (despite Furry Killer Federation liking his illegal weapon builds) but makes good marketing out of his haters.

• During the time he worked for The Furry Hater Exterminators, he thought up ways to ruin the Anti-Furry Coalition members by using fake websites to collect information on them and then selling information to government officials.
• After forming the El Furr Smugglers, he built a empire in Bloxburg and New Blockers City by selling guns to gangs such as the Ro-Bloods.
• He has a reputation of teasing members of other groups and demanding payment if they did not pay up within a week. Such talks ended up like these:

Ok I gave you Furry Killer Federation guys the weapons now I want my money. Don't make me send my team after you to collect that payment.

• He says the only mistake he made in sales was:

"Giving my goods to those useless Reaper's Mercs. That Lucario Cunningham isn't worth dirt. First he refuses to pay me then threatens to send his group of misfits after me if I label him working for me as him being fired? He ain't good at all."

Joining Furry Headquarters:

After the chaos involving the Reaper's Mercs he is greeted at his shop by some members of Furry Headquarters:

Unknown Furry Headquarters agent codenamed J: "Are you Quincy Martin? Leader of El Furr Smugglers?"

Quincy: Yes I am... Keep your voice down I don't want the customers to who I am."

J: "You and your top guys are coming with us"

Quincy: "Says who?"

J: "Under order number 211b of the The Furry Council you are to gather your top guys and enter the unmarked bus out front. Failure to comply will result in the illegal deals you have made being exposed."

Quincy: "Fine."

He then entered the bus and saw Arctic Fox.

Arctic Fox: "Hello Martin."

Quincy: "Mr Fox. How nice to meet you here."

Arctic Fox: "Your a Weapon Seller... a good one, and your a good con artist."

Quincy: "Thanks. So why did you call me to here?"

Arctic Fox: "You'll see..."

Return of the Masked Killer Kitsune:

On December 22nd, 2031, he would start his plan of killing The Furry Council who he deemed useless despite being part of it. His first target would be Arctic Fox:

Furry Headquarters Site-01-B audio log: 12-22-2031: 11:21:10pm: 

Arctic: "Quincy, what are you doing awake at this time? You are usually asleep."

Quincy: "No rest for me tonight. I must finish what I started."

Arctic: "Ah so you are finally finishing the plans for that gun that can pierce armor?"

Quincy: "*laughing* Oh I already did... Now I need a test subject, and he is standing right here."

Arctic: "What?"

*Sounds of two high powered gunshots are heard, with the Demonic Protegent Gear being alerted of the damage*

Demonic Protegent Gear System: "Danger, Severe Injuries detected at the Upper and Lower Abdomen. Heart Rate: 200 beats per minute, Panic Attack Imminent."

Arctic: "Agh- Q- Quincy, I trusted you."

Quincy: "How long would it have taken you to figure out I was the Masked Killer Kitsune?"

Arctic: "You lied to me... Why?"

Quincy: "Should have listened to Lucario Cunningham and Fredric Thorne. They both left warnings on your desk about me. You disregarded both of them."

Arctic: "ALL UNITS WE HAVE A- what?"

Quincy: "Oh I'm sorry, I cut the mic's cord. You are dead Arctic, and so is the rest of the council."

Arctic: "How could you d- d- do this to me? I just gave you a second c- c- chance..."

Quincy: "You never expected someone from within to do it, let alone a fellow director."

*Sounds of a third gunshot as Arctic Fox lay on the floor bleeding with the Demonic Protegent Gear being alerted again*

Demonic Protegent Gear System: "Alert, Subject is in Critical State, Possible Estimated Time before death is 4 Minutes."

Quincy quickly attempts to leave the room, but AhaGotcha and Hayley arrived*

AhaGotcha: "Hey me and Hayley forgot to tell you somet- OH MY GOD! ARCTIC!"

AhaGotcha: *Glares at Quincy* "YOU SON OF A BIRTHCHUCK!"

*Quincy attacked AhaGotcha and attempt to stab her, but she was resisting the fight*

Hayley: "I NEED MEDICAL IN ARCTIC'S LOUNGE NOW! HE HAS BEEN SHOT!"

Arctic: "3Nd tHe B@$T@rd..." (Corruption in Voice due to Demonic Fursuit)

Arctic Fox throw the Arctic M1911 Pistol to Hayley before Hayley shot Quincy in the Back, puncturing his heart and causing him to die because of Internal Bleeding*

Quincy was shot by Hayley in the back, causing Quincy to die by heart puncture. Arctic Fox recovered in three working days and his Demon Protegent Gear was fixed up.

Arctic Fox went to Quincy's grave and then said either of the following dialogues depending on their relationship, before Arctic Fox spat on his grave and left.

Post-life findings:

A day after Quincy's death, it would be found by Furry Containment Foundation and the United Kemonos of Neo-Japan who sent support groups to Furry Headquarters that he had paid a spy to get Fredric out of a position in the council he was after. His plan would fail as Ronin Cruz who is a asset of Thorne Industries was picked. It was also found he had disguised as his brother to avoid being noticed. Concerns would be raised globally after it was found another Furry Headquarters director was down making two in one month. Hayakawa Kumiko of United Kemonos would address everyone with:

I'm certain Robloxia and the rest of the world is confused and concerned about Furry Headquarters losing a director then having another one go rouge. As with Furry Headquarters us and Apolloyon Science will be standing right beside all those who are rightfully scared.

Furry Headquarters would decide to leave his position open until either the asset from United Kemonos that Fredric Thorne offered to bring to Furry Headquarters arrived or the RSCP Foundation gave authorization to collect his brother from the D-Class cells.

..."What do you mean he's back?":

A week after his death, a report would be received by Lucario Cunningham from Marius Thorne concerning Quincy:

Lucario: "Marius what's wrong?"

Marius: "It is Quincy, he vanished from his grave in Rompton."

Lucario: "Marius, did you steal some of Arctic's Sarkov Cheatu again? We know how you get when you have too much of it."

Marius: "NO! Look at this camera image."

Lucario: "What in the hell?"

Lucario would bring the message to The Furry Council concerning Quincy's apparent reawakening."

Lucario: "Hey uh, hate to bother you right now but somehow Quincy Martin returned."

Night: "Haha, good one. He is six feet under. He isn't back."

Lucario: "I'm not joking. He is back."

Arctic: "That is impossible. What do you mean he's back?"

Lucario: "Hang on here let me get the camera footage up."

Hayley: "That can'- it doesn't- I don't- I shot him. He died I saw it."

Lucario: "Here we go..."

Arctic: "Who is that in the van? Who is the one digging up the grave?"

Ronin: "Well well well, Casandra Fox wants a serial killer working with her."

Sierra: "We have a issue, someone stole Project Revival from the morgue."

Arctic: "Well that's something I need to bring back alive."

Hayley: "What?"

Arctic: "Ever heard of The Rabbit Killer?"

Night: "The Serial Killer that mostly target children?"

Arctic: "Yes, but he has a terrifying secret."

Sierra: "What do you mean?"

Arctic: "The Killer is the Android himself, and he is about arrive right about... Now."

*The Rabbit Killer arrived by Teleporter*

The Rabbit Killer: "Ask for me?"

Lucario: "Holy Crap, The Rabbit Killer is Real!"

The killer reawakened:

On December 28th, 2031, after a short meeting of Furry Headquarters Directors Shadowkitty Candy and Amy Char and Global Occult Coalition agents over a anomalous item found in Central Park in New Blockers City , they would be spending a short amount of time in the park with Micha Snowy to discuss classified information. While they were there, Quincy was watching and waiting for them to enter a spot where he could kill them. He would stalk them for about twenty minutes until Amy took notice in which he quickly would knock her out before a alert could be raised. He would then proceed to follow Shadowkitty and Snowy and attempted to kill both of them, critically injuring Snowy, and stabbing Shadowkitty near the heart. Snowy's radio would pick up Quincy talking to Snowy:

Snowy: "W- why are y- you doing this?"

Quincy: "Revenge. The Furry Council found my secrets. Now they know about my brother. I will kill them before they find out the secrets I was told. You are just in my way."

Snowy: "The GOC will assure your death and whoever brought you back."

Quincy: "Too bad they will be busy with the D.O.R."

Snowy: "What do y-you mea- *sounds of a gunshot heard over the radio*"

After the attempted assassination, Quincy would last be seen fleeing from the park by police officials. Investigations would be done into who brought Quincy back and to no success, until Furry Headquarters took over the case and had enough evidence to prosecute Cassandra Fox for reviving a serial killer (however decided to sanction her for termination).

The bodies of Snowy, Shadowkitty, and Amy Char were revived by Project Revival at Site-02.

The Rabbit Killer VS The Kitsune Killer

On December 30th, 2031, he was ambushed by The Rabbit Killer, where Quincy was too cocky to even notice it was Arctic Fox's Version behind the rabbit mask. The Rabbit Killer then said this to Quincy,

You know me like your old friend back in the days, but now my enemy. This is going to be fun as I got your head for a bounty in Furry Headquarters.

Cassandra failed you, she didn't expect me to be with you, until now.

Goodbye, Kitsune Killer.

The Rabbit Killer shot two bullets at Quincy, one hitting the shoulder and the other hitting the chest, before going closer to him and saying.

I got a secret to show you anyways Quincy, you may hate it or like it, but your old time is gone. Your gang has fallen, you failed them.

The Rabbit Killer removed his mask, showing it to be AndroidTan's third version, before stabbing Quincy in the heard.

The body was buried at Lake Ro-Erie, and was burned up with kerosene and a cigarette.

His second haunting return

For unknown reasons, multiple reports would be filed starting February 7th, 2032 of sightings of Quincy around the site. Most of the research teams would play them off as impossible or paranoia. However, the teams would start getting concerned when they became more common, eventually reaching to the point where paranormal activity started. The first raise of concern would be reported by Benjamin Soft, who was confused about a bunch of glitches happening in the mental research ward. He would radio security on the issue:

Hey uh, not sure if security even knows what is going on but my section seems to be uh... Haunted? I swear I saw someone in black roaming around?"

Quincy would be located after stabbing three security agents and arrested. He would be brought before The Furry Council to question him on how he returned.

Arctic: "Ok Quincy, you are now concerning me. We made sure that Project Revival could not work and yet here you are. How, may I ask?"

Quincy: *Laughing* "Oh it is quite simple. I am not like the rest. I will finish my calling no matter how much I am killed. I can simply reawaken. I still have the scar from being stabbed in the head Arctic. How about those scars from the bullets I put in ya Arctic?"

Arctic: "Just got it stitched."

Night: "Well then we will kill you over and over until you are dead forever."

Amy: "Waste of assets. It is clear he won't die. We will send him to a insane asylum. One where he can't hurt anyone...

Arctic: "What one you have in mind?"

Amy: "Sent him to Riverside Mental Hospital."

Escape from Riverside

He would be transported to the asylum and would stay for two days. In his time in the hospital, he would manage to injure multiple doctors and nurses. He would be reported missing after a attempt to control him was made. In his escape, he would murder three security officers and steal a Davenport Police Department car in which he would drive to the Scott County Mental Health Research Institute and start opening fire on the building. He would be recorded calling the police chief:

*Laughing* Oh DPD chief Hogan Spencer, you will be yet another dot on my kill list if you attempt to capture me.

He would be spotted escaping via a county road and would not be spotted until reaching his old hometown of Rompton.

Willingly arrested

On February 12th, he would be cornered after breaking into his old house in Rompton. Furry Task Forces would call in the forces of the Global Occult Coalition due to possible anomalous ties he had. He would be questioned by GOC operative Micha Snowy as to why he was doing what he was doing, in which he would be recorded saying:

I- I am a monster. I betrayed my friends. My family. For what? Because I wanted to filter out my past trauma? I tried putting myself out of my own misery and it failed each time. I kept coming back from the dead. I hurt my friends on The Furry Council. I never wanted to hurt them but something snapped inside me. Please, help me. I regret what I have done.

He would be carefully arrested and taken to Nightmare Asylum in DarkSpire City where he would be kept until further evaluation could be done.

Called back to The Global Furry Agency Headquarters:

On March 7th, one day after the death of AhaGotcha, Quincy who had been attacked by the ones that murdered would be brought before the very council he had betrayed for questioning.

Everything had changed from Furry Headquarters usual High Alert to Security Control as GDA forces were stationed for guards.

GDA Guard: "Arctic Fox, there is someone requesting to speak with you and the council."

*Quincy Enters and was faced with cold heartless glares*

Last Ronin: "Steaming Jesus."

Arctic: *sigh* "Quincy Martin, Director turned serial killer turned, vigilante?"

Quincy: "I lost my sanity. You wouldn't understand how it feels having a curse that prevents you from dying but at the same time resorting to violence when distressed." 

Night: "Quincy, what you did was cruel but you seem to be upset by it all and regret the actions which you seem to have had no control over. That still doesn't change what you did, who you hurt, the damage you left." 

Quincy: "I-I'm sorry for what I've done. I couldn't control myself. Alice understood that and was willing to trust me to help her. Now she is gone because she couldn't foresee the risks with trying to destroy her past mistakes. I could fix it for her, killing me is impossible."
