Owen Martin

Owen Martin, like his brother Quincy Martin is a skilled weapon maker though unlike his brother does not build them illegally.

Life in Rompton:

He was born with his brother in the town of Rompton and was raised to accept the neighborhood's issue with violence. At the age of 13 he would commit his first murder at his home after a robber broke in. The judge in the case would rule it a accidental homicide and a act of self-defense.

In 2014 he would be hired at a small gun store in the town and would quickly become the owner of it after the one who hired him passed it down to him. He would sadly fail in running the place as it kept getting robbed causing him to go bankrupt. After feeling ashamed with his own failure he would pack his bags and head west to find the easiest job he could get. It would lead him to the casino of lucrative owner Marcus Ross in Las Valencias.

A deal make in the dusk:

On August 1st, 2017 he would be given a offer by Marcus of a gang he was the leader of:

Marcus: "Ah Owen, such a pleasure to meet you." 

Owen: "I-I... I can't believe it is really you. I admire your work."

Marcus: "Why thank you. Here have a seat. Would you like some Sarkov Cheatu?"

Owen: "I'm not much of a drinker." 

Marcus: "Anyway, Owen have a look around you on this roof. What do you see?"

Owen: "Neon and desert. Casinos and clubs. excited people."

Marcus: "That is what you see, I see money. I have learned the way of the underground here. The House always wins Owen."

Owen: "You said over the phone call you needed someone to lead a gang?"

Marcus: "I have two gangs, the El Furr Smugglers and El Furr Debt Collectors. They manage the floor of my casino and remove any "unruly" guests. I want them to start work outside of my buildings."

Owen: "Ok but don't expect me to engage in anything that could get me killed."

Framed by his brother:

On August 16th, 2017, Owen would be framed as being the Masked Killer Kitsune by his brother after he knew he needed someone to cover for him. Owen would try to fight the charges but due to his brother wearing his outfit and intentionally looking like his brother he would be sentenced to either death or becoming a subject for the RSCP Foundation. He would pick being a subject and be sent to [REDACTED] where he would never see the light of day again. About three months in he would write in his logbook in the site:

I don't know how long I can handle this. I witnessed Class-D inmate 321211 die to a abomination that was a Dracobloxxer. If I knew how to get a message out to any of them, The Serpent's Hand or Are We Cool Yet? to get me out of here I would.

He expresses hatred for his brother and was wanting Quincy to die, until the day he was broken out.

First meeting The Rabbit Killer

On October 24th, 2017, Owen was broken free by a GFA Private Assassin Contractor codenamed "The Rabbit Killer", but thinking the killer was wanting to kill him, he attempts to run away from safety. The Rabbit Killer had to risk his identity to not get Owen endangered.

They were ambushed by RSCP Foundation Forces, but The Rabbit Killer and Owen survived. However, Owen accidentally saw the face of The Rabbit Killer and didn't realize that the Killer is actually an associate he has recently met.

Owen was sent to the Medical Ward and was questioned by Director Arctic Fox on his imprisonment, until he heard that Quincy framed Owen. Which led to Arctic Fox telling Owen that his brother was now a Target to be terminated.

Audio Log, Progress Investigation on Subject Owen Martin.

Owen was admitted to the Medical Ward due to Trama and PTSD.

From records I recovered from the RSCP Archive and Global Investigation and Justice Department Records, I found out that the evidence was too week for charges to even set it.

Owen developed some PTSD Stress from the RSCP Foundation, where he saw his friend dubbed D-321211 got taken by the RSCP. I had to pardon him to sent him to the Trama Bay.

We are unable to question him due to GIJD Involvement, however after extensive paperwork from the Internal Affairs of Special Forces, I manage to talk to him under a guise of him giving lunch and having a talk, and what I heard from the conversation was that his brother framed him.

Due to this I have been planning to execute Quincy at a perfect timing, but still... I need more time to think. Anyways, getting ahead of myself, the next days are harder to work with.

Audio Log, Progress Investigation on Subject Owen Martin Part 2.

I keep on hearing him taking about this Rabbit Killer, from my talk during my latest visit. He said that the Killer help him escape and helped him out of the RSCP Site.

He said the Identity of the Killer oddly resembles me, but I think it was because of Stress, so I have to tell him that The Rabbit Killer is not real.

I have to offer him an Office Job to work for us so the RSCP Foundation can get off his back.

I hope no one knows about the Killer's secret... because it may be disastrous.
