The 2026 January Anti-Corporatist Protests and Riots are an ongoing series of protests, riots, demonstrations, and acts of violence led by independent activists that started on January 7, 2026 with the full implementation of the Age Checks for Communication Executive Order, with the goal of getting the executive order rescinded. The series was notable for being the first round of anti-Baszucki and anti-authoritarian protests on Baszucki's third term, and it is on track on to be the largest demonstration on the United States of Robloxia's entire recorded history, presumably exceeding the Free Schlepington Movement, which ended after nine days with the collusion of Ronnie Ginger on Schlep with the former saying he will help Schlep restore his Robloxian citizenship, which effectively weakened the movement to the point where all Robloxians were now focused on Robloxians dressing themselves as green beans in Grow a Garden Fields.
Background:
In the country of United States of Robloxia on November 18, 2025, the Robloxian government executed the Age Checks for Communication Executive Order (which was teased on September 3, 2025 as a response to many lawsuits suing the Robloxian government for not doing enough to stop predators in the country and Schlep being deported), which was planned to undergo a phased implementation. However, due to robloxians revealing early criticism about the executive order during its partial implementation, such as limiting civilian control, increasing exploitation, and increasing kidnappings, they tried to advocate for the rescinding of the executive order, but unfortunately, they failed.
In early December 2025, in particular the first week of December, the first phase of the executive order was implemented. All of a sudden, robloxians of Bloxstralian, Blox Zealander, and Netherbloxian descent were mandated to age check themselves to unlock the right to communicate. While other descents of robloxians and other robloxians had to voluntarily age check themselves, they still had the right to communicate. During that time, protests, riots, and demonstrations were not as large to gain notability, as they mostly targeted locations with a Bloxstralian, Blox Zealander, and Netherbloxian majority. Advocation for the rescinding of the executive order, despite being a failure, continued, but it still remained a failure.
As the executive order later expanded to more robloxians in early January 2026 (January 7, 2026), robloxians saw that the demands to rescind the executive order were not being listened to, a classic sign that the Corporatist Party was not respecting its political party value of respecting the community. Feeling disrespected, they began to protest, riot, and demonstrate.
Events:
For some reason, the Republican Party of Robloxia has remained neutral on the protests. Michael Wallace supports the protests, however, and a far-right faction also belonging to the political party itself opposes the protest.
The Protests
Robloxians protested that the executive order caused their fundamental rights, such as privacy and freedom, to be lost. While the protests, riots, and demonstrations were largely localized on November 18, 2025, when Bloxman made a corporate blog post about age checks, on January 7, 2026, when Bloxman announced that the era of voluntary age checking was over to be supplanted by mandatory age checking or no communication, protests, and riots, and demonstrations became heavily nationalized. As of January 11, 2026, Robloxia President Mason "Scorpio" Smith is yet to invoke the Insurrection Act and deploy Robloxian Guard troops to key Robloxian cities.
One symbolic protest incited in Robloxia was to have robloxians dress up as Guests and slightly modify their shirts. Meanwhile, an online protest broke out in a petition platform website that hosted a petition calling for Builderman to not run for the 2028 Robloxian Presidential Elections under the Corporatist Party. That petition got even more signatures when it did when Schlepington was deported, now at 300,000 strong.
Meanwhile, smaller content creators in Robloxia decided to protest by experimenting to find a flaw in the order. They would dress up as celebrities, historical figures, and even wear masks to make them seem like younger or older they looked like compared to them without the costume. This caused the mean absolute error (MAE) in the technology vendor used by the Robloxian government to spike from 1.4 years to an such unreliable amount that the Bloxia Kingdom is trying to actively revoke the technology vendor's Age Check Certification Scheme Reward, a reward given to age check certification schemes that successfully minimize the MAE past a certain threshold that child development experts agree it can be used to properly age check citizens.
The notable demonstration
A notable demonstration occurred in an unknown area in Robloxia where users would grab cans of spray paint and spray paint on Robloxian surfaces, with the non-verbal protest chants "How?", "Robloxia silenced us", "I can communicate but I hate the AI thingy", "Let us communicate", "give us the right to communicate", and many more protest chants in paint format being sprayed on to the surfaces. The suspects are only known as Zari, Niffty, Sam, and Brooke. It is unknown if the demonstrators were ever caught, but the person who took a photo of the demonstration was the owner of the unknown area and appreciated their graffiti.
Some protesters turned into literal martyrs, choosing to purchase shotguns and then swore to take their own lives because of this executive order, while others remained figurative martyrs and choose to destroy their chairs and in some localized cases, their entire house. Due the Second Amendment in Robloxia still existing at that time (the right to bear arms should never be infringed), shotgun sales in Robloxia saw their best business in a long time.
With the executive order in full effect, most protests, riots, and demonstrations became very difficult to de-escalate due to communication limitations internalized into the executive order itself, but despite this, some Robloxians, like New Voldex Party's Voldex Bloke Jr., were able to find non-communicating ways to de-escalate the protests, riots, and demonstrations.
The protests even entered the manufacturing industry in many manufacturers in Robloxia that developed items immediately pivoted towards a nascent trend: manufacturing items plastered with age verification and executive order protest slogans. Those manufacturing businesses saw significant surges in consumer demand for their products.
A business listing for a 16-25 year old Robloxian being put for sale.
Meanwhile, a past illegal business in Robloxia has been revitalized, being utilized as a symbolic protest strategy, namely the practice of selling robloxians. Businesses would list on electronic commerce websites robloxians who have already committed to the executive order. Robloxians would be able to purchase a Robloxian of a specific age group and adopt and raise it, ultimately turning it into a pawn that can be used to target robloxians of the same age group.
However, under the Terms of Citizenship, the Robloxian government prohibits the purchase of robloxians or listing themselves as purchasable robloxians, so those sales are considered illegal not only by the Robloxian government but also on electronic commerce websites.
Another protest breaking out in an unidentified location in Robloxia
Some robloxians swore to commit some violent acts to the Robloxian government, including but not limited to an incitement and advocation of a violent revolution against the Robloxian government, which experts say if successful, could create a possible transition of the protests and riots turning into a full blown revolutionary war. A tentative title would be the Second Robloxian Revolutionary War.
Violence from the protesters soon escalated on January 17, 2026, prompted in part by the police massacre in Robloxia City on that day. Progressives, Independents, and the Committee for the Defense of Democracy organized an anti-government march and rally.
The Counterprotests
The response to the protests by the Corporatist Party was noted for being swift and retributive. Matt Bloxman, the one who made the announcement on September 3, 2025 teasing it, would also be the one coming up with the Corporatist Party response the next day after the Age Checks for Communication Executive Order was implemented.
Bloxman would then authorize an audit on all manufacturing businesses to determine if an item or shirt was protesting against the executive order, if so, would ban them from being sold, as well as deporting any Robloxian who purchased them and chose to wore them (Bloxman called them protesters). Shirt manufacturers and businesses simply created to selling those shirts and items were to be shut down as if they were illegal businesses.
Bloxman would then authorize the arrests, punishments, and deportations of any robloxians who would protest the new law, no matter how peaceful the assembly was. This threat of deportation would be seen as trying to turn Robloxia into an two-party authoritarian right democratic country with Republicans and Corporatists being the two predominant parties in Robloxia and all others being suppressed to a third party.
On January 16, 2026, the Corporatist Party claimed that the protests and riots were a threat to citizen safety.
On January 17, 2026, the Robloxia City Police Department opened fire on a protesting crowd, killing 52 unarmed robloxians and injuring 210. As news of this spread across the country, the unrest intensified.
On January 29, 2026, the Robloxian government noted that Robloxians were dressing up in particular appearances to protest the executive order, so instead of rescinding, they decided to implement another draconian executive order, namely the For All Robloxians, A Compliant and Appropriate Appearance Mandate Executive Order, which further intensified the domestic unrest.
Support and Organization:
Progressive Party, Democratic Party, Independent Party, Committee for the Defense of Democracy
Those political parties and the committee, as usual, has organized protests, and has also initiated the actions that the protests are supposed to lead to. There is little information about the party's involvement in the riots. John Puma was not interviewed on the situation, but he can said to be have continued to despise such events as they destroy property of bystanders and endanger the lives of citizens, as well as those taking part and the police. He has previously said that he will only support peaceful protests, but it is presumed he remains in support of peaceful protests. The rest of the Progressive Party is largely in agreement, and it is expected that the Democratic Party and the Committee for the Defense of Democracy, have similar agreement on peaceful protests. The Independent Party, however, is in partial agreement, with some agreeing that peaceful assemblies should be held while others have committed themselves to riot until the Robloxian government rescinds the Age Checks to Communication Executive Order. The Progressive Party, Democratic Party, and the Committee for the Defense of Democracy organized the protests. While some Independent Party robloxians organized the protests, some riots were even organized by the Independent Party robloxians, and even some decided to organize demonstrations instead. This is due to the group being very diverse due to the lack of connections.
Anti Corporatist Party
The Anti Corporatist Party joined the fight for rescinding of the executive order too, but has came to other demands besides rescinding the Age Checks to Communication Executive Order. They demand that Robloxia immediately return back to a libertarian egalitarian individualistic federalist democracy like it was prior to 2004. They argue that the current Age Checks to Communication Executive Order is just another natural result of the autocratic and authoritarian Robloxian government and believe that Robloxian lives must be improved or defended.
Radical Parties
There has also been some involvement of various radical political parties in the riots, including Communist Party Robloxia, possibly using it as a pretext. They also might be using it to plan to commit violent acts against the Robloxian government, including but not limited to an incitement and advocation of a violent revolution against the Robloxian government, which experts say if successful, could create a possible transition of the protests and riots turning into a full blown revolutionary war.
Sub-Protests:
The protests and riots that would unfold in Robloxia would largely be divided into many smaller protests and riots with identical goals.

Protests and riots later found to be independent:
2026 Brookhaven High School Massacre
On January 14, 2026, Brookhaven High School would be subject to a massacre, killing 13 and injuring 8. Initially, the suspects were suspected to have done this with a motive of getting Robloxia to abolish the age check executive order, before the suspects were later found alive and well on January 18, 2026, with only one of their suspects choosing to take their own life on the day of the massacre itself. They were interviewed to find a particular motive. It was later revealed that the particular motive was not getting Robloxia to abolish the age check executive order but an entirely different motive.
