The 2026 Brookhaven Anti-Corporatist Protests and Riots are an ongoing series of protests, riots, demonstrations, and acts of violence led by independent activists that started on January 7, 2026 with the full implementation of the Age Checks for Communication Executive Order, with the goal of getting the executive order rescinded. They are the part of the larger 2026 Anti-Corporatist Protests and Riots.

For some reason, the Republican Party of Robloxia has remained neutral on the protests. Michael Wallace supports the protests, however, and a far-right faction also belonging to the political party itself opposes the protest.
The Protests
Initial Protests
The protests and riots started in January 7, 2026, when small local news outlets captured the dire situation of Brookhaven at that time and broadcasted it to their specific localities, trying to prompt immediate responses from the local governments nearby. Officers of the Brookhaven Police Department tried to de-escalate those protests and riots, believing those were mild disruptions of the peace, but they were ironically affected by the same executive order, so attempts to use communication to de-escalate the situation automatically failed, leading some of the officers to defect from the Brookhaven Police Department and join those protests and riots too.

On January 15, 2026, two Bloxrazilian news outlets at the scene successfully managed to capture the dire situation of the town at that time and broadcast it to Bloxrazil, which has prompted an immediate government response from the country of Bloxrazil.
Subway Closures Due To Protests and Explosion on Brookhaven Mall

There were talks in the Madison County Transit Authority (MCTA) to shut down the key downtown subway station of the Brookhaven Subway, appropriately named Downtown, to prevent bottlenecks and possible damage after Brookhaven Police Department's Riot Sub-Department had to be called to control the crowd at the Downtown station, but due to the riot sub-department unable to control the crowd using communication methods and the fact the talks in the MCTA were unable to occur due to the executive order itself, the Downtown station suffered from bottlenecks and so much damage that the station had to be shut down on January 16, 2026 due to it being so damaged the entire station was unable to be properly designated as a functionally operating station by the MCTA, under the city mayor's executive order that the MCTA helped back called "Indefinite Shutdown of Downtown Station". While this was successful in controlling the riots, Brooks Diner, Brookhaven Motel, Brookhaven Bank, Corner Apartments, Brookhaven Town Hall, Brooks Plaza (The Mall), Madison County Civilian Airport, and the other three subway stations saw a sudden increase in rioting activity, creating more subway bottlenecks and damage. It is projected that if on January 25, 2026 (when the next subway audit is scheduled to occur) those protests and riots subside, then those subway stations would not be closed and the Downtown station would reopen, removing the bottleneck.
One of the most devastating riots accompanied with a explosion in Brookhaven Mall history occurred when the stores of the mall would be looted by a team of 50 Robloxians, which resulted in the stores having nothing to sell due to the looting and the immediate early closure of Brooks Plaza at 14:30:00 Brookhaven time, as well as rioters shooting everyone at the mall at that time and demolishing the entire mall with a propane-based explosive. It would remain closed until the mall was rebuilt the next day. 39 deaths were reported, making this the deadliest shooting in Brookhaven history. However, nine Robloxians were killed on the other side.
The Day of the Four Riots (January 17, 2026)

Two riots occurred on Brookhaven Avenue at 08:00 and 10:00 respectively, with one riot being so significant that it even attracted other protesters, such as ones who demanded Robloxia once again ban dating, who yelled "F daters!" at the crowd. "Stop silencing us", "Let us speak again", "Give us the right to speak, Baszucki", "How dare you, Baszucki! Give us the right to speak!", "Please give us speak", "We need our right to speak back", "Let us speak", and "Give speak" became protest chants used by the crowd. The riots lasted for two hours each, and at each riot, they disassembled without the intervention of the riot control sub-department of the Brookhaven Police Department.
At 14:30, Downtown Brookhaven would be subject to the same riot-based terrorist attack, but this time, the team involved had a company, with 60 rioters joining them, for a total of 110 rioters. This would become known as the 2026 Downtown Brookhaven Bombing, and it would demolish key areas of the Downtown Brookhaven area with more propane-based explosives and they would shoot and kill even more Robloxians who supported corporatism in Robloxia while looting the locations, except for the Brookhaven Mall, which they would leave unscathed. 30 were killed.
Finally, at 21:00, at evening, the last riot known for having a bizarre protest chant "LET US SPEAK AHHH BASZUCKIII" was a planned three hour yelling festival that was disassembled by riot control on 23:00 (the town entered quiet hours that hour). Some riot control officers learned how to de-escalate the situation without a single communication, and it was successful, with the last rioter successfully controlled by the Brookhaven Police Department at 23:59.

Rioters go militant (January 18, 2026)

At 21:00, Brookhaven would be subject to a new novel form of riot-based terrorist attack shortly after the non-notable Crown Pointe Bus Stop Shooting, which killed three, and the looting of key areas outside of downtown Brookhaven, with three bomber fighters demolishing key areas outside of Downtown Brookhaven with high-explosive bombs and incendiary devices, the latter of which created a firestorm that took three hours to put out by the Brookhaven Fire Hall and consumed the terrain of Blackhawk, Lake Madison, and Crown Pointe. 21 were killed because of the high-explosive bombs and 36 were injured from the incendiary device initiated firestorm, with 12 robloxians suffering from first degree burns, 12 robloxians suffering from second degree burns, and 12 robloxians suffering from third degree burns. This was the first time an aerial bombing was used as a riot tactic by the protesters, which caused concerns on robloxians that Robloxia was about to enter a second civil revolutionary war, the first civil war since 1861 and the first revolutionary war since 1775, 251 years ago, and the betting markets exemplified this when they predicted that Robloxia could enter a second civil revolutionary war in early 2026, which they fear might be successful (the Robloxian government could collapse) and last until late 2026.

The 2026 Oaks Shooting was a devastating shooting, killing 17 and injuring 7. The shooter wanted to remove the Corporatist Party influence in Oaks, and they succeeded.

Brookhaven High School Massacre of 2026
On January 14, 2026, an riot that became known as the 2026 Brookhaven High School Massacre occurred in the Brookhaven High School, creating a tragedy in the high school and resulting in 13 dead and 8 injured. For four days, Robloxians thought that the riot was caused by Robloxians upset by the age check executive order, before the suspects were interviewed from the press on January 18, 2026, only to have found out the riot had a different motive instead.

Voldex Bloke Jr (Brookhaven’s Mayor) Response
Initial suspension for major riots and protests
11 days after the inciting protest on January 7, Mayor Voldex Bloke Jr. finally responded to the protests. The city would implement security protocols to ensure protests and riots can never occur again, but a compromise was discovered in the Robloxian Constitution; only peaceful protests will be allowed in Brookhaven, and riots would be prohibited.
Voldex’s orders to the Alpha Chi Ps to end protests
After the rioters were not peaceful, Voldex gave a warning to the Alpha Chi Ps (the ACP later found itself acquitted due to the peaceful plans of their group) and other rioters to stop rioting. After the Brookhaven Mall Explosion, Voldex ordered the Alpha Chi Ps and rioters to quit rioting in Brookhaven and immediately peacefully protest or they will retaliate, and they would ally with IAC to get any rioters assassinated. New Voldex Party retaliated a bit in the explosion, sending Brookhaven Police Department to kill nine Alpha Chi Ps members.
