Matthew Bloxman (born 1969), commonly known as Matt Bloxman, is a Robloxian politician, previously serving as head of the Robloxia Immigrations and Customs Enforcement between 2023 and 2026. As the head of the Robloxia Immigrations and Customs Enforcement Bloxman has been a source of controversy and investigation into his practices and ethics.

Early Life

Bloxman was born in Brookhaven in July 1969, and moved to MeepCity at the age of 14. In university, he went to the University of Bloxburg Valley to get a BS in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering and Roginia Tech to get an MS in Aerospace Engineering from Roginia Tech. His first entry into politics begun when he became a senator for the 20th District in Robloxia City, D.C., in 1992, at the age of 23. At the age of 28, he moved to MeepCity and continued to be a senator.

Prior to government instatement

Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, he became a major advocate for revitalizing MeepCity and its surrounding areas. He also was a vocal critic of the decline in Meepcity, and even requested the National Guard to enter the city to remove the criminals. In 2013, he started a technology company along with his job to develop an artificial intelligence that could be used to detect illegal activity on the internet and report it to Robloxian police agencies, but he sold the company in 2015, and was scarcely implemented. In 2015, he announced his intention to resign as a senator and join the Robloxia Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.

Work under Builderman

Hired into his position by Builderman in 2023, Matt had over 20 years of executive leadership experience with law enforcement and security as he foresaw the construction of highly successful online marketplaces, enterprise software as a service applications, and large-scale multiplayer games for companies in the past. He oversaw the deportation of numerous terrorists, drug lords, cultists, and any other dangerous robloxians. His work during the second Baszucki presidency remained mostly without much public anger. This is also where he led the efforts of national safety and civility, driving product, operational, and policy innovations aimed at making Robloxia a safe country for everyone, and bringing the country's vision of becoming a civil space to life.

Work under Mason Smith

Because of his work with RICE, he was one of the only cabinet members from Builderman's presidency that still remained in power under President Smith. He would gain a strong public hatred after he authorized the deportation of Robloxian crime fighter Schlepington under a new law passed banning all vigilante groups in Robloxia due to the acts committed by ones such as the D.O.R, Anti-Furry Coalition, and IBER that posed as vigilantes when in reality they were terrorists. Meanwhile, others found out his degrees were much better suited to becoming an engineer, rather than a Chief National Safety Officer. His travels in one day would be accompanied by the sounds of Free Schlepington Movement protesters screaming at him the words "Free Schlep." Days later, Matt would accidentally authorize the deportation of former president Builderman (the one who hired him), causing Robloxians to wonder if he had become rogue. Fortunately, he gave orders for the flight to return to Robloxia and agents to clean up the raided home. Calls for Matt to be fired or at least resign would spread largely, accusing him of indolence and apathy towards reports and concerns. Posts revealed that he was in illegal spaces in Robloxia. Knowing he was irritating, a lot of people would authorize raids on many controversial areas, including a destruction of a free outfit shop in MeepCity that was reported numerous times for abuse and that mayor Alex Newtron was doing nothing about it. More anger at him would rise on August 21st when he contacted Schlep and stood by his decision to deport him saying:

Taking the law into your own hands isn't safe. Let us do our workMatt Bloxman's statement to Schlep

Schlep, however would respond with:

When did I ever take the law into my own hands? I worked with law enforcement, look at the statement from the Bloxarkansas State Police. Saying I was doing vigilantism isn't right.

Further angers rise

On August 15th, Matt would give orders to RICE to conduct enforcement raids on anywhere in Robloxia they felt was a illegal area. This did a major damage to a handful of criminal spaces, but they would also do major damage to law-abiding areas such as Furry Hangout Island where a shop on the island was targeted by agents. A few days later, on the August 23rd, he gave more orders to shut down any area in Robloxia that refused to disclose age restrictions on the area, which has been fully implemented on October 1, 2025 under the Executive Order titled "Demolishing Areas That Do Not Have Non-Government Means To Restrict Robloxians Based On Age". Robloxians angered by this would formulate a plan to save cherished areas that are viewed as historic landmarks. Another thing that he would order is for any accessory items that were like a government made item to be banned from being sold in avatar shops and the creator be arrested and deported.

Later, he was given authorization to have RICE begin construction on a prison to hold all the supporters of the Free Schlepington Movement in Nebloxa claiming:

They were rioters and terrorists to Robloxia. This is necessary to ensure the safety of the homeland.

Those who believed in the Banlands mythological folklore immediately pointed out that the prison exactly matched what the mythological folklore would look like, and this immediately triggered a resonating moment with them, with some conjecturing that he is a deblox himself or that he could be the true author of the Banlands myth (and the myth could serve as a self-fulfilling prophecy).

Nonetheless, despite the rumors he was a deblox being largely unsubstantiated and a tall mythological tale, this sparked outrage in politics as RICE was sued in a rare multi-partisan lawsuit for libel and slander. The supporters of the movement who later escaped the prison sued RICE for defamation and misinformation, arguing that the label "rioters and terrorists" defamed them and was not even factually correct, since no known attacks had happened, and moreover, they were obeying the Robloxia Terms of Citizenship as presented.

Age Checks for Communication Executive Order passing

In a series of turns of events concerning Bloxman, he was revealed to have passed 145 executive orders regarding the implementation of national safety innovations, overriding Mason "Scorpio" Smith's authority with permission from Builderman, the Corporatist Party leader. One of the most shocking turn was that the passage of the Age Checks for Communication Executive Order, which would gradually require all Robloxians in the country, beginning on early December 2025 with Robloxians of certain ancestries and expanding throughout the week of January 7, 2026 to all Robloxians, conduct age checks by scanning their faces to a vendor which will deduce how old they are based on how they look. Builderman unfortunately echoed his sentiment, with both arguing that it was for the greater good.

However, in Robloxia, this was met with strong opposition from the public. Many of the posts by Bloxman, Builderman, and Robloxian government accounts across social media in between the passage and the full implementation were filled with replies clearly showing opposition. When opposition proved to be too difficult to handle, rather than folding and repealing the executive order, the Robloxian government decided to block key opposition members from reaching out to them via social media. Schlepington, one of the crime fighters they deported and attempted to talk back to those government accounts, was one of the first to be blocked. An audit to find more key crime fighters in the opposition revealed there were many more, and the government accounts blocked all of them.

On January 7th, 2026, the Robloxian government finally have done the unthinkable: they fully implemented it. In response to the full implementation, many protests broke out in Robloxia. One symbolic protest was to have Robloxians dress up as Guests and slightly modify their shirts. A petition platform website that hosted a petition calling for Builderman to not run for the 2028 Robloxian Presidential Elections under the Corporatist Party saw even more signatures when it did when Schlepington was deported, now at 300,000. Meanwhile, smaller content creators in Robloxia decided to experiment to find a flaw in the order. They would dress up as celebrities, historical figures, and even wear masks to make them seem like younger or older they looked like compared to them uncostumed. This caused the mean absolute error (MAE) in the technology vendor used by the Robloxian government to spike from 1.4 years to an such unreliable amount that the Bloxia Kingdom is trying to actively revoke the technology vendor's Age Check Certification Scheme Reward, a reward given to age check certification schemes that successfully minimize the MAE past a certain threshold that child development experts agree it can be used to properly age check citizens.

Meanwhile, Bloxman exercised his right to vacation when he decided to go on holiday rather than replying to the opposition. Builderman decided to address the nation, echoing what Bloxman would have said on this manner. However, Builderman later told Bloxman the next day on January 8, 2026 to authorize the arrests, punishments, and deportations of any Robloxians who would protest the new law, no matter how peaceful the assembly was, causing the Robloxian government led by Mason Scorpio Smith to authorize the Supreme Court of Robloxia to strike it down under the fact it violates the First Amendment, which guarantees the right to assemble peacefully. The citizens, now frustrated with how 2026 started on a disastrous note, began what migration scholars reported as another Great Emigration compared to the past great migrations and emigrations in Robloxian history, as many Robloxians immediately packed up and chose to leave the nation in favor of other countries in Roblox that did not have anything similar to the executive order, creating what sociologists call refugees. Many Robloxians who had access to national statistics documents reported a decline in Robloxia's population that was comparable to past great emigrations in Robloxian history, in particular, those of past 2004; while past emigrations in Robloxia before 2004 were smaller declines, those declines proved to be mere drops in a bucket compared to significant post-2004 declines. From the 52-week high of the Roblox Corporate Index at 60,236 at September 29, 2025, the Roblox Corporate Index has since sunk to 29,556 on January 8, 2026, representing an approximate 50.93% decline over three months, which largely affected the Robloxian economy as if Thanos snapped the stock price. Despite this, most index predictors remained optimistic, with the said predictors predicting that the index in January 8, 2027 could reach as low as 28,000 to as high as 72,000 as their index predictions failed to acknowledge the consequences of such a devastating executive order. As more Robloxians refused to spend Robux to fuel the Robloxian government regime, the economy's crash was further amplified. On February 5, 2026, the Robloxian government is projected to release their Gross Domestic Product (GDP) report, which might tell Robloxians how their national economy is doing.

Bloxman also gave orders to promote narratives by pre-approved sources to make the checks look good. Most of the narratives can be found on the corporate blog posts made by Bloxman, some of which contain no acknowledgement of opposition ever existing.

The Last Months

On May 1, 2026, Bloxman successfully carried out what became known as the most successful order when he headed RICE; capture and deport Snead and authorize the assassinations of all the founders of the Retroslop Annihilation Federation. He would expectedly make an alliance with the Robloxian Armed Forces, strengthening his escort and making the escort strong enough to destroy the Retroslop Annihilation Federation's bases and operations in Robloxia.

Later, Snead and all RAR founders were captured, triggering a win for retroslopians everywhere, and arrested for his crimes. They were then sent to a federal prison and in some cases were immediately assassinated hereafter. While recently those seven founders had signature changes of heart, they still inherited the criminal background of a retroslopian annihilator. Amy Chalice still remains unscathed.

On May 7, 2026, Bloxman authorized the closure of the Urbanshade facilities for two days. When he reopened them, he told Urbanshade to immediately restrict access to the facilities to 18 years old and older who have age checked with the Robloxian government.

On May 9, 2026, Bloxman authorized the closure of all SuperLemonade owned properties for not being compliant to its Country Standards, including the signature Oasis Campa super-regional outlet mall, triggering and reigniting the hatred that would predominantly occupy his rule as Chief National Safety Officer, with Trumpblox having a mixed reaction to Baszucki for closure of the places. While he supports that they were closed without the consent of the owner, he also noticed that he also violated the Fifth Amendment of the Robloxian Constitution, which promises that the owner receive just compensation that must be equal to fair market value by not giving SuperLemonade the fair market value of the properties closed. Many other parties have sided with Trumpblox on this manner, and Communist Party of Robloxia demands that if the properties are ever reopened, it should be returned to public property, as it has an unfavorable view on private property. The Progressive Party is yet to make a comment, but fortunately, on June 15, 2026, there was no such comment when the mall was finally reopened, with an age checking gate that prohibits robloxians under the age of 16 from entering the property.

Meanwhile, Bloxman and Baszucki argued that the closure was done on the basis of violating the Country Standards and the Restricted Content Executive Order. He also reminded citizens to check the executive order and the Country Standards to see what things are allowed in the country and what things are restricted (even when an area only allows 18+ robloxians).

On the same day, Puma told Robloxians that it is 99% likely Bloxman would be forced to step down as Chief National Safety Officer. On June 1, 2026, Puma delivered on his campaign promise to forcefully dismiss Bloxman from his position as head of the Robloxian Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, replacing him with another head to ensure immigration to the country continues to be enforced. Furthermore, on June 4, 2026, he was indicted on a number of charges, including various power abuses. He was arrested the same day and transferred to the high-security detention center in Keysota on June 5. He is expected to be tried in the coming months and attend court with David Baszucki, Gregory Baszucki, Sebald Bloxbrick, Michael Guthrie, and Fidel Klaasen on Hague.
