Gregory Baszucki (born March 8, 1981) is a Robloxian politician who was a former member of the Corporatist Party. He was the running mate of his older cousin brother, David Baszucki in the 2024 presidential election, where the ticket campaigned on a platform emphasizing profit and economic development, under the phrase “Remagining the way citizens come together”. Although the Baszucki ticket was eventually unsuccessful, Gregory Baszucki gained national attention for his political influence and analytical style.

In October 2025, Baszucki was permitted to become the vice president alongside David Baszucki following the Third Impeachment of Mason ”Scorpio” Smith, however denied to due to growing concerns of David Baszucki’s leadership, which Gregory was against. In January 2026, he formally left the Corporatist Party, citing concerns over its increasingly authoritarian direction and consolidation of power. This decision caused major changes in his political direction. Following his departure from the Corporatist Party, he co-founded Robloxian Institute for Institutional Balance in March 2026, which is focused on government reform and eliminating excessive government power. In June 2026, he was charged with dozen offences, including violations of international law, and will soon be tried in the International Criminal Court.

Early life and education

Gregory Baszucki was born on March 8, 1981, in Pacifico, South Bloxifornia, to Jack Baszucki and Caroline Baszucki. His father was a businessman while his mother frequently took care of him and his brothers. According to interviews, Gregory was raised in a strict environment where his father insisted his sons to get extremely high marks in academics. However, Gregory struggled to keep up in certain subjects and was often given punishments. He attended Redwood Academy, where he excelled in computer science and economics. Baszucki later pursued higher education at the Pacifico University in 2003, earning a degree in Economics and Computer Science.

Life and career

Prior to entering politics, Baszucki built a career in the corporate sector, holding executive and advisory roles in multiple Robloxian technology firms throughout the early 2000s. Baszucki joined politics during the late 2010s, and joined the Corporatist Party as he believed it matched his style and that his cousin brother was part of the party. As the running mate of David Baszucki in the 2024 presidential election, he played a significant role in developing policy proposals related to digital infrastructure, public-private partnerships, and administrative reform. His campaign in the election was unsuccessful. During 2025, Baszucki began distancing himself from the Corporatist Party due to growing controversy. In October 2025, after Mason “Scorpio” Smith was impeached, Baszucki was permitted to be vice president with David Baszucki, however he denied. In January 2026, Baszucki publicly announced his departure from the Corporatist Party, criticizing what he described as a shift toward authoritarian governance and excessive centralization. After leaving the party, he continued being involved in public discussions throughout the country. On March 7, 2026, he co-founded Robloxian Institute for Institutional Balance, as part of the criticism towards the government.

Personal life

His father is Jack Baszucki (b. 1944) and his mother is Deborah Baszucki (b. 1945). He has three brothers and two sons, married to Mary Baszucki (b. 1983). David Baszucki (b. 1963) is his cousin brother, and both have been politically active.
