Mason "Scorpio" Smith, serving as the 31st president of Robloxia, was impeached for the third time on October 28, 2025, while he was in the house of the First Lady of Robloxia (he felt like the Blox House was not a great house to discuss divorce affairs). On that date, the House of Representatives adopted an article of impeachment against Smith: presidential incapacity, stating that he had spent a portion of his 0.8 year term being presidentially inactive (he was discussing divorce affairs with the First Lady of Robloxia). The House impeachment managers have started the impeachment trial on the same day, resulting in a near-unanimous 99.8% vote, the highest impeachment trial vote on the House in its entire history, with the only dissenting impeachment vote being an unknown robloxian who argued that the divorce affairs could be handled in less than four years. After the process of delivering to the Senate the charge against Smith and the trial in the Senate, the Senate voted 99% to impeach Smith, clearly exceeding the minimum Senate vote to impeach by 32% and beating the record for the highest impeachment trial vote on the Senate in its entire history. As a result, Mason Scorpio Smith was successfully impeached, marking this the first time a Robloxian president was impeached. Furthermore, his vice president and presidential succession were also accused of similar inactivity, resulting in a situation where the 25th Amendment of the formerly adopted Robloxian Constitution was unable to deal with the consequences. Meanwhile, David Baszucki, who lobbied Congress shortly after the end of the impeachment trial, managed to secure an additional four-year term (his initial request for a ten-year term was rejected, but after a series of compromises, this was suggested).

This impeachment was the third and last of Smith; his first and second impeachments were on June 2, 2025 and June 25, 2025, respectively.
